“Communications with your firm was exceptional. When I first ordered the 2 pair of sheets,I accidentally order one Queen set and 1 Double set. When I called to ask about changing, your rep was wonderful and fixed my error. In addition, when it became apparent that only one set was in stock, you offered to send the one immediately. I suggested that we wait until both were available and you agree. Have not used the sheets but am sure they are of high quality.”

“I purchased the 3-for-$99 sheets and have been extremely satisfied with them. The fitted sheet has enough elastic that it fits snugly over my 12" bottom mattress as well as a less deep mattress in the guest room. The top sheet is long enough to tuck in at the bottom without fear of it coming untucked. These sheets wash like a dream. No shrinkage and they are super soft. Highly recommend.”

“The sheets were not suitable for my use, so I wanted to return them. I only opened the box to see how to return them, and there was no information in the box on what to do at all. And what was in the box, was from another company, so they are just a middleman....did not know that either, or I would have bypassed this company all together. So when I e-mailed the company, I learned there is a re-stocking fee, up to $19.95!!!! I expected to pay the return postage, but a re-stocking fee on top of that...really!!! That is ridiculous, and where was that in the advertising...probably hidden in the small print. And they can take up to 10 days to give a refund!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. That is why Amazon is so successful...they do not rip off their customers. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.”

“I received 2 sets of the split king sheets. I love them,I had a hard time finding fitted sheets to fit my old craftmatic bed and with the elastic all the way around even though they are big they still fit nice and stay in place, they are very soft”

“One of sheet sets pillow cases were a shade darker than the sheets. Kept then since it really does not affect the usage of the pillow cases.”

“I purchased 3 sets of the split king 1800 count microfiber. I honestly did not expect the quality as I only paid $99 for ALL 3 sets! So far I've only used one set. It washed and dried really well. They are soft and comfy! I live in central Florida and they don't feel hot as others have stated. I can't comment about how well they'll hold up after X amount of washes...but if I only get a year of use...it will be worth it imo!”

“There are holes in the fitted sheet have no return policy once opened also l feel miss leading said Egyptian which I guess could be partly my fault for thinking cotton which they are not”
