“I was sent the wrong pillows. There is no way to verify or communicate with anyone except to return the item which would’ve cost me 1 1/2 times more than I paid just to mail it back. So I was stuck with it. Very disappointed.”

“When the package arrived I opened the pillow cases first and was very happy.. Then I opened the sheet and was very surprised to find out it didn't fit. I tried all ways but no go Then I discovered dead bugs on the sheet and was horrified. Now I find out they are very helpful but they want me to send a photo. Now I'm having trouble sending a photo of the sheet because I have a flip phone. I offered to mail it and they can take the photo but they said no.. HELP”

“Hello, Just purchased a king fitted sheet and what I thought would be a king duvet set from you in soothing sage. When I opened it, the duvet had only the cover - no pillow cases. Everybody everywhere sells sets...and I end up with a set without pillow cases now. Just wanted to let you know that it's misleading and I can't find matching pillow cases. Very disappointed in you advertising bedsheet club and all. looks like one of the threads in my sheet is gone”

“The wording in your sheet description titles are EXTREMELY deceptive. I read the tile several times while visiting the site before making my purchase. It registered in my head as cotton not comfort. Several other people read it the same way. They saw cotton instead of comfort. Very sneaky. Customers be very careful not to be deceived by this jumble of wording. Returning them for a refund would be too costly to make sense. So I am just outwitted on this but educated for the future. I will make sure I read more carefully. The item I am referring to is: 1800 Thread Count Egyptian Comfort Sheets, Deep Pocket, Hypoallergenic”

“We recently purchased a split top bed, and have really struggled to find decent sheets for it. I purchased a set of split top king sheets from Overstock Sheet Club, and I was really disappointed in the quality. The sheets arrived in very dirty packaging with a large stain across both the fitted and flat sheets. The quality of the sheets feels very cheap and thin. Very disappointing.”

“Good morning, When I found this item on your site I was extremely happy since these sheets can be expensive. Unfortunately this sheets are not of quality. I am writing today because the fitted sheet actually split and the elastic snapped after 6 months. I’m hoping you guys will do an exchange for me since I’m a valued customer not only for overstock sheet club but for overstock as well. All the information is provided below. “Per the description on the website it says they withstand pilling. As soon as I received the package I washed them per instructions and they had so much pilling. So much excess lint came off from the washing of these sheets that my allergies have gone on high alert and I’m having respiratory distress. I’m so upset because these sheets not only were completely misrepresented but now have flared my allergies so bad that I cannot even have them in my room at all! I definitely feel scammed by this.”

“I will never purchase anything else from Overstock Sheet Club again. Return policy is absolutely ridiculous. My fitted sheet did not fit but how would I know that if I did not open the package? I will surely take my business elsewhere.”

“These sheets are falsely advertised as high thread count, but they are polyester. They advertise with the words Egyptian Sheets and high thread count, which are words reserved for cotton and not polyester. Am very disappointed at having spent $70 on these sheets.”

“There was an error in ordering. I attempted to order colored sheets. Instead I received 3 packs of all white sheets with colored stitching. The way the pictures are set up is misleading. Overstock Sheet Club we’re unwilling to assist in switching for the correct colors. Instead they wanted me to pay shipping and restock fees before reordering. I will pay to return along with all fees but I will never order from them again. Nor will any of my family and friends.”

“It turned out that the sheets I ordered were not what I needed, so they were unopened and I decided to return them. Finding how and where to return them was a chore. I expected to pay the return postage, but THEN I found out they charge a restocking fee, which can be up to $19.95. That was not mentioned anywhere when I ordered them. If I could give no stars I would. Meanwhile, I still have not received whatever refund I might have left.”

“Selling microfiber sheets, misleading consumers to believe that “Egyptian Comfort” sheets are made of Egyptian Cotton. There is nothing Egyptian about these sheets; they are made in CHINA! 1800 microfiber thread count is not even comparable to 400 in cotton. Label says made with 100% microfiber plush. You cannot iron them, bleach them, and they have to be dried on low or no heat tumble. Read all 1 star reviews before buying!”

“WARNING! THESE ARE NOT EGYPTIAN COTTON! These are cheap microfiber sheets. I searched the internet for Egyptian Cotton and this site came up, looking just like Overstock.com. This is misleading advertising at it's worst! 1800 thread count is short threads fused together, not Egyptian long threads, so you cannot compare 1800 thread count even to 400 in cotton. That's why microfibre pills. The little threads pull apart. I ordered red trim, I got white. One pillowcase has a stain and had lint between the embroidered stripes. The sheets have no trim. The company they came from is Bedsheetclub not Overstocksheets. I was stupid to not pay better attention and even more stupid to fall for the 3/$99 deal. SCAM!!! Those 5 star reviews are mostly people that haven't washed them yet.”

“The sheets were not suitable for my use, so I wanted to return them. I only opened the box to see how to return them, and there was no information in the box on what to do at all. And what was in the box, was from another company, so they are just a middleman....did not know that either, or I would have bypassed this company all together. So when I e-mailed the company, I learned there is a re-stocking fee, up to $19.95!!!! I expected to pay the return postage, but a re-stocking fee on top of that...really!!! That is ridiculous, and where was that in the advertising...probably hidden in the small print. And they can take up to 10 days to give a refund!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. That is why Amazon is so successful...they do not rip off their customers. Needless to say, I will never order from this company again.”

“There are holes in the fitted sheet have no return policy once opened also l feel miss leading said Egyptian which I guess could be partly my fault for thinking cotton which they are not”
