“signed up 1-30-23, after reading the booklet and seeing what they don't cover I canceled it. by filling out the page in there booklet and mailing it back like they said. Well it set in there mail room for two weeks, now they say I didn't cancel within 30 days and I cant get a refund. After calling multiple times they now say i need to take my car and get the mileage certified after eight months. I would not consider this company for any thing”

“I called OX Car Care and they proceeded to tell me that the $75 was to get your policy over so that you could look at it for 30 days before your payments starts.
During the their voice verification I stopped the lady and told I wanted to read more about the company and to stop the verification. Five hours later they I credit card had been it with 2-$75.00 charges. When I called the next day they said $75.00 was non refundable. I did not agree to the verification therefore nothing should have impacted my credit card.”
“I went to Ox three days ago and they told me to pay $75 and I paid it and I could cancel within 30 days and they would give me my money back when I called today to cancel they said no we're not giving you your $75 back I asked to speak to a supervisor they wouldn't let me speak to the supervisor I am a senior citizen they took the only $75 I had they lied to you they tell you they're here for you and they're not they inflate their business so if you see them on TV or on your cell phone do not go to them or anything not one thing and they will not give your money back”

They will tell you all good things when purchasing a warranty but when it comes time to get work done they will not answer the phone they will email you and say they need history on the car repairs. When you purchase a vehicle all you get is a car Fax not history on how many times. It was serviced and for what... Do not buy from this company you will be SORRY”
