“the 75 dollars is not refundable you people need to review yells policy instead of just going about things this is why there are a CS number but I'm satisficed with my service I have DIAMOND for 5years and get 3 years free been with them. since 2022 and haven't had a problem with them , mechanic's hate us because we making sure they are not over charging of course they'll be a stall they have to make sure is going the right way. why would they refund a discounted dp i had to be 300 for both of my vehicle's for the DP, and once I cancelled my 2012 they refunded me full amount directly .”
