“Went to the city for an afternoon tea as it was booked few weeks ago. Not knowing it was going to be 32 degrees big mistake. On the way back I was at Tottenham Court Road Underground Station and felt really ill and sick as the heat wave really got to me. A lovely gentleman called Carlinton help me and escorted me to the toilets. He was really kind helpful and smiled all the way through. He was a real gem. Thank you”
“Tony Alcarria at the Victoria Station was perfectly kind and helpful in tracking down the location of my backpack which contained passports for all travelers in our group along with a suite of expensive electronics. I had left it on a train earlier in the day while carrying a baby and lots of airport luggage. I recognized right after and another friendly agent Sonny attempted to catch it but was unable. Turned out it had gone to the end of the line and been collected by a conductor. It was a very happy train ride to pick it up.”
“Saturday 12 November at 18.00 from last stop of bus number 158 .the bus driver name was Charlene we had the same bus π 1 hour earlier from Black Horse road underground to Old Road the last bus stop of 158 as I haven't used Victoria line since over 20 years ago when I moved from North to South and I was very surprised there wasn't any lift for my elderly nun 94 years old she should climb all stairs Charlene has provided me with An amazing service to advise me to check even to call stations for me to find out which station has a lift for my nun.Our experience was out standing and we had great advises and conversation even on our way back as I was afraid to go to Tottenham Hale as i felt safer to stay and be guided by Charlene .The lady deserve recognition and please I would love to hear how she will be rewarded for the great support and advices she has provided for the travel arrangements of my 94 years old grandmother.Many thanks Eva

“I had some issues with my oyster card and was very upset about that for which I had to call TfLas it takes ages to connect to them in the first place then they say they will sort out your issues but nothing happens but today for a change I spoke with a very polite gentleman named Stuart around 8:30 he looked very promising and I hope as he had promised my queries will be solved today :)”
“I can say that baby style for buying new parts for my little girls buggy, where amazing, so pleasant & helpful on the phone as I needed 2 new wheels they promised delivery within few days & I was surprised to receive my new wheels 3 days later with a note inside stating that they did not have my chrome wheels in stock so they had just went ahead & sent me the mirror style but so my buggy would not look silly or out of place they had enclosed the 4 wheels for my oyster buggy & I was still only charged for my 2 wheels I had ordered also an appolagetic letter enclosed, I can honestly say was best customer service I have received in a long time, thank u baby style xx”
