Whenever I see that my parcel has been picked up by Paack I honestly can’t be bothered. Each time I order there there’s been issues with delivery. And they give u a 9am-22 hours slot which is really unhelpful. Ridiculous organisation

Was woken rudely in the middle of the night with the door bell at the flat main entrance - given the hours I didn’t bother finding out who it was as assumed was a mistake. Only to see email from Paack saying they attempted delivery at 11.38pm!! Their website says delivery is only up to 10pm - how can you think it’s ok to deliver parcels at this time and wake people up?

Terrible company and terrible service. Not even worthy of one star!!! Who 'attempts' to deliver a parcel at 11:38pm??!!! The delivery address was my office, so clearly it was closed at that time! I clicked the link in the text message to re-book a delivery time. I selected today (3rd Nov) between 10am and 12pm - do you think my parcel has arrived??? Not a chance!!! The tracking link is useless, as it just shows my supposed delivery slot, and there is no way to speak to anyone at Paack. Why do firms continue to use these cowboys???!!!!

They had texted on 31October to say they would deliver my Amazon order but no one turned up. I had waited for them all day. They then texted today 1 November to say they would deliver today. I was at home all day at the stated delivery time by Pack and so was my partner. I received text saying "we tried to deliver my Amazon Order U3fL2Hw2_1 at 17.19 pm today but we missed you. afternoon. We will try again on 2/11. " I am not in tomorrow and I can't stay in all day agin for the 3rd day. I see they have a lot of bad reviews.

Not even worth the 1 star to be honest! I had 3 items due to be delivered by Amazon. I didn’t know it was being delivered by Paack. When delivery arrived at around 6:30pn it was 1 parcel courier took a photo and then asked to take another one because it was too bright!! I closed the door and opened my oarcel which had 1 item! I then received 2 emails from Paack with 2 different tracking numbers saying both had been delivered. I assume the other 2 items were in the other parcel. The courier obviously stole my other package hence his request to take a 2nd photo!!

Received a mail saying my Amazon order had been delivered. It hadn't. After my complaint, they sent a delivery note with my name and an ID number - I'm in Spain- which wasn't mine, insisting I'd received it. Sent them photocopy of my ID which proved them wrong. No delivery. They backtrack and say they'd now located my package. Will receive it today. Today I receive a message, time stamped 1 pm, stating that they'd just delivered my order....... at 3 pm.! Apparently their workers can't find an address but can time travel. They're a bad joke.

Shocking company. Delivery driver left my package on the street outside my place, and was evidently stolen by a passerby. After contacting their customer service they sent me a picture of the package OUTSIDE my place, claiming this is proof of delivery. This isn't delivery. This is just lazily dumping a package outside an address, leaving it open to theft - which is what happened. The fact that Paack don't see that is proof alone that they don't value customer service, nor do they respect the cost of their customers' orders. The fact that their site deliberately makes it difficult to contact them tells you what they think of delivering good service.

Package was stated as delivered at 11.55pm, are you even allowed to deliver that late? No knock on the door, no note to say parcel left in a safe place, parcel prob left on the doorstep, and surprise surprise someone took it. Use them at your peril!

If I could give 0 stars I totally would! Everything from the service to customer support is absolute rubbish and I can’t believe Amazon would use such a company to deliver orders. My order hasn’t been delivered for days now and the delivery date is keep getting pushed back. I don’t even know where on earth they’re getting good reviews from. And that’s my third delayed delivery in a row! There’s not even communication about any of this of course which makes me think this company is run by teenagers.

My two boys winter jackets say “delivered” when in fact they have not been. I paid for same day delivery. Once I didn’t not see it on the same day I got a refund back from ZARA these people are thieves and how can they have no shame! It’s disgusting. It baffles me how Zara clothes are super expensive but they have such a low quality cheap delivery handler. Makes me sick!

This has to be the worst and unprofessional delivery service out there. I brought an item from sportshoes for next day delivery and they decided to use "paack " little did I know this company had a bad reputation for not delivering packages or losing and even stealing peoples packages from what I've read. I had a time slot time from 6-8pm for next day delivery but the idiot driver never stock to those times and kept switching it to 6-10pm. 4 days had passed and still no delivery I emailed the the customer service numerous times regarding to the whereabouts of the delivery driver and they kept on making the same excuses saying his on his way when really he was probably at home drinking or god knows what the hell was doing? The final day I received a notification saying they were unable to deliver my package and that it would now be sent back to the original sender "sportshoes" there excuse was that the driver couldn't get hold of me and was clearly untrue as I was at home all day and I received no phone call either from "Paack" the notification also said the driver tried to deliver at 22:57 which is a lie as I have a 24 hour security cam which proves otherwise and what damn delivery service delivers that late at night anyway my original time slot was 6pm-8pm. They also don't deliver to pickup points for you to collect as they probably rather enjoy stealing or losing your packages instead. Customer service also has no direct phone line so expect a poor response from the online customer, who are totally unprofessional. Avoid Paack at all costs and if you item is being delivered by Paack expect your item to go missing 100%

La empresa por error devolvió mi paquete y ahora no se hace responsable.me mando un email después de reclamarlo y me dicen que si,que es error suyo de Gestión pero que no se hacen responsables,que hable con la empresa que hice la compra.evidentemente como no es derrotado suyo no me devuelven el dinero ni lo vuelven a mandar.he perdido el dinero y Paack se lava las manos

Si eres un negocio y estás valorando utilizar los servicios de Paack, yo, como cliente de una marca cuyo paquete quedó asignado a Paack, no recomendaría sus servicios en absoluto. Gracias a Paack, una compra que realicé en un establecimiento, será devuelto al vendedor, probablemente repercutiéndole el gasto del envío y los intentos, y además, generando una pérdida de venta e insatisfacción del cliente. Realicé una compra que tenía estimada la entrega en “2-4 días”. El primer intento de entrega ocurrió el quinto día, y ya no me encontraba en mi domicilio por estar de vacaciones. Contacté con el transportista indicando que no estaría de vuelta hasta dentro de una semana, a lo que me dijo que igualmente se haría otro intento - sabiendo que no estaría en casa. Tras el segundo intento, obviamente fallido, se me comunica que el paquete será devuelto a origen. No ofrecen posibilidad de entrega en puntos de recogida, cambios en la fecha de entrega, ni otras alternativas para que el paquete sea entregado, cuando la primera entrega ya se realizó fuera del plazo proporcionado.

They deliver for Zara same day but you'll never get it on the same day, if it comes at all. Tracking is never updated, customer service will just say you have to be patient and it's on until way. Been 3 days and it never came even though I paid for same day delivery from Zara. Zara needs to wise up.

If I could give minus stars I would. Do not order from a company that uses Paack. Firstly, when I chatted with customer service online to find out where my order was, they were incredibly rude and then refused to help. Then they sent me an email saying my parcel was delivered at 00:30am which was obviously not even true. Then when I disputed this on email, they didn’t acknowledge that they had done anything wrong and said they had attempted delivery on another day which was not true as I was working from home all day. Literally just a shocking, unprofessional and unhelpful company. Don’t ever bother using them as they are just a waste of space.

Terrible company. And I wont be dealing with my meal delivery service again until they drop this courier because they are complete garbage. Delivered my food to a completely different address and left without meals for the week. Useless.

Undelivered package.They said was delivered and signed for.I wasn’t asked to sign anything. Basically I payed 170e for a phone cover which was delivered(no phone!) I sent details of the situation to. Paack(impossible to speak to or call them) Unfortunately their customer service is as bad as their delivery service and I’ve had no response.Dont use this company!
