Horrible company, doesn't deliver the item, no contact of them at all , no phone number, no email, no chat support

Why steal peoples orders ? What for ? You lied you have made delivery whereas you didn't deliver nothing..... So incompetent , I wish no company should ever use your service.... my order number is C24102004496738 and it wasn't delivered 😕

el sitio web y la aplicaciĂłn no hacen lo que deben hacer. No hay manera de hablar con ellos, la empresa tarda mĂĄs de meses en entregarte el pedido y cuando no te entrega. Hay un telĂ©fono que no sirve para nada, son unos mentirosos, te dicen que vayas a charlar y hables con un encargado, pero es solo una mĂĄquina que no hace nada, solo pides lo que el dueño quiere que diga, ni siquiera una puta inteligĂȘncia artificial Ăștil

Got the indication that the item has been delivered, yet it has not. For a company that states it's focused on the customer, it provides a terrible service.

Claimed my parcel was delivered when it was not. Didn't arrive until 3 days AFTER latest delivery date. No contact from Paak nor did they provide a way to contact them. Terrible service and company, avoid at all costs.

This company is absolute trash. Unfortunately, Amazon ES seem to be using them for deliveries. Same story as everyone else here. I ordered something important and expensive for next day delivery. I've been home all day, have a 24/7 concierge and they 'tried and failed' to deliver. No one rang my door, no one spoke to the concierge and no one rang my number. I'm furious.

Avoid this company as much as you can! They gave my mom’s order to a stranger while she was waiting for delivery in our apartment all day long. I found out that her order was “delivered” only when we got email from Paack. When I complained they sent me invoice with false information, it had someone’s signature and someone’s DNI number, those are not belong to any of us. Hard to reach a real person, they have chatbot but it is not helpful.

I think this company is fake or made to disappoint people, as every other review they failed to deliver my package multiple times without even contacting me in anyway and sending an email saying they tried to contact me when they did not, no calls or messages, they could’ve even sent it to a shop for me to pick up and I would’ve been grateful. instead of being able to contact them you can only wait in some loop until they keep failing to the point you have to refund, why is Nike using this company it’s easily the worst service that doesn’t tick one box. If paack is responsible for your delivery, good luck

Terrible delivery time. Even a guaranteed next day delivery last week took 4 days. This week I have wasted 2 days waiting in for a parcel that has said out for delivery, and still hasn't come. I hate this company. It is the worst that I have come across.

My concern is that Amazon spain, which IÂŽve had good service, used them for a small delivery for me. I wrote to Paack the following, "You said you tried to deliver and I was home and my gate was wide open. I waited all day. Your delivery person simply didnÂŽt try or even stop here. How can you expect to work with Amazon with this service? I expect you to bring it to my house right now. ItÂŽs 7:30pm and you said it would be here today. CTT of Portugal had no trouble with their delivery and they were fast and efficient. Spain department of consumer affairs should investigate this company.

Similar to other reviews... They tried to deliver to the wrong address twice. No contact, nothing. Imposible to contact them, as they only refer you to the chat bot which refers you to tracking link, getting you in a never ending loop

Terrible service. Company lied about delivering an item then suddenly it turned up today after complaining. Why say it's been delivered when it hasn't??? Incompetent company that should not be operating.

Very bad experience. Our Amazon order should be delivered on 25 August 2024. We got a message that they couldn’t deliver it, whereas our security office - the address to where the package should be delivered- is open 24/7. After several emails from my side, the package should be delivered today, 28 August (!) between 09.00-22.00h. However, no delivery again today. So, Amazon.es no longer send packages with this courier. It’s not trustworthy at all!

What went right would be a better question. Kept saying couldn’t deliver incorrect address Three times I’ve given the address to them . How do they get away from it. I used eBay to buy from and I will be informing you. Absolutely rubbish.

They pretended to deliver the package when they literally didn’t! I was home all day, my doorman also gets my packages if I’m not home. Now they won’t answer or send the package again. I hope they bankrupt fast

NUNCA LLEGADA NADA QUE TE ENVIEN CON PAACK. Empiezo a pensar que es una empresa ficticia porque no es posible tanta incompetencia ni intentĂĄndolo a propĂłsito. Pedido retrasados sin explicaciĂłn, falsos intentos de entrega, pedidos devueltos al vendedor por direcciĂłn incorrecta, etc. Tras multiples penosas experiencias con este servicio de transportes, ya solo pido pedidos a puntos de recogidas para evitar que me pueda tocar Paack đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž

When I see that Paak is the courier I know the parcel will be at least 3 days late. Have just had an email saying that they tried to deliver at 11.05pm (item was due on Monday) but I wasn't home. They just basically tell lies until they feel like delivering. They are the worst courier company I have ever come across. Am amazed that Amazon use them

I can not believe this!!! The delivery person didn't even do a complete phone call didn't ring the doorbell and suddenly I just get an email saying they couldnt deliver because the customer was unavailable. I AM HOME IM TRYING TO CALL THE DELIVERY PERSON BACK BECAUSE ITS ONLY BEEN SPLIT SECONDS. How difficult is it to answer a call or stay on the call for 10 seconds when you have bothered to dial a number and that too when it's literally your job? Theres no way to address this on Paack's website, no email address to reach out to them just a chatbot that tells you you were not home WELL I'M MAD BECAUSE I AM HOME WHAT DOES THIS EVEN MEAN? What kind of service is this? All of this happened in the last 15 min btw
