“Horrendous service. Twice now I received an email claiming they delivered my parcel. Both times I was at home and did not receive any delivery. Starting to feel this is a scam…The picture they sent as a proof of delivery shows them delivering my parcel to a man (I’m a woman) but it’s dark so you can’t tell if it’s my parcel.”
“The worst company to ever exist. Paid for same day delivery for something I really needed. Everyday for the last five days I have received a text "We missed you... will try again tomorrow.." even though i've been in and waiting for it every day.
They also just emailed me the same thing but with a random address that isn't even mine!

too bad you can't give no star because Paack doesn't deserve a single one. 3rd order in a row assigned to them by Amazon that goes wrong. They lie and cheat. Messages are sent that the address is incorrect or that you were not at home while you were at home for the day. Their chat operators suck and lie even worse. It's a pity that companies choose Paack's service.”
“They delivered to wrong address (their photo proved) and they never resolved it. They keep saying it’s been escalated & nothing got done and I still haven’t received the product or refund. Not acceptable.”
“My parcel was left outside in front of the door in central London, so no surprise it was stolen by the time I got home. It's careless when they could so easily have at least hidden it round the corner, left a note or left it with a neighbour. If you leave a parcel outside someone's house it also leaves a clear indication that no one is in for any other opportunists. I had to argue my case with Zara that I didn't have the parcel to get my money back, this caused a lot of stress and now the item's out of stock so Paack has completely wasted my time. They finally sent me the pick below to show it was delivered which is even more frustrating to see exactly how they left it and think that's acceptable to not even check someone is in!”

“The most shittiest experience I’ve had with a delivery company ever, they suck ass. They said they resolved my issue only to lie to me and I see my package is still on route to be returned even though they said they would attempt another delivery. They promise to try twice but only attempt once before putting it on route to deliver. The nearly place to pick it up was 2 hours away. They can burn.”
“The instructions for the usual Amazon drivers include the code for entry as well as guidance to the internal door. PAACK drivers are not given these instructions so I’ve been dependent on someone happening to be by the gate— otherwise it’s a nightmare. My heart sinks when I see this company are due to give delivery.”
