They said they resolved my issue only to lie to me and I see my package is still on route to be returned even though they said they would attempt another delivery. They promise to try twice but only attempt once before putting it on route to deliver. The nearly place to pick it up was 2 hours away. They can burn.”
“The instructions for the usual Amazon drivers include the code for entry as well as guidance to the internal door. PAACK drivers are not given these instructions so I’ve been dependent on someone happening to be by the gate— otherwise it’s a nightmare. My heart sinks when I see this company are due to give delivery.”

“Whenever I see that my parcel has been picked up by Paack I honestly can’t be bothered. Each time I order there there’s been issues with delivery. And they give u a 9am-22 hours slot which is really unhelpful. Ridiculous organisation”
“Was woken rudely in the middle of the night with the door bell at the flat main entrance - given the hours I didn’t bother finding out who it was as assumed was a mistake. Only to see email from Paack saying they attempted delivery at 11.38pm!! Their website says delivery is only up to 10pm - how can you think it’s ok to deliver parcels at this time and wake people up?”

Who 'attempts' to deliver a parcel at 11:38pm??!!! The delivery address was my office, so clearly it was closed at that time!
I clicked the link in the text message to re-book a delivery time. I selected today (3rd Nov) between 10am and 12pm - do you think my parcel has arrived??? Not a chance!!! The tracking link is useless, as it just shows my supposed delivery slot, and there is no way to speak to anyone at Paack. Why do firms continue to use these cowboys???!!!!”
“They had texted on 31October to say they would deliver my Amazon order but no one turned up. I had waited for them all day.
They then texted today 1 November to say they would deliver today. I was at home all day at the stated delivery time by Pack and so was my partner. I received text saying "we tried to deliver my Amazon Order U3fL2Hw2_1 at 17.19 pm today but we missed you. afternoon. We will try again on 2/11. " I am not in tomorrow and I can't stay in all day agin for the 3rd day. I see they have a lot of bad reviews.”
“Not even worth the 1 star to be honest! I had 3 items due to be delivered by Amazon. I didn’t know it was being delivered by Paack. When delivery arrived at around 6:30pn it was 1 parcel courier took a photo and then asked to take another one because it was too bright!! I closed the door and opened my oarcel which had 1 item! I then received 2 emails from Paack with 2 different tracking numbers saying both had been delivered. I assume the other 2 items were in the other parcel. The courier obviously stole my other package hence his request to take a 2nd photo!!”
“Received a mail saying my Amazon order had been delivered.
It hadn't.
After my complaint, they sent a delivery note with my name and an ID number - I'm in Spain- which wasn't mine, insisting I'd received it.
Sent them photocopy of my ID which proved them wrong. No delivery.
They backtrack and say they'd now located my package. Will receive it today.
Today I receive a message, time stamped 1 pm, stating that they'd just delivered my order....... at 3 pm.!
Apparently their workers can't find an address but can time travel.
They're a bad joke.”

Delivery driver left my package on the street outside my place, and was evidently stolen by a passerby.
After contacting their customer service they sent me a picture of the package OUTSIDE my place, claiming this is proof of delivery.
This isn't delivery. This is just lazily dumping a package outside an address, leaving it open to theft - which is what happened.
The fact that Paack don't see that is proof alone that they don't value customer service, nor do they respect the cost of their customers' orders. The fact that their site deliberately makes it difficult to contact them tells you what they think of delivering good service.”
“Package was stated as delivered at 11.55pm, are you even allowed to deliver that late? No knock on the door, no note to say parcel left in a safe place, parcel prob left on the doorstep, and surprise surprise someone took it. Use them at your peril!”
