In general, the quality feels similar to clothing I've purchased from Aliexpress and Amazon. Pactimo puts a CO flag on their clothing, but these pants are made in the Phillipines. The bibs and jerseys I've purchased from Pactimo fit poorly, I don't use them anymore except for short rides.

I ordered two products, on came several weeks after order. The other never came and I had to reach out to them to find out the product was no longer available even though I had paid for the product almost 6 weeks previous. The product I received was fine, good quality and I am satisfied with it, but he commercial processes are abismal at this company.

I recently purchased the Women's Alpha Core SL Base Layer, Women's Thermoregulator LS Base Layer, and Women's Alpine Thermal Bibs. While the quality of the garments seems decent, and I appreciate the unique features like the thermal bib shorts with cargo pockets (not readily available from other brands), I was disappointed to find that all three items were made in the Philippines. Given Pactimo's strong emphasis on sustainability and ethical practices on their website, I expected a higher level of transparency regarding manufacturing locations. This lack of disclosure feels like a form of greenwashing. I understand that many cycling apparel brands utilize overseas manufacturing. However, I believe consumers should have the right to make informed decisions about where their products are made. For reference, I own higher-quality cycling kits from another brand that are manufactured in the USA at a similar price point. I hope Pactimo will consider improving their transparency regarding manufacturing locations in the future.

I will likely throw the shirt away that I just bought, as it's not returnable. It's too long. And it's not very attractive. I hate the waste of money. I find the customer service of this company subpar too. They just aren't willing to work with you. Won't buy at this company again.

Too small! I’m 6’0” and 220 lbs. I ordered an XL which normally fits. I guess when I lose 30 lbs it’ll fit.

Not a good experience. Ultra slow shipping when compared to other cycling apparel companies including Voler. Ordered the same size bib short I've ordered for years, XL. The same day I ordered this pair I also ordered another pair from a different company. The Pactimo pair didn't come close to fitting properly...first time an XL didn't fit. The XL pair from the other company fit perfectly. Still waiting to recieve the replacement pair from Pactimo. Disappointed.

My Pactimo aero-fit jersey is made with a material that is too stretchy. When I put my keys and an inner tube in the back pockets of the jersey, the bottom of the pockets sags down almost all the way to my saddle! Pactimo should not use such a stretchy material.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered for over a month. I am still not sure what exactly has been going on with my purchase.

I didn’t realize how long it took to order something. It took nearly a week for my order to ship. I wasn’t expecting Amazon 2 day delivery but here in 2024 I thought it would be a little quicker.

Jersey was defective. Material did not come over zipper in one section. Return process required USPS trip. Never fun.

I bought the mens summit 12 hour bib shorts, L sized. I'm 1.78m, 79 kg. I cycle some 200 km on road per week all year round, and every few months go to a longer brevet. I usually have some issues with the fit of cycling shirts as I also do a bit of weights/calistenics and have a slightly more muscular physique compared to your traditional stick-person cyclist, especially across the shoulders and arms, but it rarely extends to cycling bibs. This time, however, I did have quite a few problems with the 12h bibs. Based on the measurements, an L would have been a fairly loose fit on me, while an XL would look like a sack of potatoes, so I took the L. Shipping was very prompt, and once I tried it on it fit fairly tight (which, when I think about it, was a bit strange, since I have a bunch of other L sized bibs, such as Castelli, Assos and Nortwave primarily, and none of them felt so tight), but no issues were immediatelly apparent. However, the moment I started cycling, it started chaffing quite heavily on the top outer part of the left thigh - no matter what I did, it was always the same spot. It looked like something to do with the inner seam, since the model has fairly big loose seams on the inside, whereas pretty much all other bibs I have have much smaller seams that are fully sewn into the bibs. Potentially, the sizing was off, but that was what the sizing charts are supposed to be used for, and I remeasured myself at least a dozen times before buying... I wrote to customer support immediatelly after the first ride, but the moment I took the tags off for the ride, my return guarantee was void, and they only wrote back once recommending to wash it, since something might have been left after the production process. I tried washing it and riding several more times, but it all ended up the same - within 10 minutes I would have a very red and sore thigh. The company did not respond to my follow up emails. At best, I can resell these at half price, and even then it's unlikely anyone would buy it. At best, I can resell these at half price, and even then it's unlikely anyone would buy it. Worst 300 Eur spent in my life. Instead, I went and bought Assos Mille GTS Bib shorts L sized for 190 Eur, and they worked out much better. Not going to recommend Pactimo to any of my friends.

So, this is an honest review of how I feel about Pactimo, it's my first time purchase and I really hope my feeling changes with the use of the Range Stratos Cargo Bibs that I purchased. The shorts performed extremely well when out on my first ride but when I returned home I noticed that there were loose threads that hadn't been trimmed back where the seams meet the leg gripper the bib shorts, both on the inside and outside. These shorts were over £170 so I didnt expect to find this finisihing issue, and I was concerned that the threads would start to unravel and the seams come apart. I contacted customer services with photo's of the threads and received a pretty dismissive reply from a member of Customer Service UK team, saying "I couldn’t really see where the stitching was unravelling" and "Please include all your contact details and order number as the number on the email you sent in does not correspond to an order." I included my Pactimo order number in the email I sent with the photo's but they did however agree to "assess your bibs under our warranty process". To me the response from the UK team seemed pretty dismissive, so I replied with some more detailed photo's of the frayed stitching and asked if I trim the threads will the shorts still be covered by the warranty. After 4 days I received a reply, much better than the first one, it was like a different person replied, but it was signed by the same person. Anyway, they have now said "Normally the thread should not be super long so if you wish to trim it further we will stand by a replacement should any problems arise with them on this occasion" I really hope the shorts do live up to the hype, this is why I bought them, but I do think the UK customer team could do with a bit of a refresher on their initial customer responses, it's left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm finding it hard to recommend Pactimo to friends, which is pretty rubbish for both me and Pactimo.

I ordered a long sleeve lite weight jersey. I ordered one before, no problem. This was not aero fit. Worked out well for keeping me out of the AZ sun. Second jersey is MIA in shipping. Waiting for Pactimo.
