“Placed on order on Sept 13 and still haven't received my order. The tracking says it has been sitting in LA for a week now....Very disappointed in how long this is taking, since I was going to make it for a Christmas present”
“It took 2-1/2 months to get my order when most of the other companies from China I ordered from in the same time period took 5 weeks at the longest. I paid top dollar for a painting because they were the only company I could find it from so I expected it to be top quality. WRONG!! The canvas was fine, a few rivers I could fix but the drills were the worst I’ve ever seen. All of the colors had dimples on the top side of the drills and they were unusable. Luckily I could substitute a few diamonds for colors I was short on and one color I had left over from another painting. I have a bag of unusable drills from this one painting that is 3 times as big as all the trash I’ve collected from all 18 DPs I’ve already completed. Will never order from them again.”
“Out of all the companies I’ve purchased from, Paint with Diamonds is taking the longest, and I’m still waiting. I emailed them and Ana responded by saying patience is required due to the plague. Um, all the other sites I’ve ordered from are similarly affected by the same plague you speak of. Not recommending them and will never ever order from them again.”
“My kit seems to be lost in shipping I have tried several times to contact customer service and I still haven't received a response back from them. I purchased a lot of diamond paintings and they are way more expensive than any of the other places I purchased from but they had what I was looking for and I just decided to give them a shot I won't do it again.”
“Took 4 1/2 months to receive my kit. Ordered in April. Also tracking was impossible to follow. The kit came in good condition and everything needed was included. That's why 2 star instead of 1.”
“I ordered a custom painting kit from PWD on August 22. After I placed the order I came across a negative review of the company on Instagram and I decided to seek other reviews to get a clearer picture. I ended up at this site and read all of the negative reviews. I started getting nervous wondering if I would receive my order. The best case scenario I came up with was getting the order in October or November based on the shipping advice posted on their website. I even reached out to the company via Facebook and spoke to Heather who reassured me that she would be available to help with any problems. I decided to show a little faith and waited for my order. To my astonishment the order arrived on September 10. The box was a little crushed but everything was intact. I've yet to go through the diamonds to see if everything was sent, but I'm excited to start on it.”

Customer service is non-existant and the quality of my latest canvas is terrible (canvas/picture detailing does not match the original picture & colors are different) With all of the companies now selling 5D diamond painting kits there is no reason to buy from this one.”

CEO Corey does not take care of his customers. They owe me 128.00 and I still don’t have it. Emailed Corey many times. Just asks repeated questions and doesn’t send me my money. Now they want me to prove I sent it back. Not a very pleasant company. They don’t care about their customers. They just want the almighty dollar.
I have already told many many people not to shop here. There are other diamond dot companies and pictures out there.
I won’t give a company money for a product if they don’t stand by their product or customers.
Be careful everyone. Amazon can’t help cause they are third party.

“My first orders took 8 weeks for one kit and 9 weeks for the other kit to arrive, but they did arrive. I wasn't sure if I was willing to wait so long for another kit, but PWD was the only place that carried a picture I wanted. So I placed an order on August 2 and received my order on September 2. I'm really pleased that they managed to speed up their delivery. It's not Amazon speed, but then again, Amazon doesn't carry the picture I wanted.”
