“This company is the worst. Very quick to accept your order and take your money, which was immediate- however, took over 3 months to receive and they shorted me some diamonds so can’t even finish project. Then took weeks before I could get someone to assist in ordering the shorted diamonds was promised they would expedite the missing diamonds - has now been almost 3 weeks and nothing. Customer service is completely lacking and the fact they took payment before shipping product is shady, usually payment is charged a day or two prior to shipment. I had to threaten calling my credit card company before I got a response and true tracking information. Not a company to be trusted or do business with - so completely dissatisfied!!”
“Ordered my two kits and accessories in April. It is the last week of July and still no kits. Complained and they took money off but still no kits. For months tracking number was bogus. Finally saw it was shipped from china at the end of June. It has been sitting in LA for weeks now. Or so the tracking says. I will never order again from them. Ordered a kit from walmart and got it in three days. Giving them another week and then will dispute the charge with my credit card company.”
“My diamond art picture took 5 months to arrive and im missing pieces. Ive contacted customer service about it, sent pictures as requested and havent heard anything. The color im missing is one of my major colors so on top of the 65$ i spent for the picture i get to spend another 30-40 to get the color i need replaced because they havent communicated anything with me. I ordered in April,,,,, immediately got an order confirmation with an estimated delivery date of 12-30 days.....this should definitely be disclosed to customers BEFORE you take their money. 45 days later I email customer service. They claim it's still in "transit" and it could take 60 days...........70 days later I email customer service because tracking hasn't moved for 30 days, representative states it could take 90 days and that refunds cannot be processed until delivery......110 days later tracking states is was finally delivered-- LIES! I don't know if it was delivered to the wrong address by the shipping company but over 3 months and no product??!?! It's been 3 days since I have last emailed customer service demanding a refund with no answer.......”
“I placed two orders with them. The first took 9 weeks to arrive, while the other took 10 weeks. I just started one of the pictures and so far, I think the quality is good. I haven't found any air bubbles like I've found on other pictures.
It was very frustrating to wait so long for my orders. I contacted the company a few times and did receive a response, although not always a satisfactory response. I wonder why this company cannot figure out how to send an order via Fed Ex. I'd be willing to pay more for a faster delivery. One of my orders was sent by ship which took a week to cross the ocean then another week in CA. The other order may have flown in from China because it arrived in NJ. Still didn't arrive any faster.
I would like to order from them again because they do have some unique kits, but I would like to get my order in a timely manner.”

Three different times they gave me a tracking number that never showed where my package was. It has been in transit for 5 weeks now. I turned up the hest and now they won't return my messages when I got down to give me a exact location or refund. A total scam. Do not buy anything from them. 100 dollars gone.”

Its ok to be delayed its understandable but to not give a status of your order or you cannot see if the orders you made which are already paid in full... i spent 104.99USD... for thier diamond painting and until now i dont know of its coming or not. i kept bugging them until they gave ma a tracking number after 15 days but when i open thw tracking number it does not exist. so i waited for another 12 days to follow up... thats when i posted a comment in their FB page... thats when they updated the tracking number... i wished i had ordered in DAC or staroar!!!”
“I placed an order in mid May of three different items. I figured that these would keep me busy while we were on home lockdown due to the Corona virus. I received an email the end of May saying my items had shipped. I tried several times to track my two packages but the came up as not found. I emailed the company and basically received what looked like a robo response. I did this a few more times within the next month. I still received an unsatisfactory answer. I then said I was very upset and that as far as I knew that it was against the law to not notify the customer of a delay. I told them I was going to contact our state’s Attorney General. Then, I asked for a refund. I didn’t get any response. I tried tracking again and saw that my packages were finally sailing. They reached the LA Port on 7/20/20. But, I am assuming that once through customs then USPS assigns them new tracking numbers. I wrote the company twice asking for tracking numbers and get no response. I don’t know where my packages are, but this morning being fed up with Paint with Diamonds, I contacted PayPal and filed a dispute to have my money refunded.
I suggest that no one ever orders from this company. They are the biggest scammers that I have ever dealt with. From now on, if it’s not made in the USA, I’m not buying. DO NOT ORDER FROM PAINT WITH DIAMONDS.”

“The positive reviews on here must be fake. This company is, at best, one that will take your money with zero interest in whether or not you receive a product, or at worst, a complete fraud.
I placed an order on April 27, at which point in time the shipping time was listed as 4 weeks WITH delays. I was patient for well beyond that 4 week period because of the world's circumstances at the moment. I still have not received my order. I have been asking for a refund for weeks. I have no use for this product anymore. This was meant to be a gift, and I had to buy something else. Due to COVID, I had to leave my home, which is the shipping address on the package, so IF a product actually ever arrives, it is unlikely that I will ever see it.
This might be a difficult financial time for businesses, but it is a difficult time financially for many customers, as well. They have said that they would be willing to refund after I receive and return the product, but (aside from the fact that I don't have much faith that I will ever even see my order) why would I have any reason to trust that they would give me my refund if I do return it? This seems to be a morally bankrupt company, and hopefully an actually bankrupt one, soon, as well, so that they can not steal anyone else's money going forward.”
