“The quality of the image and product is above average, if and when you receive your order. Customer Service is very slow to provide logistics information, even after you do the work for them and show them the tracking. They respond with static messages instead of details specific to your order.”
“I recently received a few orders from Paint with Diamonds. The boxes protected the canvasses well. The quality of the drills was good, very little trash. I love that they put the diamonds in the little ziplock baggies. One thing that I would have the company do different is to use poured glue instead of double sided adhesive. It makes it so much easier to use.”

I made an error with 2 of my custom orders and they worked with me to get the coloring right so they would show up better and redid my projects at no cost to me. When I was short drills, they send them again at no cost to me. Customer service through Facebook is quick and accomodating. Is shipping delayed? Yes. It says so at the very top of the screen. Shipping is delayed almost everywhere, especially coming from overseas.”
