“I placed my order on 11/25/2018. On 11/27/2018, I emailed and asked for a status and tracking number. I was told that only one of my items had begun processing. Shortly after, I received an email that my order had shipped. I tried tracking the # and it was not found so I figured I would wait a couple of days for it to update. On 12/5/2018, I tried to track my package and it wouldn't come up in the system so I sent an email asking what was going on. I was told that my item was in transit and to try tracking it on the USPS website in addition to the website the opens when you click the tracking number link. That didn't work either, so I sent another email letting them know that. I never received a response. I emailed again on 12/6/2018 and 12/7/2018 and I have yet to get any reply. I even let them know that if I didn't receive a response by that following Monday EOB, I would write a negative review.
I am very upset because I just discovered PWD and I was very excited about trying something new. Their first 2 replies were very fast and I even sent them a follow up email letting them know how much I appreciated the quick response.
I just sent one more email to them in hopes of getting some type of reply. If someone replies and can help me, I will update this review. Until then, I am not a very happy customer.”
“Four stars for a lovely image, even f the canvas is somewhat on the small side, and one star because I got it for free. The only problem I had with this, and the other two I’d gotten at the same time, is that I’d finished them too quickly. I didn’t wat to read, write or watch tv. This is addicting which is bad news for my bank account lol.”

“I completed the 40x30cm square drill as a gift for someone and it turned out well! The colors are a bit sharper than they are in the image, the oranges a bit more intense, but overall I'm very happy with how it turned out :)
At the size I bought it took about 40 hours worth of work to complete altogether :) The symbols for each color were very clear and easy to see, and I had A TON (200+ stones) of each color left over, so no risk of running out!! :)”
“I realized when ordering, these products come from China, but it has taken over a week now to come from Georgia to Florida!!! It has been sent from Georgia to Clearwater, to Tampa and now south to Bradenton!! I live north of Tampa and it's taking this long to get it? Don't know if I will order custom from them again.”

“I took my finished picture in for framing. It was a dragon picture. Many people commented on how beautiful it was. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that on every one I do I am always short of beads on a few colors. They are very good at sending more but the shipping time is very long; over a month.”
“I do not recommend ordering from this company if you want good customer service. I placed an order from this compan. However,I then found a picture I liked better. So, I emailed them asking them to cancel my order (it was less than a day after I placed my order). I waited the 24 hours for the company to respond. However, they didn’t. So, I sent a repeat email asking to cancel the order before it shipped. It has now been over 24 hours since the second email has been sent and my order has shipped. I do not want this order and I expressed so before it shipped. So, now I would need to pay the return shipping if I returned the order which is why I emailed well before the order shipped in the first place in order to prevent this from happening. Very, very irritated. Even if I like the product I receive, I will not be ordering from this company again and I recommend you do Not order from them either unless you expect not to have to contact customer service. Very unsatisfied...”

“I have completed 2 pictures and I am extremely happy with the final product. I cannot wait to do another one! I was impressed with how easy the entire process is as well. That being said, I have noticed that several of the diamonds have flaws, but there is almost always extra so this has not been a big deal.”
“This pen is excellent for picking up diamonds easily and quickly. The wax end is fun to use since you don't have to fill the hollow end of the pen with wax every so often. The only issue I have is how to remove the wax from the thin hollow tip of this pen. Anyone have any ideas? I used to use the tweezers, but they're too thick to fit into this one.”
