“When I started getting interested in diamond painting I did a lot of research on it. Watched a lot of YouTube videos and shopped around to see who or where I wanted to buy from. I found paint with diamonds and loved everything about them. So for my birthday my husband bought my first painting which I am still working on 140x105cm simply meant to be. My mom bought me a 20x30 one from paint with diamonds as well which I have finished. I am waiting on my third one to come hopefully soon that I bought for my brother on Columbus Day sense he is in the military and currently picking out ones for Christmas. :) I have 10 items in my Cart :). I love how it comes and the zip lock bags with the total amount of diamonds per symbol in one bag. It has made it super easy. I just love how anything I need is on one site and with the free oh sh!t insurance I know that I’m covered if anything were to happen which makes it awesome with a 17 month old son. They do take several weeks if not months to arrive so I buy from Amazon as well but have found I don't like those as much. They do have options that ship from the US and don't take as long to arrive.”

“Ordered several kits. Completely regret it. Should have gone to Amazon or Michaels. All the tracking information is in Chinese! If foreign companies want to earn money in the US, they should be required to use English. Six weeks for delivery of such a simple item is ridiculous. Go buy it in the store.”
“Poor shipping habits.. ordered in November 15 for Christmas.. got email two days later saying it was on its way... it wasn’t .. only shipped on December

Shipping is a little delayed but it's like that anywhere right now.. we have to remember we're all bored and can't wait to get our new projects and start them..being stuck in quarantine sucks for everybody. But I think this is one of the best companies for the quality and price that is available right now for sure! “Appalling customer service. ordered in November only just dispatched today. Will not be here for xmas. Told it was dispatched 7th December . It will now be delivered to a business address that will be closed for the xmas period. Yep will now go and buy another present.”
