If foreign companies want to earn money in the US, they should be required to use English. Six weeks for delivery of such a simple item is ridiculous. Go buy it in the store.”

Shipping is a little delayed but it's like that anywhere right now.. we have to remember we're all bored and can't wait to get our new projects and start them..being stuck in quarantine sucks for everybody. “Appalling customer service. ordered in November only just dispatched today. Will not be here for xmas. Told it was dispatched 7th December . It will now be delivered to a business address that will be closed for the xmas period. Yep will now go and buy another present.”

“Took 6 weeks to receive. Was then sent with one colour missing. When contacted first time they apologized and confirmed number of colour missing. Waited 2 months, emailed again no response. Wont deal with this company again. I could of got same picture from overseas at half the cost”
“Placed an order and got it after 4 weeks. One of the pictures was missing the black diamonds. I have sent 4 emails and I have gotten no response. I would not recommend them to anyone. They advertise that they ship within 3 days but they forget to tell you it is coming from China.”
