“Like others, I have been waiting 5 months for my purchase to arrive. If its really that slow, they should be more up front about the shipping expectation. At this point, I'm thinking this is actually a scam, and my shipment will never arrive. Avoid.”

“I ordered two kits in March. After several contacts via email I still had not received them. I tried to cancel the order. No luck. I asked for a refund. No luck. I began the process with my credit card company to ask for a refund- that is the only way I got my money back. I got the two kits in late July (4 months after ordering!!!)and in a crushed box. Customer services is terrible. Shipping information is false. Emails go unanswered or you get a "sorry for the delay but thanks for shopping" response. The kits are good- once you finally get them-- but you can and should shop elsewhere for a better experience.”

“I ordered over $90.00 of merchandise on April 11, 2020 and never received any of it. The tracking code said it was mailed April 29th then the tracking expired in June. I wrote to them, waited 4 more weeks as they asked in their reply, then wrote again, this time asking for a refund. It's been 5 months after all. They refuse to refund my money. Do not buy from paintwithdiamonds.com. I will look for reviews like this site from now on before buying from an unknown company and I will believe them! Shame on this company!”
“I ordered a custom diamond art April 15 and paid $60 and still have not received it! I sent numerous emails,was given same info over and over and Everytime I would click the tracking link it gave me an error plus they would email me back saying it shouldn't be long now! I feel as if I was scammed as well. Do not order from this company! Believe all these reviews! They are rip off artist who refuse to refund your money! Thank goodness it was only $60 and not more! They would also say they will keep an eye on it to make sure it was moving along..then tell me just a few more weeks! “Believe these reviews. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They waited MONTHS to even begin to ship my order. They didn't even ship it until after the date it was supposed to be delivered. Their customer service is absolutely abysmal. Most of the time they ignore your emails, and if they do respond, they're incredibly condescending. They promised me a refund which they still haven't sent after MONTHS and are now refusing. “I believe my money has been stolen - and will be trying to get a refund from Visa. I placed an order May 5th (over 90 days ago) for $265 US. After two months I received a wood frame stretcher bar that was supposed worth $29 USD that I could have purchased at the door store for $2 and the LED light box that I was charged $50 that I now realize should have cost more like $25. I received ZERO of the actual diamond painting items. Sending an email gets you a computer generated 'tells you nothing' response.”
“By far the worst company I have ever done business. I placed 2 orders in April 2020. I was told these orders could be filled in the USA (Both for my daughters worth $150). I must have 15 emails that I have sent to them. At this point I have not received either order.....I have gotten computer generated messages- Received 3 calls from a woman who continues to change her name (Same voice). I was told 4 weeks ago the order would appear on the tracking system. It states the order was fulfilled- however- never placed out for shipping. I work for a chipping company and we have not missed a single customer order due to COVID-19. I am still waiting for my orders. I have informed PWD I am going to post this message everywhere they are listed (Facebook, PWD, Etsy) until they refund my money. They could have swam from China to the USA by this time.”
