“Ordered 3 kits in early October 2020 as Christmas gifts for my mother and sister. It is now January 19, 2021, and the kits have still not arrived. The tracking has not updated in 2 months. Customer service refuses to do anything. Will not refund or offer replacements. I would not recommend this company.”

“My first few painting came within a week or 2 which was great but this was before Christmas. They come with the necessary tools needed and more diamonds just in case you lose a few. The quality of the pictures are surprisingly great for the price which was cheap. I've only bought from here too.”
