“I purchased a pair of Trooper boots from Pajar on Black Friday 2022, and after receiving the boots and wearing them around 10 times in 14 days, the waterproofing was compromised, the sole detached from the leather on both boots. After contacting Pajar for warranty (mind you, they claim a 90 days warranty), they shifted the blame on me , my style of walking this n that).
DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS FROM PAJAR, poor labour and poor materials are used, but at a premium price.
These boots became useless due to waterproofing being compromised in less than 2 weeks.”

I purchased a Jacket and realized their size M ( all of my jackets are M) is too big for me so I decided to return it.
1. You cannot return to store, and you have to send it by a courier on your own expenses.
2. You have to wait for ever to get refunded.
I had to contact them morethen 10 times so far , and almost 6 weeks not refund yet.
This is never happen in my life.. Pajar is scams.”

Three weeks later I still have not heard back from them.
Basically I paid $300 for a pair of boots that are too big and I cannot get the company to respond to me.

“bought some boots online, gorgeous boots but arrived 2 weeks after due date and the box was so battered and torn theres no way i could gift as new. When enquiring about the return process I was informed that i have to pay to send back and regarding the delay and state of the box i was told "its not our fault what UPS does" and also "it's just a box, we have plenty, we will repackage them and sell them again". all this is in email so i have retained them. I have asked 6 or 7 times for the contact details of senior customer service people and my requests are just totally ignored. So frustrating, So ignorant and i will NEVER buy from Pajar ever again”
“I bought expensive winter boots from them and not even a year later, the sole is separating from the rest of the boot and the seams in general are cheap. I cannot belive that after only one year, I have these issues, considering that Pajar has a reputation as a supposed high quality brand withitems that last a long time. On top of that, their warranty is only 6 months and there is no waantee for p^roducts purchased in store. CHEAP BOOTS FOR A PREMIUM PRICE. DO NOT BUY.”

If you're planning to purchase anything from Pajar website, you'd better think twice.

They make the process so difficult so that you give up. What kind of retail company makes you pay for the return? Even so, why the refund process is so damn complicated? Any legitimate company would let you bring it to a store or something!

“Hello - What went wrong..... I received a birthday gift from a friend and there was a manufacturing defect. I wrote to them 3 times and kept getting the same "canned message".
This is an expensive product line and I cannot wear the fur ear muffs. I did not want my money back just a replacement however, that was an no-go.
I have never received such poor customer service and I also gave them my telephone number should they wish to call me - again no supervisor that I asked for and no phone call.
Total waste of my time.
I would not under any circumstances recommend this company to anyone and I totally understand why it has only 1.76 rating.”
“I purchased Pajar boots 2+ years ago, but have not worn them that much. I had expected far better quality for $550 boots. The d-rings that hold the laces have all rusted despite not being worn very much.
The company has not been very helpful with replacing or even repairing their product, offering to have it fixed at my cost. Buyer beware!!”

“I purchased a pair of Pajar boots from Sail on Tuesday. I was looking for a light weight warm boot for work as I am outdoors quite a bit and these fit the bill. I have worn them for two days and they are NOT rated to -30. It is -10 degrees and my feet are FREEZING even though I am wearing a pair of wool socks! NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I recommend you purchase a boot by Sorel.”
“Disappointing policy and customer service. I bought a pair of the Faye winter boots two years ago and paid $350 (now selling for $460!)The sole fell off one of the boots, which seemed like a defect. Pajar’s response was that their guarantee was for six months only. Clearly Pajar doesn’t stand by the quality of their boots or brand.”
“I chose Apple pay on their site and clicked enter. There was no way to review the entered information which was a prior billing and mailing address. I immediately sent 3 emails to fix the problem as there is no phone number, only email for customer service. After 3 days no one responded to my emails. and my order was sent to an address where I do not currently live. I still have not received a response at Day #5 to my emails. Buy from a retail store, not online.”
