“They are bunch of bastards. Do not send your stuff through this service if you really do not want to lose it. No doubt that they charged me 99p/KG as I was sending nearly 150 Kilos but cost me in real means more than £3/KG. Things I lost during transit of my stuff was perfume for my father, a few Boxes of chocolates, shaving gels and a lot more. Their staff is not at all trustworthy or it is better to say that they are thieves. They will take out whatever they like from your luggage. Do not recommend this to anyone.”

“I sent my luggage of 3 x bags from Coventry UK on 20 Oct 2018 to Rawalpindi Pakistan. 2 x Bags reached on 15 Dec at given address. One main bag of 28 Kg in weight size 3 feet x 1.5 feet BLACK Color vide receipt number 79599 is MISSING. I am calling this Cargo service helpilne every Day and there response was that they are booking today ....It has still not reached at given Address. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service. regards MALIK FARRUKH”

“I used Pakistan Cargo 4U to my parcel through AirCargo on November 27 and I was told that delivery would be on or before 09/12. It’s 10 days over and they haven’t delivered it yet. When I call them they give very silly and stupid excuses; absolutely no professionalism; very poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone ever.”

“All the new items that were in my parcel were taken out, before they reached my mother in Lahore, and old clothes were left in. The missing weight was made up by adding their own old clothes to the parcel. I rang Pakistan Cargo 4U numerous times & they were unhelpful and ignored my complaints. Never use them for sending new items. Horrendous customer service!!!”

“They collected my parcel from my house on time but there was a week delay for it to arrive in Pakistan. I called up on many occasions and was always told this friday and that saturday. Eventually they gave in and got me the tracking number for TCS. According to them they only recieved parcel 2 days ago but they were alot quicker and delivered it with 72hrs. Really ashamed with the service as I was looking to send more but will now have to look around for another company and hope for better luck.”
