“Fantastic company, from there website (ease of booking shipments) right down to the telephone customer support is faultless, we sell high value car parts (minimum average order £500) and have no concerns sending them via there network, Quick to address any concerns and always on hand to do as requested; like proof of signature or delivery only to the stated address and signed by the named person, this is essential as we take payments via paypal/ ebay sales. I wouldn't hesitate sending parts of any value through this company, the prices are very competitive and service defo above many of the other higher priced contractors. The only issue is they do not post to enough countries but thats probably due to them not wanting to get too large were the quality of there service declines. thanks”

“Disappointed that although we asked on the phone for collection to be before 5 the 3 consignments were not collected until about 5.30. When you asked me to write a review I tracked the items and found one has not been delivered as it was left too late in the day. I will try you again next week but I hope to see better results as I don't like to let our customers down. We paid for the 3 consignments by phone so i've not received an invoice, could you please forward one to me. Regards Paul Managing Director Keyte Smith Ltd”

“Having bought a Vw engine on ebay I then had the task of getting it picked up from Cumbria and delivered to oxfordshire. I found pallet hub online, used the quick quote service which gave me a very reasonable price and then collected and delivered the engine without a hitch and with a helpful and friendly driver. Many thanks for a great user friendly service.”

“This was the first time I had used Pallethub and I was greatly impressed on all counts. The item to be transported was an oil fired central heating boiler - quite a heavy beast - and the pick-up point was in East Sussex. The seller reported that the Pallethub vehicle arrived on time and the driver was courteous and efficient. The boiler was soon safely loaded and secured. The delivery address was in South Herefordshire and it arrived here at about 9.30 am the following morning - long before I was expecting it. Again the driver was most helpful in offloading the item and assisted me on transferring it onto a waiting trolley. He was a great guy to deal with and a real credit to Pallethub Finally the cost of the delivery was very reasonable too so a big +++ on all points. Thanks very much Pallethub and I shall certainly be happy to recommend you to anyone needing an efficient delivery service! Regards Mike Robinson May 2014”
