“On 7/10, I ordered a complete slide for my compact dagger. The next day, I ordered another slide that I liked better and submitted a cancellation request for the first order. The next day, I received notification that both sides had shipped. I immediately jumped online to chat with someone from PSA. However, before I could reach someone, I received another email from Bridgette at PSA telling me that they were aware of my cancelation request for the first slide and had already contacted the carrier to return the their package.
