3 calls and 3 emails after spending thousands of dollars on several orders you would get a response back? you think these knuckleheads would act better with their shitty ass customer service? Never returned any calls or emails - bunch of tarts is all they’re getting too big for their own britches watch them fold when things do get back to normal.. bunch of pin heads- DO NOT BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS!

Zero customer service inquiry responses, no matter whether you email or call or even ask for specific employees. They will gladly take your money and ship product. But forget customer service.

I purchased a Black Aces Pump Shotgun from Palmetto and they sent me a “compliance” email. The email stated, “Our company policy prohibits us from shipping semi-automatic shotguns with any of the following: magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock, or a pistol grip to the state of New Jersey.” So I call them to let them know I ordered a PUMP shotgun not a SEMI-AUTOMATIC shotgun. They did not care and cancelled my order, even though the manufacturer of the gun specifically states that the gun is NJ legal. So I was purchased the same gun from another retailer who is better informed than Palmetto State Armory.

I find it very difficult to understand the negative reviews as my experience has been fantastic compared to other suppliers! I recently have been ordering on line 9mm ammunition from various sellers and Palmetto provided a better quality and a much better price than the others. Also their service time for shipping and delivery was also far superior! Order date of 2/2 and received shipment on 2/5. Others have taken 2-3 weeks plus they charged twice the amount for shipping. Therefore I am extremely please with my first order experience with Palmetto! Keep up the good work Palmetto!!! Brad

Palmetto State Armory has terrible customer service. I never received my product and have never received a refund. They did send me a bogus tracking number that never worked on my order, then said that UPS lost my order. However, this product was ordered in June of this year, and as of now, September, I have yet to receive a refund. Keep your money and buy local! These people are crooks and have TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. They don't respond to emails in a timely manner and they don't answer the phone. Shawna Carpenter

Customer service is a joke. They take 3 to 5 days to return an email. They do not take calls. They have over 300 BBB complaints. Do Not order anything from this company!

I'm retired military disabled Veteran...A gun guy all my life...I buy 18-23 weapons on line per year...Mostly from KGC and Reeds....But I have never dealt with a firm as BAD as Palmetto State Armory...The reviews are correct!!! Run from PSA,dont walk away,run. I tried for months this year 2020 to buy a weapon, my tax exempt form in the hands of PSA ,confirmed, nobody their could sell me a weapon without tax...(I am betting the tax collected goes in their pockets) I was given several phone numbers to call psa... all voicemail...Never got a call back.Wrote (4) four letters to PSA, one to the owner...No Reply!!! Want a well made lower cost weapon buy a Diamondback. Made in Florida, Great Customer service, Lifetime Warranty...bottom line Palmetto State Armory Sucks!!!

I always come here to stock up on my outdoor gear, as well as my firearms. Not sure I have ever visited and not gone away with what I wanted and more than I really needed. Prices are great as well!

Great shopping experience. I ordered a new gun and after being talked through the process and shown all my options, I was given everything I needed. I have since ordered more from their website and it always arrives on time. Can't wait to get back to the range now!

Too bad I didn't read the yelp reviews of this place before placing an order. Other reviews state that their customer service is pretty much non-existent. Apparently it's true. I ordered a product from their web site on April 4th. On the same day, I received two E-mails indicating that the order was "In process". It became oblivious that there was a duplicate order(same product). I immediately sent an E-mail to customer service requesting a cancellation of the second order. No response to this, or the next three E-mails(April 5th, 6th, and 8th). I finally get an E-mail on April 9th that it's too late to cancel the order and that If I want to return the duplicate it will cost me $25.00. Never again will I deal with this place. Buyer beware in dealing with them.

I don't bother ordering from anywhere else. I have been using Palmetto State Armory for years now and have never been disappointed. Goods arrive on time and customer services work hard to make sure any questions are answered quickly. Great prices and product range.

Good products at a decent price but Customer service needs help in product knowledge and they need more people answering the phone. I ordered a scope ring pic rail mount that they suggested and it did not have enough clearance. I had to return it and pay for shipping. Then I tried to cancel an order and I was on hold for over an hour and then the phone disconnected and I called back and the message was they were closed. I called the next morning to try again and it took over 40 minutes to speak to someone. They said I had to pay a $17 UPS cancellation fee or refuse the item and still get charged a $17 fee. Just making sure you need it before you purchase it and look at other online stores with free shipping and returns. Also be ready to be on hold for at least 30 minutes or more.

Garbage customer service, takes forever for your item to ship if it ships but they charge your credit card immediately.

They shipped out my order right away. I've not had a chance to use my new upper, but I have torn it apart to clean it and everything appears to be where it should.
