“PSA has a few issues that need attention, emails with incorrect info., too many emails, limited ammo selection, prices that are either reasonable or an instant "NOPE". So they're pretty much like everybody else in the business. But one thing they do well is customer service if something goes wrong. Jessica was delightful to deal with, had an excellent attitude and took care of the issue quickly! PSA sent an email that a purchase I'd made earlier in the day was still in my cart, it was, so I ordered again.
