“Terrible experience, rude delivery driver who refused to deliver/do a package swap with my neighbor who I had left the package with, claiming semantics of the address not being exactly the same. Exact same company's delivery driver was happy to leave a package one week ago at the door unattended and unsigned for. They make up their rules as is convenient for them. This is all after giving you a broad 2 hour delivery window that they inform you about prior night at 9pm without offering any flexibility.”
“Would have been 4 stars but for the driver who flat refused to remove my old mattress from the front door because it "Wasn't on his list". Even when I showed him the email confirming I'd paid extra for disposal he wasn't interested and left.
I hope he enjoyed driving through rush hour city traffic to come back and pick it up at 6pm after I phoned and told Panther what had happened.
Up to then the service had been good. Plenty of communication and regular updates spoilt at the last minute by the human element. To be fair, the customer service team sorted it but the situation was very badly handled by the delivery driver.”
“I would give no stars if I could. I ordered a TV from Samsung that was to be delivered by Panther. They delayed my delivery day twice because they "didn't have capacity" AFTER I paid £20 to select my original delivery date! Absolutely shameful company, I can't believe that a company as large as Samsung would have anything to do with these scam artists”

Expect you to stay home all day, won’t leave item in a safe place I designated despite me taking responsibility for any loss, the house being covered by cameras & the house being in the countryside. “Absolutely horrible service. Never more if l notice that a company use this one for the delivery. I received a text with delivery time. One hour later still no news. Many times l checked on their website and it was written only what time was at that moment. The tracking number was unknown on the website. So, l called them. A woman didn t let me explains anything, she just repeated she can t here me and l shout. She spoke loud all the time and she closed. Such a customer service! One hour later finally my package arrived.”

“I had a 2 hour delivery slot - 5 minutes before the end of the slot I was called by their driver to say they’d be 45 minutes late as they were delayed at the depot. I said I’m pretty upset you didn’t let me know when you did - he said it’s not my fault - I’m just the driver. When they eventually arrived he wanted to put the tv up on the stand but it’s wall mounted and upstairs so he took it upstairs but wanted to put it on the stand again i said just leave it. “Absolutely disgusting service. It was sent to the wrong depo. Got told it would take 48 hours to resolve. Guess what 48 hours went and still nothing. Constantly chasing them for updates and get told to wait a further 24 hours each time. Keep saying they apologise but nothing gets done when it was their fault to begin with. 5 days later and I’m still waiting for my delivery after my specified day”
“Drivers were incredibly rude and refused to deliver a new bed to our flat in central London because they couldn't arrange local pay and display parking and couldn't get through the vehicle barrier (like most Westminster residents, we are still on a waiting list for a vehicle FOB here). Instead of walking 50-70m to our flat door, which I volunteered to help with, they refused and left me with 5 oversized packages on the street, one of which was damaged. An absolutely absurd reaction for an outfit delivering in London. Not the service you expect when you pay £50 for delivery!”
“Expecting delivery of a sofa today, only to get a text message this morning advising that the item was 'at the wrong depot' and that they would call to rearrange.”
“I was supposed to take delivery of a replacement TV today by Panther Logistics. They gave me a slot of 07:24-09:24 and when I checked the live tracker they were at drop 1 and I was drop 2… the first attachment shows that they were unable to deliver because of a vehicle capacity issue, strange given that they were supposedly already out delivering, which was clearly not true.
Then they send me another text making out that the item is due to be delivered today and quickly update it to say delivery failed to make it out like it was my issue and that I’d missed the delivery.
Fortunately being on the spectrum I just screenshot everything and as you’ll see in the photos they didn’t update their site quickly enough… also this is a dishonest practice as they will be claiming they attempted the delivery so they get paid.”

“DO NOT USE THIS DISGUSTING LYING HORRIBLE NASTY EVIL COMPANY. Was supposed to deliver a Sealy Divan Set only the mattress on the van, the bed base part of it was sent to Warrington the other half sent to Watford. The two disgusting delivery drivers kept saying they didn't speak English chucked the mattress on the Grass and went to walk away.I said ring Panther he did and the bloke from Panther said what Do you want me to do ring sealy and cut me off. My god how can anyone use this company.I got very upset came in to get a tissue the rude delivery drivers picked up the mattress chucked it on the van and drove off.Im so upset please do not use Panther. Still trying to get it sorted.”
“Had ordered a mattress which was to be delivered between 10.30 and 12.30,went onto tracker and it said they tried to deliver but failed, they sent it at 7.48 am and said it'd been delivered at 9.26 am,it seemingly took them an hour n a half from Stockton to Glasgow, spoke to panther who then said it wasn't on the van and that they'd sent it by an emergency courier, it's 8pm and still no sign of it,the customer service was non existent, not even an apology, disgusting company, do not use.”
“Dreadful. Took a day off work for a delivery of a fridge freezer. Prepared the house for the delivery, emptied porch, took doors off etc. Panther supposedly didn’t have my house number which was on the preset form! so apparently they got to the area and couldn’t find address phone once then left without calling twice & no messages. 5 minutes Id try to call them 4 times sent messages contact head office 3 times spent an hour trying to sort out. Cancelled the order. Decided I’d pay more and get a proper service as I’d losted more going cheap. Frustrating shame.”
“2 guys turn up & thought their job was a simple drop off service , They comically fill my hall way up with bed parts (literally no room to swing my very nervous cats tail ) . I then point to the ‘ ‘assembly ‘ instruction on my invoice on my phone. They then huff and puff taking it to my empty bedroom and then proceed down stairs . Still not grasping the word ‘assembly ‘ Telling me it’s a drop off service !!! After a call to the office they return to finally assemble the bed. Oh and then asks to borrow a screw driver !! Appalling service not professional !”
