“Worst deliver company ever.Use them at your own peril.Ordered a fridge via Reliant Direct.Panther were meant to install it but made some excuse that pipework was not correct when I just had experienced plumber run the appropriate pipework.They had messed up the previous delivery and had to return and left fridge in middle of my kitchen unbeknown to me they broke my house sign and have been liasing with customer services who are appalling.No company should use their services and hope the amount of bad reviews companies will cease using them to save their customers grief.Stay well clear of any company using them otherwise you will pay the price.Now contemplating court proceedings”
“Been waiting for a a deliver from this company via Sociology for a month which is a spare part for my my sofa bed which has already has broken since May).The item has gone to the wrong depot and this company seem incompetent to know how get it transferred to the correct one. After 2 weeks it is still in the wrong depot and they are STILL chasing it. I have just had a conversation with Naz who appeared to have no idea on the processes within the company including escalation for complaints. every question I asked, she put me on hold. I then said I will raise a compliant on trust pilot and she said 'no worries'. I found this inappropriate, immature and disrespectful!!”
“2 alleged attempts to deliver my sky glass , I was home both times , first time I was possible asleep as I work nights , second attempt NO attempt took place , I have camaras but this company are full of rubbish, after threatening to cancel my full sky package, sky managed to get a 3rd attempt to tomorrow (24hrs time) so let's wait and see what happens next , camaras rolling incase they parachute in , it's very strange I received all my other deliveries but nothing from panther, not even a ghost image on camara, most staff very rude when I complained.....I hope you deliver on 3rd attempt or you'll cost sky a customer and I'm pretty sure I won't be the first nor the last ....sky should be really proud of using a delivery company who lie through there teeth and have very bad customer service,”
“The worst delivery I've ever experienced.. they don't even deserve 1 star. I've order a tv from samsung, 2 faild deliveries... First I picked Sunday, few days later they changed that for Monday! Alright... I rescheduled second for next Saturday... they sent slot time the night before but then 2h before delivery notification comes about loading error whatever that means ... and here is the best part! I HAVE TO WAIT 24-48H TO REBOOK MY DELIVERY!! That company is a joke. Stay away!”
“The night before the delivery I received a text message that our delivery window would be between 12-2pm.
As my wife does the school run at 2.45 and the delivery window was ok I went to work. At 8.35am this was changed and delayed 1 Hour.
I phoned the driver and asked her to liaise with my wife to make sure she would be there. She said she was happy to do so but she never phoned my wife.
I decided to leave work early to see If I could get there in time to receive the delivery. I got a phone call from the driver who said she would be there in 20 Minutes which was after the time that my wife would be out doing the school run. I asked the driver to check with a neighbour or maybe deliver into our garage which was left open for her. She refused both due to company policy. I told her I was 5 minutes away and she said that she was not willing to wait and left and that I would have to arrange for a re delivery.
I have never know a company less willing to help and so inflexible.”
“There seems to be a recurring theme in the reviews of this SHAM delivery company which they themselves state as 'premium delivery' on their website. There is nothing premium about them, infact they seem to like to cause damage to a person's home during delivering products and then blaming the customer for the damage caused, avoiding any responsbility or compensation. I would say AVOID, but it's almost impossible if you don't have a choice when you purchase items with certain companies. I am shocked at the number of big brands that actually choose them as their delivery company given the number of bad reviews on Google and other sites. The companies would save themselves a lot of time, money and a bTwo weeks ago I had a chest of drawers delivered, and whilst delivering the item, the delivery men ruined my brand new cream carpets with oil stains. BTW this carpet was only laid 2 months ago which is just frustrating for me! I appreciate accidents can happen but when I then contacted the company to put a claim in, they actually had the audacity to say that I am lying and therefore they will not take responsibility for this damage. The way they argued the case was shocking as what they did was on the photos I provided of the 3 marks on my carpet which they created, they highlifghted something under the bed (which was a bit of black fluff), and stated that if there is a mark under the bed, then it can't have possibly been them to cause any marks and then closed the case without so much as a sorry. Such a ridiculous counterargument. I've had to ask the furniture supplier to reopen the case with them as their argument back to me was ridiculous. I am awaiting to hear back from them but if anyone has had similar experiences please reach out!”
“Ordered a mattress from Amazon, Silent Night. It wasn't despatched for 11 days but when panther received it, it was delivered on the day I arranged, a Sunday.
The time slot I was given was 2:50-4:50pm. At about 5:30 the driver called to say it would be with me in 50 minutes. They showed up just after 7pm. I had been worried after reading reviews here and elsewhere but apart from the late delivery, everything was fine.”
“I would give it zero this company are just liars driver said I wasn’t in Katie customer service assistant just went along with there lies , supervisor added it for collection next day turned out to be another lie , depot manager was meant to phone another lie , these drivers and staff are clearly not doing there job need to be sacked or retrained no wonder there reviews are so bad , all this because the driver said he turned up when he never. “Ordered an animal enclosure from Pets at Home. Next day delivery.
Now we have the Pet and no enclosure. Real confusion between Pets at Home that believe they are waiting for collection from Panther and Panther blaming Pets at home fore getting it to them late. Today is Thursday and they received the item yesterday. No delivery today and they offered to get it to me on Saturday. I thought it was next day? In the end I cancelled the order. I spoke to an agent at Panther called Izzy.”
“Awful company with zero care for customers. Delivery men broke my light setting during delivery then swiftly denied this ever happened when I complained, even with photographic evidence. This company blames the customer for any damage caused by the delivery men, and they caused me a lot of stress and £100 on fixing my light setting. I have ever been treated this way by any company. Avoid - don't go near them!!”
“Great delivery, within the time window and as promised they called 30 minutes before arrival, despite challenge of steps to get to the flat and then negotiating the internal flat staircase, the team carefully carried the full heightSamsung fridge freezer upstairs and then took away the old one. The packaged box was unmarked and on unwrapping the fridge freezer was perfect and unmarked. Very pleased especially as last week I’d been let down by AO who failed to deliver despite assurances they would.”
“Appalling service
Absolutely appalled at their lack of service and total lack of care. I ordered Silentnight beds, which they were scheduled to deliver yesterday. I received all the tracking info and a delivery timeframe - it all looked good. Then they cancelled yesterday morning with a note about a vehicle issue. I spent most of the day calling them and Costco (where I purchased the beds), to get nowhere. I was told 3 different excuses on the 3 calls I made - the last excuse being that the client admin officer was “off on break.” They did not call me to reschedule delivery and I’ve tried their what’s app message service to be given yet another excuse, with no delivery update. Meanwhile, we are in a new apartment sleeping on the floor. Absolutely appalled!”

“I bought a mattress from supplier. The company to deliver is literally 4miles tops Warrington I live Widnes. I had text to inform delivery between 9:10- 11am. Tracking gave me 8:20 10:30am. I then had text to inform delivery wouldn’t happen - further text I was 4th out of 7 deliveries. I phoned the supplier informed that I would get my order on an emergency vehicle as they’d run out of space in on the thank transporter !
The delivery came at 4pm don’t forget they’re only up the road. But the driver informed they had to go to Preston Blackpool Wirral North Wales before me. I think they need a better route planner to keep customers informed and provide better automated communication.
I wasted a whole precious day off waiting and not knowing 🤬”
“Worse delivery company I've ever dealt with (and I used to be in logistics). When they opened the doors of their van, our fridge was on the floor - obviously not correctly secured in the van. When removing our old fridge they damaged the kitchen floor, bent a hall light fitment and snagged the trim on the front door. They were meant to install the new fridge/freezer, my wife and I ended up doing it.
If you can do so, avoid using this company.”

“I have accidentally picked the wrong date for the delivery. It wasn't any other option available on their website to change your date, but only by Facebook chat. They have promised to change my date with no problems, but then went silent... and when delivery date was due - they just cancelled my order. They said I have to ring retailer. When I rang retailer, they've said an error came from warehouse people. I was waiting my washing machine for 2 weeks! Never again I will pick any other retailer who deals with Panther Limited! Very angry and dissatisfied!”
