“The 2 men who delivered my new TV couldn’t have been more unhelpful. They were surly and the only words they spoke to me or each other was “ it’s not my job “. I ordered the plug & play feature, which clearly says on your email that up to 2 devices will be connected. They refused to connect my virgin box and not only that refused to help me move my previous tv off a low cabinet so it could be replaced by the new one . They both stood back and watched me struggle on my own . They were a really bad representation of your company & I hope for your sake they are just the bad apples.”
“Shady company, refuses to install Samsung TV claiming electric cables in the wall (er, it's a chimney breast), based on cheap useless stud detector. Seems many others have issues with these same people. Bought next day delivery via Samsung, but Panther unilaterally booked in for two days later. Delivery drivers made me uncomfortable, seemed like a couple of crooks. Can see I'm not the only one who thinks so. Shame on Samsung for using this horrible company. If you order a TV from Samsung, don't pay for their installation service - find a professional, Panther cannot be trusted.”
“Ordered a tv online, was informed when I would receive it and by whom. I received texts and emails with all my information. I was I formed of day and time of delivery , and that Andy, our driver, would ring 30 mins before he was due to arrive.
Andy did so, delivered exactly as expected, and Andy carried our very large box into our living room. He was lovely, friendly, and kindly explained the best way to remove tv from the box, and if he hadn’t we’d still be doing it hours later!
We hadn’t heard of Panther before but what a great company it is.
We are both elderly and Andy was wonderful, thank you young man 😊”

“Hi I was supposed to get my tv delivered yesterday but never mind & I’ll m still waiting as it was supposed to deliver today around 8:20am to
10:20 am but again panther had a problem but I have received is 20 text messages & emails I’ve got a new slot but not grantees & no one seems to know & when just 2 days off work yet I have not received tv yet it’s just too much for me now I am thinking of cancel my tv of Samsung this way I don’t have to wait whole day & they never call I have to call driver I have called panther & driver.
Yet no answer when it’s going to arrive what nasty company after I have called them & called Samsung panther send me another text saying we are sorry your delivery got delayed it will be delivered 12/01/2024 but it might be out of time slot !! It might be out of town me slot! When it is out of my time & day slot & it’s panther picks the day & time slot absolutely nasty company I’ll put my complain at trust pilot & I wish Samsung could choose better partner still waiting on my tv delivery only thing left for me is just cancel my tv purchase via Samsung so I can go to work”

“Panther guys turned with our 65in Oled tv - had to be prompted to set up (already billed for) and then requested the right screwdriver as as hadn’t got one.Unbelievable. TV had to be returned for replacement as defective- maybe due to their unprofessional set up. Really bad day. Samsung direct should chose a better delivery partner!”
“I would have given 0 stars if that was possible. Absolutely disgusting service from the company and its drivers. We were to be delivered a mattress today and it should have been a smooth experience. But this company has totally disappointed us. The driver refused to deliver the mattress to our 2nd floor bedroom as he was not advised by his company. The 2nd person accompanying him requested if he could see the way upstairs as he wanted to get an idea of how they were to bring the mattress, but this 2nd person not willing to do so. We have had previously been delivered 2 mattress on 2nd floor of our property and sofas on 1st floor of the property with no problem whatsoever. The driver was giving unnecessary attitude to me & my wife which is never appreciated as we have paid for the goods not been given it for free. This company does not know how to treat the customers who have paid for good & services. Then the driver said that i have harassed him as i asked to take the delivery of the mattress after disgusting attitude. The 2nd person along with the driver was apologetic as he understood the situation. The customer representative on call was equally responsible for the overall pathetic experience. I will be taking this further with formal complaints and legal actions against the company as the driver was recording me and even said that i was "harassing and threatening him". ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH AND DISGUSTING SERVICE. REFRAIN FROM USING THIS COMPANY AND ITS SERVICE. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT THIS COMPANY NEVER GETS A CHANCE TO DELIVER GOODS TO US IN FUTURE.”

“The delivery of our sofa was really bad on many levels.
The delivery crew was unfriendly and at first refused to do the job they were paid for. We paid for assembly of the new sofa in the final location, for disposal of the old sofa and all rubbish.
They didn't want to assemble the sofa and dispose of all rubbish and the old sofa. They said we didn't pay for those add-on services. We showed them proof. Then they said they didn't have the required tools with them. We insisted and somehow they did have the required tools after all and got to work.
Instead of taking the old sofa apart, they tried to take it out in one piece and damaged our freshly painted walls.
They also didn't remove all the rubbish and just left.
When we complained to their customer service and handed over lots of photos, the invoice of the previous paint job from a few months earlier and a quote for the repairs, they said they only pay the £85 if we provide CCTV videos from the inside showing how the damage occurs. As if anybody would CCTV their whole flat. :-(
Also customer support offers a WhatsApp contact for "quick replies" but it takes half a day at least to get a reply and that reply is usually no good.
Choose a different company if you can and otherwise film everything.”
“I’m extremely unsatisfied with my delivery experience!! The delivery itself was quick and tracking was made available with regular texts and updates. The issue being the men that delivered it where rude and impolite and showed no interest in completing the task at hand. The package its self with bashed up the stairs and not handled with care resulting in few scraps and marks. After paying £60+ for delivery unsure if I would use this company again”
