Hi Mia, Thank you for your feedback. We can see you have been in touch with one of our colleagues and you have informed us the delivery address was incorrect after the order was delivered. A refund was not processed on this occasion because the package was successfully delivered to the address provided to us at check-out. “The item I bought was impossible to find except for here, so that was great! Only downside was that the shipping time was about doubled without much communication, so I didn’t know if I was going to get my package at all. Aside from this it was great!”

“Original purchase dispatched quickly but lost by courier! Due to no one answering customer phone line took a while to arrange a Replacement, had to accept a refund and re order! Luckily arrived in time for Xmas.”

“Product was as described. Delivery was prompt. I am giving 4 stars because there was an issue with the payment processing. My order was placed on the US website, indicating shipping from within the US, but my credit card charge indicated a payment in Ireland with an additional foreign transaction fee. I did appreciate that when I chatted with a representative, they quickly issued a refund for the fee. However, if I wasn’t paying close attention, I wouldn’t have noticed this incorrect fee. Sounds like an issue with their payment processing, that needs to be rectified.”

“As a grandparent trying to surprise our 18-year-old, skateboarding grandson with some Christmas gifts, I stumbled across ParadeWorld. I am so glad that I did. ParadeWorld found the exact items I was looking for. Their response to my order and supplying me with information regarding my order was fantastic.
