“Items shipped from different shops, everything showed up fine. Shipping to the U. S. took about two weeks. Would definitely buy from them again.”

“Since Paradeworld is a marketplace for skate shops, it's a really great source for finding products you can't find at your local shop while still supporting small, skater-owned businesses. If you don't have a local shop then there's really no question. If you live in a country where shipping discounts aren't supplied, it can get expensive unless you buy from the same shop. Unfortunately, Paradeworld doesn't seem to reveal who you're buying from. Only when you receive your packages do you finally see which shops they came from.”

“Shipping and everything was great with Paradeworld. Fit of the shoes sucked, and I thought they’d be good threw out the box, and wore them outside. Can’t return, stuck with shoes I can’t wear.”

“Returned a pair of shoes untouched because I realized I purchased the wrong size, and I was rejected. They did not reply to my follow-up email either. Heres some pictures of the condition of my shoes after the return was rejected and sent back to me (brand new). Pretty disappointed as I wanted to get the right shoe size. With no explanation, I can't recommend buying, despite having good experiences shopping here before”

Items are sent from partner stores we work with, which means returns also go back to them. Our partner stores will accept a return unless it's sent back in a condition where the item can't be re-sold. Such as if it's been worn outside or it's not in its original box etc. I am truly sorry on this occasion our partner store was not able to accept the return and process your full refund. “I was skeptical since I had not heard of parade before. When I placed my order I had a great fear but it shipped faster than any company I had ordered from before, shipped Monday and got them Thursday. I was worried maybe I’d be getting scammed or something but I got exactly what I ordered and love them!”
