Following their store with printer location recommendations, I travelled approx six miles visiting four stores before finding one with an operational printer, never again !!!!!

Utterly useless. Took 3 weeks to deliver a package. Had to chase every few days as they didn’t do what they promised and keep me updated. Like everyone else says. Avoid at all costs.

They lost a 20kgs package and after one month of chasing them I am told that because I didnt buy insurance I am not entitled to any compensation. Also, they only communicate via email. No phone.

reneged on every claim I submitted for loss or damage every time with some technicality. but the min I sent one a kg over they asking for a top up to be made of 3 pounds despite conning me for 100s with non paid claims. not to mention infuriating customers in the process! AVOID!

no way to cancel no way to cancel Booked a commercial shipping service. Then I was told that the dimensions have changed. So I booked another one hoping to cancel the first one later. Two payments have been taken but only one booking shown in Parcel2go UPSToday so no way of canceling to get a refund. Not happy. Looking to move the company shipping services somewhere else.

Basically Parcel2Go have damaged an item of mine and i'm £195 out of pocket. I was aware the item was on the restricted list (toilet pan) but it was extremely well packed and should have been safe. It arrived smashed to pieces and in all honesty Parcel2Go couldn't have cared less. Avoid using at any cost, seems soon as there's an issue they'll just wash there hands of it. Their restricted items list basically allows any drivers to beat the cr*p out of the parcels as they know there will be no comeback to them. Shocking service, cheesy responses to emails, you can sense they're not bothered.

Parcel label mixed up by local courier so we lost our parcel worth 500 pounds and many sentimental, private goods. In result our parcel arrived at Amazon Edinburgh instead of Polish private address. Now struggle to get 100 pounds back from insurance as the "company" rejects our receipts. Gang of thieves

This is the second time they have delivered an item to me smashed to pieces and left In bin shed with no note through door. I was home but clearly they had damaged the items so didn’t want to hand them over. Due for delivery in 5 days and took 2 weeks! Such a terrible service.

Extremely bad service. Sent a parcel with no cover, got severely damaged by dpd and no one accountable for the damages. Surely the courier has a duty of care. The parcel was a cast aluminium 3d printing machine very strong. As you can see in the pictures the parcel must of been grossly man handled. What a joke have now tried to offer me a £10 credit. Have now said the parcel goes thru several different transit companies.. The machine damaged was several hundred pounds.

Very poor service. Grossly damaged item delivered to recipient. Didn’t have the right cover and have basically been told I have no chance of a claim. They admit no responsibility for damaged item via DPD. Surely one of the companies have a duty of care for your parcel. I would strongly recommend not to use PARCELS2GO OR DPD. Not matter how much cheaper they may be. Especially coming up to Xmas The machine is a 3d printer and made of strong cast aluminium, so the pictures show the abuse the parcel had to cause this kind of damage

I have used Parcel2go a few times and for the most they have been OK However I sent a Sewing machine a couple of weeks ago and it arrived damaged when I tried to claim I was told that I could not be compensated because I had not taken out any insurance. Not happy! So the next one I sent a few days ago I took out Their Insurance. This one also arrived damaged so of course I made a claim. My claim was rejected because it was a sewing machine and these are only covered for loss not damage. Obviously because the previous parcel arrived damaged they told me I should have Insured it knowing fully well that they do not pay out for damage. What happened to "DUTY OF CARE" Maybe I should have looked at these reviews before I contracted them to do anything for me. Never again! Perhaps they will black list me.

Returning here to vent further frustration at a claim submitted around 8th October following my delivery being badly damaged by UPS on route to my customer. Since then Parcel2go, its claims team and its robots have been in inconsistent conversation with me to resolve this claim, probably getting towards 100 emails, not having the same person twice, contradicting each other. Then I thought a breakthrough when they offered choice of get quote for repair, send back to them for repair (not relevant for a specialist item) or return to them for salvage, but no, after getting a quote for repair they seem to have decided that was more than they wanted to pay and back peddled offering me a pathetic amount to settle. I paid extra to insure the item for delivery, but that seems totally irrelevant to them. I really wish I had gone direct to the courier - if I had gone direct to the courier in the first place I would not have had to deal with these intermediate muppets and their team of robots!! I wonder if it is because I complained about them at the beginning here on trust pilot that they are punishing me more for telling the world of how bad they are?!!

Worst service I ever had... I have returned a TV to amazon and chose parcel2go to get it collected and delivered, I've been charged £49.79 for a 3-5 working day delivery. My parcel was collected on the 6th November their website says estimated delivery 12th November, I've contacted them they said it can take 14 days but they are selling service that says 3-5 days delivery and charge you that amount.. They won't refund anything because they say it's in transit.. well yeah it supposed to arrive 2 days ago... NEVER EVER USE THEM!!! I have already told not to use them to my friends and family so there's quite a few people there now.

WORST COMPANY FOR DELIVERY I HAVE EVER… WORST COMPANY FOR DELIVERY I HAVE EVER USED! I am moving to France from UK - I decided to send my 55 inch television with the company, it arrived to France completely shattered, the box seemed to have been punched and kicked; the screen arrived in pieces. Bare in mind, I PURCHASED INSURANCE ON THE PARCEL THE COMPANY DECLINED MY CLAIM STATING THEY ONLY PAY BACK IN INSTANCES OF LOSS AND NOT FOR DAMAGE! I am extremely frustrated as I am now at a loss of over £300.

What an absolute joke of a company. Scammers! No proof! What an absolute joke of a company. Scammers! A completely unjustified extra charge applied to my account. I have been falsely accused of "Handling Charge Not In Cardboard" I followed instructions and place item in cardboard then wrapped it. I asked for proof of this accusation but none given, I thought in this country (UK) it was innocent until proven guiltily. No photographic proof! No telephone number too speak with and educated individual but instead an on line chat where you aren't given their undivided attention, they take ages between each question ask! Where do I post my hard copy of my proof that I did follow instructions. It states "Handling Charge Not In Cardboard". Does not state must be placed in a cardboard box! Avoid at all costs! Thank you for your reply! Another A1 example of not listening. I 100% know why; as your agent via the on line chat stated “Handling Charge Not In Cardboard”. So why send me a link. I wrapped the item in cardboard but not placed in a cardboard box. If you stated place in a cardboard box then I would have. Please sort your instructions out! As many more genuine honest people will be caught out and you will happily apply extra charges! Why not take the time to contact your customers and listen, you might learn a thing or too! Why have you also increased the additional charge? You are well aware there is an issue! I have asked where to post my hard copy of my proof but again don’t get a suitable answer. Not so well done! Gets even better. This morning they have sent me and email reminder of the false surcharge. Again no answer as to where do I post my hard copy of the proof I have. There seems to be no care or customer service just a money grabbing service. Real shame! I have emailed them as well. Really poor effort.
