Cheats on a grand scale..booked a parcel to be picked up..myhermes never picked it up,never got the payment back,no contact direct and are liars.. 5 x drivers over 4 days all had punctures..? do not trust or use them..they now control many agents..so they cleaned up the market..so its back Royal Snail..as least you can talk to them.

Parcel never arrived. No explanation given. Service was slow, like the emails are derived by automated bots. impossible to get any refund or compensation. really poor

This firm is an absolute joke would recommend any one going else we're in future as they make stuff up add extra fees to your orders just a heads up guys this firm are scammers

I have been sending parcels to my daughter in New Zealand for the last four years so I know what's permitted. Having accepted my parcel, I followed the tracking and a week after dropping it off for courier it was returned to me in a sorry state - wet and falling apart with no paperwork. I contacted Parcel2go who told me they returned it because it contains prohibited items. It doesn't but they weren't having it and charged me £9 to return it to me. This is the first and LAST time I will use them. They don't know the rules of what can and can't be sent - I absolutely do as I've done it for so long. I now have to repack it, replace some ruined items, find another courier (will go back to WPS) and make a claim from Parcel2(not)go. what a terrible experience. never ever ever again.

They shouldn't work with Hermes if they can provide nothing about the service you've paid for. I paid a lot for a heavy parcel to be collected and delivered. They give you a 12 hour window in which you must stay put awaiting collection with no updates. So I booked a day off (costing me extra) to wait in, it was collected but a week later returned apparently it was "refused at delivery" but the recipient never even had the chance as the delivery driver didn't attempt to deliver. So Parcel2Go have been kind enough to try again, however, I now sat here again for another 12 hours, unable to leave and cancelling plans, booking time off etc, and they are not able to tell me when the parcel will be picked up... if it will be picked up. Communications is rubbish, they gave me the wrong tracking number and the response on their live chat is clearly scripted so we've just been going around in circles.

The app doesn’t work. You’ve yet in all the details and then never get your labels. Last 16 times I’ve ended up speaking to live chat who are basically retarded. Absolute rubbish service and they never pass you through to a supervisor. There’s no wAy of altering your details once checked out if made a mistake and there is no customer complaint procedure or telephone number. Wouldn’t recommend them to my dog.

DO NOT UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE! We booked two parcels. One of these parcels, which was in a branded box, got "lost". Parcel2Go opened a claim and then spent nearly three weeks investigating the parcel that was delivered. They then closed the claim, although one parcel was still missing because they thought that both parcels had arrived! After four hours of chat, the claim was re-opened and will take another three weeks to investigate. In total, I have probably wasted 12 hours of my life talking to pointless chat operators, who give either copy pasted answers, inconsistent information or simply just lie outright or ignore you (!). Three operators told me that both my parcels had been delivered which is why the claim was closed. This means that we have lost a week to investigate the missing parcel as Parcel2Go were not able to correctly document which of the two parcels was missing. Furthermore, we purchased Guaranteed Delivery and was told that we were not entitled to a refund as both parcels had been successfully delivered :-s. After a further two hours of live chat, a refund was provided but it was for the wrong amount and I am still owed over half of the paid carriage costs. Lastly, no-one was prepared to provide a definitive answer as to how much would be refunded should the parcel not be recovered. This company is utterly incompetent and they simply are not working in the customer's interests. It is impossible to get any sense out of anyone and begs belief how this company is still running and has not already been shut down by trading standards. All they do is blame the couriers. And from the couriers you don't get any sense as they simply refer you to Parcel2Go. Utter chaos. A minor-star review was unfortunately not possible, so I had to give one stars.

appalling customer service. No phone number. Driver came before allocated time and didnt even knock on the door, marked it as a failed collection because customer was unavailable. Live chat was dreadful, had to repeat my questions three times to get a response.

1 start is being nice. The service u got was shocking. 1st- my parcel got sent to the wrong country 2weeks later once I was asking many question the couldn't find my parcel. 2nd- 1 month later find found ir and got to sent to the correct country all damaged, to receive the parcel family member need to pay extra £60 with items missing and damaged. 3rd- I thought i was ok as i got extra insurance out with the same company. WRONG. They said they are investigating and 4month later I'm still waiting. Cheaper yes but I rather pay the extra with bigger companies and know that it will go to the right location with no headaches. Very disappointed. S**t alround

I sincerly advise everyone to NOT use Parcel2Go services. My parcel was lost. I got no justification. Customer service is horrible and very difficult to speak to anyone. I simply felt that losing parcels was an habit and no one didn't seem to care very much. It leaves you with the sensation that they don't do whatever its needed to find parcels. This was the worst experience I had in my life with any kind of services. Never again I will trust these kind of companies.

Useless - I've been trying to get them to collect a parcel (I paid for collection as it is a large parcel) and for three days Hermes says it has called at my house and no-one was home. This is a complete lie. There are no access restrictions to my house, but it is tricky to find if you don't use google maps or call me (which is what I put in the instructions) I can't even talk to someone to fix the issue but to a bl00dy computer I'm never using them again

We used Parcel2go to send out Christmas presents to my Son and Daughter in Law who live in Germany, having expensive items inside we chose their so called premier service (£500 insurance cover and fully tracked ) we printed off the labels attached them and took the parcel to a local Co-op for collection. Hermes collected the parcel and we then started to track the shipment, that was it ! All we got was item delivered but to Global House and there it stayed. Has as already been said, you cannot call this bunch, you have to enter so called live web chat, having entered chat many times I quickly realised I wasn't talking to a person but to a computer algorithm. I finally tracked down a phone number for OCS at Heathrow who where about as useful as a chocolate fire guard, who said they had checked the warehouse and there where no outstanding parcels there. Eventually on the very last day the parcel got delivered. It was ripped open, the presents inside had been torn open and my Wife always put a scattering of quality street in, these had been half chewed and thrown back in the parcel !! This company is an absolute disgrace they should be banned from trading, my experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish and I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. It turns out that Parcel2Go is owned by Hermes

Next day delivery turned into a 4 day delivery because It took 3 days for parcel to be collected!! (and parcel was dropped on a Tuesday, not even on a Friday) When asked to get the parcel returned they would make it difficult by making me locate the receiver to actually ask the receiver to reject the parcel. Moreover, their "next day delivery guarantee" is actually a THREE day delivery guarantee so it is useless to buy this "guaranteed service". I then was told that as it is guaranteed to be delivered within 3 days (despite being a next day delivery service), the guaranteed service did not apply, but they were going to offer a "goodwill" compensation... I asked for the parcel to be returned and contacted dpd hours after it was collected, parcel2go said it was dpd's responsibility and dpd said it was parcel2go responsibility if the parcel was or not returned... At the end, after three days wasting my time due to their incompetence I got no parcel returned, no parcel compensation, no delay compensation and no goodwill compensation. They are a complete joke, avoid them and save yourselves time and money.

I have made handmade wedding rustic jars for the wedding. Each jar was individually wrapped with the bubble wrap and had the air ballon inside. The inside of the box was also covered with the bubble wrap on each side. The package was indicated as “fragile handle with care” Despite these ... Jars did not survive. I don’t know what kind of professional staff work there but they are egoistic beasts.

My parcel was lost. The issue I have is that when things go wrong there is literally no one to contact. Zero customer service. I know you aren't the couriers but if I contact Hermes, they say to go back to the people we booked through. I have been going round in circles for months. Totally incompetent!

Terrible service. Order P2G67827325 Parcel Number: 15503975043702 I have moved from Bristol to Spain, so I sent 6 packages with Parcel2go and DPD and of the 6 packages only 5 have arrived, one of them has disappeared, it was lost in the tracking the same day they came to pick it up. I asked them to look for it and give the description of the package and they told me after 10 days that the package was not found. Another of the boxes received was half blown up. Where is my parcel? I do not recommend it to anyone

Utterly incompetent service, the outcome of using them has amounted to nothing short of absolute disappointment. They managed to lose 2 out of 3 boxes sent from Vienna to the UK, and on top of everything have been completely useless in contributing to mine and the sender's attempts at discovering what has happened to our belongings. Only thing this experience may inspire one to do is to pay a bit extra next time and use someone more reliable with better options for compensation. These guys are a f*ucking joke.

WHEN they work they’re Great but a quarter time they are useless and SO hard to chat/contact! It’s all Bots &/or multiple-choice Blind Alleys that never let you ask a genuine question It’s really ANNOYING IF they added a few pennies in top of their fees They could afford the staff
