This company have defrauded me out of almost £40 fee + their failure to meet pledged collection dates have caused me to lose a further £120.00 worth of goods that I cannot now send back to th company I purchased it from. I believe that they have a strong connection with EVRI although EVRI deny it and also any responsibility in the matter. The whole episode has left me significantly out of pocket ( as above) and totally frustrated angry and astonished that these/this company can operate with such total disregard for honest and ethical trading!! I would STRONGLY suggest and advise that they should be avoided.

Disgusting customer service, do not pass on collection details to courier, lie about T&C's. Avoid at all costs!

I can not put into words how upset I am about the loss of our parcel. It was collected from work, we opted for every optional extra we could to ensure its safe delivery but yet it still got lost! We are working towards an accreditation so the work that was lost is irreplaceable, 4 years of evidence, this was displayed in 2 huge floors, they are 2 and a half foot long.........how on earth can they be lost!!!! I could not tell you how easy it is to make a claim as I did not even bother, there is no amount of money can replace what we have lost!!! Just devastated really.

Had a package sent from UK to Italy. It never arrived. When asked about it, the agent said it would help but never did anything. I've contacted them back again, where they now had created a claim for the lost package. Package never arrived, so I've opened back the tracking only to find the claim couldn't be processed as 28 days older. So essentially they just lost my package and make me pay for the delivery with duty tax included, and they won't look into it because I had 28 days to realise they lost the package to make a claim. Deeply regret to have trusted this service, NEVER EVER again! F you Parcel2Go

Apparently, you can't ship personal items via DPD. You'd have thought this key fact would be made clear BEFORE you choose your Parcel2Go supplier. Instead, unhelpfully, they bury that key information in the terms and conditions, after you've input all the package information at the point when you confirm the order... Poor UX, poor service.

I have just paid Parcel2Go using EVRI as a courier. I was sending a MacBook charger. I was tracking my parcel and there was a msg saying it was damaged.Customer service said the parcel was empty in EVRI's depo.. but it wasn't stolen. A ghost probably went to the depo and took it. No one takes responsibility and they say it would take up to 30 days to have a £20 refund. Its a joke. The courier you hire steals from you!! Plus Lauren fro Parcel2Go said I should by a cheap charger .. it was my problem if I actually want a replacement equal to what I had .. a MAC .. They are right to steal it, I am the wrong one. Oh yeah.. now they say the parcel is "damaged" .. so it something that might happened.. when in fact I have it recorded it is empty. If its damaged only, why they are refusing to send it to me regardless?

Sent a parcel to Spain with them in November, 2021. It has still not arrived despite all customs being paid. I put in a claim on the insurance I had paid after three months. Submitted all required paperwork three times and the claim was rejected because they said Parcelforce were now going to return the parcel to me. After three months I contacted them again as I had not received the parcel and they have closed my claim! I am owed £221 for the value of the goods plus the insurance and the sum my daughter in law paid the customs in Spain. It is around £300 in total. I am now going to apply to the Petty Claims court. I will never use Parcel2go again.

Absolutely useless. Booked a pickup from my address and another pickup from a different address on the same day. Neither collected or no phone call or message to say why they were not being collected. Impossible to contact P2G to sort anything out Stay well clear of this shower

Cant even get the recipient to pick up the parcel because they dont send a barcode or eligible code, no confirmation email just stuck at the post office and won't give the parcel over. Parcel2go said 'you made it a home delivery' how is this possible when it was sent to a Yodel assigned store. Refused to call the store to explain to them it was fine to hand it over.

would rather give no stars, have four parcels all collected last Monday, not one has moved yet alone been delivered, in another couple of days will be 6 parcels not delivered so time to go to citizens advice and get help from consumer rights and trading standards as parcels2go are actually selling a service that nobody is getting, as expolice will go right to the bitter end as they have now cost me hundreds,

Appalling. Took my parcel and my money then nothing. Couldn’t even find my order to track with the number I received after I booked it. You can’t call them or email them and there is no way of getting your money or goods back from them. This is a theft scam. But on trust pilot it’s all 5 star reviews hmmmmm!!!!

This is a company you should all avoid I had a collection booked staid in all bloody day then I get an email of them 5 hours after my collection should of happened saying there not coming then I’ve tried to contact them with no joy at all it literally impossible to get a response from them they just take your money and forget about you this company is diabolically run no wonder they don’t have a phone number with the amount of complaints they would get

Worst day of of my life that I trusted this company and made account with them coz I thought they are cheaper and im sending parcels worldwide every single day. I sent 8 parcels with them in last 4 weeks from them only 1 is delivered 3 parcels are missing 4 are showing in transit from last 7 days and delivery date is way passed now. And for refund im waiting from last 2 weeks nothing from company i lost my 5 customers from them 2 customers were with me from last 7-10 months now i have to refund about 5400£ coz my parcels are not yet delivered they been waiting for the parcels thay paid from last 2-3 weeks amd i paid extra money for guaranteed delivery date but even the guaranteed delivery dates are way passed now. Never trust this company

The delivery driver did not even bother to notify me that the parcel has been delivered even though the item was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago blaming covid when covid is not holding anything up so won't be using this company.

Absolutely appalling service. I run a small business making dresses and sending to the US on a regular basis. Recently parcels have not been delivered. When I report them to Parcel2go they have sent me a quick email back to say that your parcel has been found and it is on it's way to the customer and close the case so that you cannot put a claim in. Weeks later my customers are still waiting for the parcels to arrive. They won't re open the case/s or answer any emails. I have customers who want refunds for items which haven't been received and I don't have a hope in hell of getting any compensation. I have decided to no longer use them and go back the using Royal mail.

Quite clearly have stolen my tv. Tried to insure the full value of tv but the company does not allow for TVs to be insured. A 65" QLED Samsung TV collected and when I try to find where it is they said 6 days ago at 5.26am it was in transit. Then told I should have taken insurance to cover it. I told them I tried to but TV's arent insurable via them to be told correct. So now I can at best hope for my postage fees back. There is no come back at all for the likes of this. They can clearly take as many non insurable items (such as electrical products) and tell you to try and claim your postage fees back if they accept it. No way to speak to anyone directly and slowest known live chat I've dealt with. It seems they can exploit this loophole with non-insurable items and get away with it. I shall now sadly have to forward these details to the ombudsman but it will not help the financial loss I've suffered with this expensive tv. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

Rip off, avoid this company I sent parcel through Parcel2Go, Parcel missing, when I contact them every time they said we will contact you but never contacted me. Avoid Avoid Avoid….
