“Absolutely a SCAM company. Once they have your payment details they will take money from your account as they please and without your knowledge or concent. They will make up and excuse that the parcel was over weight to justify, but will provide no proof. I was able to provide proof of both the weight and size of my parcel , they just ignored it. Avoid at all costs .”
“I would have loved to rate this very unreliable company zero stars. This is the worst and most unreliable company in the world. Posted a parcel via express delivery on the 5th of April to Nigeria from the UK for my mum's 70th birthday celebration on the 14th and the parcel is still in transit. I am absolutely livid at the moment. First of all, they sent me to the wrong shop to drop of my item and made me go to a different place. Their customer service is atrocious, with a particular agent, H Wilson sending me the same responses from a template. Avoid this bizarre company at all cost unless you want to be disappointed. They are completely useless.

My international parcel was due to arrive 24 days after pick up, so in fact they were only allowing 6 days for me to lodge a complaint. “I paid £200.00 to return 1 of 5 boxes which was a piece of gym equipment to be sent back. All marked correctly, each photographed and even photos of them in the van. I have taken finance out of £1300 for this equipment hence why I paid £200 for the cover for it. They have lost parcel number 4 and have told me I can only claim for the 1 parcel . I tried to explain that if one part was missing the whole machine was of no good. Customer Service is terrible, please do not use this company. You can't even call them as I eventually tracked a number and it said mail box full (wonder why!) 2 months on and still no further foward, lost all my money”

Parcel hero own 75% majority shares of Parcel compare and they have conveniently disconnected their phone numbers.

They were quick at collecting my parcel, it is now stuck somewhere in France, 5 days late already, and no information on what is happening. No phone number or live chat to contact them about it.
