I wouldn't use or reccomend this company to my worst enemy I dropped my parcel off for NEXT DAY delivery to be picked up at the parcel shop and 11 days later it was still there so I had to pick it up myself and take to the carrier's depot myself this was a waste of time and money using this company..They offered me no compensation for not delivering it next day.

I saw on ParcelCompare's website it said if you 'miss a delivery' that you have to pay for a re-collection.
