“Had a notification of 'delivery attempted' despite waiting in for this parcel and no one came to the door or rang the doorbell all day. The tracking stated another 'attempted' delivery was made the next day - not convinced this was a genuine attempt either as no one came to the property and no card was put through the door. Had to reach out to customer services to ask what happens next as no instructions were provided and received no further communication. Was sent a link to book a redelivery myself. Item was then delivered, but on a totally different day to the one I had rebooked?. The system feels quite disorganised and not simple or user friendly for customers. I asked Parcelforce for evidence of the two alleged delivery attempts, but they were not able to provide any, just apologised.”
