My mom sent me a package from Germany to London in SEPTEMBER 2020! I was not at home when the package arrived here in London. The driver DID NOT leave a note for me, saying that my package had arrived and where to pick it up. So the package was sitting at some depot for 10 days before it was returned to Germany. SAME THIS THERE! My mom DID NOT get a not saying that the package arrived and where she had to pick it up. NOW! The package completely disappeared: So rude! So poor! They don't know how to run this company, neither they know how to set up a friendly and efficient customer service department! Further, I sent an email in which I claimed compensation - no reply! This is not only unprofessional, rude and absolutely ignorant dealing with your customers values - this is crime! It's a shame and a disgrace reflecting in most of your customer reviews!

Used them three times and on each occasion have messed up and failed to deliver as agreed. Latest tracking number PBCB4943773001, should have been with me by 9am this morning but still 200 miles owing because of the incompetence of staff at the Gloucester depot, Customer services totally disinterested and say ' it is, was it is`. This level of service isn't a one off, it is now typical of Parcelforce and as a company you are an absolute. disgrace

They will now attempt for a 3rd time to deliver my parcel. The first time, the driver couldn't find my address. The second time, the driver qualified my premises as empty, despite the fact I was here all day. No phone calls, card left or any notifications whatsoever. I thought I would redirect my parcel to a Post Office but the only options they give are for locations miles away from my flat, despite the fact I live at a 5 min walk from one. Plus, the Post Office option would mean 3 more days to wait. So here I am, booking again for a delivery at mine, hoping that the driver will A. find my flat (which is his main task) and B. knock on my door My parcel contains food, so most of it will go straight to the bin. I am absolutely fuming. They are awfully rated and I do know why now. In the future, I will avoid any business that uses Parcel Force.

Absolutely appalling, unprofessional service received. Satyed in for my 3 items to be delivered as advised by parcel force, cam. Just shy of an hour late, I asked the driver was there any reason why he was late, his reply was " We Dont work with times". Then only 1 of the 3 items was delivered, asked the driver for some advice as to why the other item hadn't come as it was under one consignment number. He wasn't interested at all in trying to help the customer. Very very poor service! I've now wasted yet another 45 minutes trying to ring parcel force. They've informed me that the other 2 items didn't get put on the van and now I will have to wait till Monday now for them to be delivered...terrible terrible service.

I used them for my candle business on one consignment pick up after leaving here they managed to damage 12 out 43 parcels sent that day. I asked my account manager to send me link for compensation nothing, she did however then get back to me when I refused to pay the monthly bill. I can only describe her customer service skills and attitude as the worst I’ve ever encountered so bad it’s actually stayed with me..she was aggressive and spoke over me several times. ....... this line distinctly I remember “ I haven’t got time to get back to people like you !!!!! when I have to deal with all the complaints in the pandemic !” So I asked for the link again for compensation and two months later still no link.... I paid my final bill today, as they threatened to harm my credit which I have an excellent record. I finished using them in July. Last week I received back after 3 months one of the many missing parcels and guess what ? Yup they charged me for it too. I have to say with so many complaints about their customer service so appalling........and if you hold back payment they become proper bully’s, they tell you to pay up for a service they haven’t provided and then they will compensate you!!!! Well life isn’t like that... you employ them for a service and if it’s not done properly you shouldn’t pay a penny. Not compensating people for missing parcels, breakages etc is disgusting. I wish trading standards would step in and close them down their entire infrastructure is unprofessional, money grabbing and it should not be allowed to continue. I hope they get a tv crew out and make a program about them and expose the scandalous way they behave. Please don’t use them, they have no pride in the way they run the company. I have to say most of the drivers I’ve met are good men and I feel very sorry for them having to face clients day in day out complaining about their customer service.

This company should be ashamed of themselves at the disgustingly bad service they offer. Delivery staff DO NOT ring door bells, DO NOT leave cards if they attempt a delivery OR collection. I will never, ever use this company again and will leave negative reviews anywhere I can. I don't care about apologies or refunds, I cannot get back the time I lost while wasting my time with this absolutely useless service. Staff at ParcelForce Worldwide depot extremely rude and unhelpful, customer service over the phone uninformed and gave me completely wrong information. Driver location logs 'unavailable' after LIES about attempted collection (door bell was not rang after we waited the whole day).

Definitely, the worst company I've ever encounter when it comes to Insurance cover. Will never ever use this company again. If I can choose 0 zero stars, I will do that.

Parcelforce are becoming more and more unreliable. Next day delivery now taking up to four days and parcels left with random neighbours in spite of being home ... with door open on one occasion. Tracking numbers useless as they’re erratic

On multiple occasions the drivers didn't come and, either left my parcels on far away depots or never came for collection claiming I wasn't home. Never happened before with other couriers. Please avoid.

Was waiting fir a BT broadband hub. Shoukd have been delivered tiday but didnt turn uo. No text message,calling card ,nothing. Cant beleive BT use them. Im going to give BT a poor review now because of Parcel force. DPD are brilliant at communicating in the year 2020 using simple technology. Parcelforce are still in the 1990s

How do you get them to deliver parcels? Seriously I have paid the customs fee and have a receipt for the payment plus the money has left my bank account. They are demanding I pay again before they will deliver. NEVER USE PARCELFORCE

Had text stating delivery Friday , waiting in all day , returned to depot, no card, when back out to delivery Monday , waiting in all day , sent back to depot again. Tuesday same, waiting all day , no delivery, no card returned to depot. I have contacted where I purchased item from, they email parcelforce twice, no reply. Why are they taking my parcel on a road trip back to Swansea all the time???? Can’t get hold of anyone in parcelforce, phone is a joke and not replying to email

I am so so so so so angry that my parcel has been cut a hole the fourth time!!!!! Since I order from retailers which delivered by Parcel Force (Leicester UK). The driver called Daniel (finally I know his name!). Each time he delivery my parcel order from the retailer he just cut a hole to see. I lost my parcel in Sep one time. Could you please deal with this matter? IT IS THE FOURTH TIMES!!!!!!!! Why the driver are egible to open the parcel without permission? He is probably to steal my parcel in Sep as well which the signature is not mine and he said delivered to xx street (the address does not exist at all). I also want to complain about this case as well. Currently the retailer is under investigation but I was really disappointed at Parcel Force Leicester that does not help at all!

Parcelforce 'lost' my parcel and never located it Parcelforce collected my parcel and then 'lost' it at their depot, it took 6 weeks of very frustrating effort to file my claim, there is no email address to chase, I had to tweet them to get it, I eventually got a fraction of it's value back from them, a terrible experience, they have nothing but contempt for their customers believing that as they are part of the 'Royal Mail' they have a God-given right to our business, deeply arrogant and offensive. Use at your own peril!

Paid £50 for 48 hour tracked delivery,sat in a “Hub” for 36 hours.When it didn’t arrive on time for a birthday I went to our local depot (Carlisle) . Lady was polite and told me I would get postage refunded for late delivery..WRONG...got nothing,Parcel eventually arrived smashed and useless.I returned it to sender who has to file a complaint.He was well and truly fobbed off with no compensation for late arrival and damaged goods.I will NEVER use them again.

Express 48 never happens I have posted several parcels to the same address using this service hoping one day the parcel will make it but now again my nephew Us still waiting on his present to arrive, COVID excuse every time

I paid £62.55 to send a parcel guaranteed and tracked 3 day delivery to my son in Canada. It arrived in 3 days at the sorting office in Vancouver and there it stayed for another 11 days! No delivery attempt was made in that time or explanation as to why not! I checked update every day and after calling every day and being told they would find parcel and deliver it, then I was told reason not delivered as I'd put 219 instead of 210 on address but when it was finally delivered my son sent me photo's I'd put correct number of 210! I'd sent sentimental keepsakes of 1st anniversary of my husband's death and homemade carrot cake that my son loves, arrived much too late and cake mouldy! I've complained and submitted a claim but proving very difficult to navigate through the system, I will never ever use Parcelforce again! Extremely disappointed and very upset.
