My delivery arrived at the customers damaged, unrepairable! Looked like it had been thrown off a building 😭

Lied about attempting delivery. They had 2 mobile numbers - my personal one they contacted with misinformation and yet no attempt to contact with correct information. No card with tracking details on. Disgusting. Do not use them under any circumstances. ZERO STARS

1 star but not even worth that, absoulutely dire service. Couldn't organise a p*ss up in a brewery because they couldn't find the right postcode for the venue!

I am totally devastated. Legal documents, expensive express24 not delivered on timel! Hugely important package. No reply from customer service.

I booked a Monday collection and waited in all day. The driver did not collect, but updated the tracking to say he had! The next day he finally did collect my two parcels in an unmarked white van outsourced to TNT. One of the parcels made it home for Christmas, the other has been lost. Parcelforce told me on the phone, and I quote, that it might be somewhere on the pile of damaged parcels as there is a lot. Thanks for making an already terrible Christmas worse.

When drivers cant be bothered to pick up or deliver they just lie and say they attempted. This has happened more than once now. They are completely unreliable.

If you want to overpay and not have your items delivered on time, or even worse lose your parcels, then use these guys. I bought one of the top services (Global Express - next day service) for critical legal letters and they lost the packages. It‘s 6 days later, no one has a clue where it is and I keep being told it‘ll 100% go tomorrow. They finally opened an investigation but that takes upwards of 7 days for any response. I needed these there 5 days ago, and maybe I’ll get a response 14 days after I shipped the items. HORRIBLE, USE FED EX.

It was extremely frustrating awaiting for the Parcelforce delivery that never arrived today 23/12/20. On 18/12/20 at 17:40 I called Parcelforce Gatwick depot to arrange a redelivery and a lady took my call and confirmed of this. I waited the whole day today for this which means I lost the whole day and unable to do my food Christmas shopping. I rang the Parcelforce depot again today to complain of this and Barry was apologetic on behalf of his colleague who failed to put this on their system and arranged another redelivery on Christmas Eve. I am flabbergasted because I may not be able to do my last day of my family’s food Christmas shopping tomorrow awaiting for this redelivery. It is absolutely unacceptable to be put in this situation on Christmas Day. I hope they will improve their service in the future.

My 83 year old grandmother sent me a parcel from the US and apparently already paid over 100 dollars to ship it from there. I then receive a letter in the post saying I have to pay Parcelforce 65 pounds to receive my package for customs duty, excise duty, import VAT and a clearance fee....Absolute joke. This company is really a shark. I've never once had to pay any fee for receiving a package from abroad before.

OPENED A COMPANY ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMP. WE WERE PROMISED GUARANTEED DELIVERY OF 4 DAYS TO TURKEY , AN ACCOUNT MANAGER THAT WILL HELP US WITH OUR ACCOUNT TO SEND AND RECEIVE PARCELS , SIGNED THE AGRREMENT AND DIRECT DEBIT . THE ACCOUNT OPENED , THEY LOST MY PARCEL THAT HAD MY FAMILYS CHRISTMAS PRESENTS IN THEM , SECONDLY , I WAS TOLD BEFORE I SIGNED UP THEY WOULD ARRANGE A COLLECTIO FROM MY TURKEY ADDRESS , WHICH WAS ANOTHER LIE I WAS TOLD , NO SUCH SERVICE FROM TURKEY . SO THEY LOST MY PARCEL AND THEN RESTRICTED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON , I COULDT EVEN ARRANGE A COLLECTION FROM MY BUSINESS TO MY UK CUSTOMERS FOR CHRISTMAS AND NOW , MY CUSTOMERS HAVE CANCELLED ORDERS . Driver lied about having made delivery. Not our signature on card but amazingly the driver specifically remembers leaving the package on out front door - five weeks ago. PF originally said GPS showed the driver had NOT been to our address on the day, now they are claiming this was a mistake. What was definitely a mistake is using Parcel Force. My feeling is they are protecting their driver, even though they know he's in the wrong. £400 worth of goods gone missing.

I have now sent 4 separate parcels to different addresses on the 48 hour pick up service and cannot fault the service, pick up has been friendly and on time, parcels all delivered on time, even the booking process was straightforward. Will always use parcelforce in future.

We sent an important package, so we paid for the most expensive, fast and secure service, paying more than £100 pounds. We were told it would get there in 2 days. Two MONTHS later, after more desperate phone calls and emails I want to remember, in which no one bothered to find out why the parcel was not delivered, it was unexpectedly returned to me, with the precious contents destroyed. I emailed to ask for a refund. Instead I had to make a claim online, which involved making an acount and filling out countless details (one would think a tracking number should be enough) on their confusing website. I finally got an email, saying my claims reference number is ........ (there was no number). Without this number I cannot track my claim and now three months after sending the parcel I still have no refund. There was no reason why the parcel should not have been delivered. All address details were correct and it was a normal, very well wrapped box. I seriously have no idea how they could have made this experience any worse. It ruined so many of my days as I was trying to deal with it.
