B A D could possibly survive, but unfortunately they seem to.
Bike for my son's birthday picked up from Sheffield by Parcelforce for the 20 odd mile journey to me outside Huddersfield.
Got an email from them Monday staring delivery scheduled for Wednesday...between 8am and 8pm.
Later on Monday got another email from them giving Tuesday as the delivery day, again between 8am and 8pm.
Tuesday came and went...nothing.
Waited...Wednesday came and went, again with nothing.
Tracking was sruck perpetually at 'in depot' or 'being prepared for delivery', and never on being delivered.
Contacted seller who spent a long time on the phone to them and reported to me that it was being delivered Thursday...so again waited, and no delivery.
Traxking stated it was out for delivery, and was supposed to be 7 miles from reaxhing me.
Unfortunately, it was 7 miles too far, for again nothing happened.
Checked traxking this morning and bike was back in depot, so it had obciously been taken out for a joyride in a Parcelforce van, but returned to its place in the depot.
Phones Parcelforce tracking...waited 20 minutes to speak to a semblance of human and I was right...it was only a semblance, who argumentatively and forcefully informed me that, contrary to the tracking stating otherwise, IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY.
It's now mid afternoon on a Friday...do I think that if they're shysters the rest of the week they'll pull their finger out on Friday and deliver?

“I have never seen such a poor service for a delivery company, they don’t leave delivery notes, don’t have a contact number that really allows you to talk to customer service. The reschedule system doesn’t seem to work either. And the only thing you get as an answer to your email is that your comments will be taken into consideration for future training! I am shocked!”

“Now on 3rd delivery to same address spoke to a person in customer care who Looked on Google map and told me she would send info to parcellforce Nottingham, they have tried to deliver again with all the locations just looked on tracking and they say cannot find house returned to depot, I have lived here 38 years and have had parcels delivered from same supplier.”

“Due to the extreme heat on Tues I completely understand why my delivery didn't happen. However, what I am taking exception to is my delivery was to be between 10:18 - 11:18 and at 11:13 on the tracking system it stated that the delivery was tried but coukd number delivered. “Everytime i use parcelforce i seem to have problems. Everything from lost parcels to damaged parcels. Today i waited in for a delivery only for them to try and deliver my parcel to completely the wrong house. I get a message saying delivery attempted but failed, follow instructions on the card, which is now also at the wrong address btw. Now i have to go through the rigmarole of trying to find out where the delivery was attempted so i can get the card in order to find out where my parcel is and pick it up. Absolute joke of a company with drivers who can't read an address properly.”
