Parcel Force were due to deliver an item from B and Q. They did not deliver on the day they said. They gave another date but said they could not find the address. ( we live on a main road). We phoned parcel force who said that not all drivers have sat navs. They said that would ring back in two hours but no one did. We received a text saying someone had tried to deliver the parcel but had left a card. We were in all the time and no card was left. We were told we would have to collect it from the local post office. I would never buy anything if it were going to be delivered by parcel force.

The worst experience ever with this horrible delivery company!! Nothing but just irresponsibility! They have not delivered my parcel to Sweden and after two months they returned the parcel to the original post office in the UK where it was posted, for me to collect it . Their ally in Sweden PostNord asked for additional fee from the recipient but there was never any parcel present to be collected after several attempts. The parcel was Christmas gifts for my mother which had been in the hospital before Christmas. They just ruined the joy and emotions attached to the parcel. And they just deal this damage as a normal service they provide to their customers. I don't know who they are but this is almost impossible to speak to a manager to get a proper answer. The tracking system is all misinformation and not reliable. I had to call the PostNord in Sweden to get the answer and it cost me again, but not a proper response. They are now NOT processing my refund claim and all the damages they have made. When you call them there is an option to give them a feedback, but they will never contact you to see how they are doing as suggested. very disorganised disappointing delivery company..really upsetting ...

I am disabled so asked guy to come into my house to deliver a large hospital hospital table. He was about 50 very affable and very helpful. He helped me pack the old unit and was most kind. Bravo to Parcelforce for employing such a kind helpful and patient couriet

My address has a concierge + fire marshall at reception 24/7 + ground floor letter boxes + me WFH for 2 days straight. Day 1 - Stated attempted delivery and left a card. Confirmed w concierge no delivery and no card left with me. Called cust hotline, arranged redelivery for next day. Day 2 - Delivery scheduled for 1230-1330. 2x call to cust hotline confirmed delivery driver deviated from planned route. Multiple messages left with the driver. (was 5mins away from my address at 1230 but did not enter my postcode). Also, spotted parcelforce delivery van driving past my apartment at 515pm. 3rd call of the day at 6pm - confirmed driver drove past without stopping to deliver and has now ended the day to head back to the depot. Redelivery promised for day 3 (saturday) for free. Day 3 - 5th call now to cust hotline. Apologised, no space available for redelivery. Agreed to open an investigation into this incident. Also advised to contact sender and arrange a refund. I headed to depot to collect parcel. In the 10mins I was there, another customer confirmed a similar experience above. Summary 1) Avoid this delivery service (this for East London at least) due to unreliable drivers as confirmed by company itself 2) I suspect not just a one off looking at reviews and the customer I met at the depot 3) You can open an investigation into incompetent deliveries 4) You can arrange for a refund by contacting the sender 5) You can call the customer service hotline (0344 800 4466) and actually speak to someone (not an automated voice) by pressing 2 for all the options, state no delivery number available and reject all address options given.

We used ParcelHero to courier a Fit to Fly PCR test by 9am the next day, to be processed within 48 hours. It arrived 6 days later, and despite purchasing the insurance against loss and damage, they refused to reimburse me the £120 I lost on the tests (we ended up having to get them done at the airport!). Just useless and dodgy - last time I ever use them.

DON’T USE Parcelforce Worldwide if you want something special delivered. I carefully packed and sent a parcel using them on Monday. I followed their packaging guidelines carefully. I even put FRAGILE stickers on every face on the box. I paid £28.80 and this is how it arrived yesterday. Apparently, I don’t qualify to claim compensation as the objects I was sending are exempt. So I’m out £28.80. The elderly couple I was selling for are out £140.00 and the buyer has a pile of expensive, broken porcelain. ParcelForce had no people to speak to directly, all correspondence has been through DM on Twitter. They’ve offered an apology. That’s it. I’m absolutely sickened about this. So much time and effort for nothing but heartache and disappointment. Never. Ever. Again.

Poor service, if I could give 0 stars I would. Item wasn't delivered on time due to an 'insuffient address' (there was nothing wrong with it and entered correctly as confirmed by a PF advisor). Can't collect the item from the depot without proof of my work address. Paid express delivery as needed the item today, now I'm going to miss racing tonight because of their error. Not happy and will be seeking compensation for the loss of £35 from racing and also the extra costs of postage. Won't ever be using PF again.

As per Parcelforce they attempted to deliver my parcel today (CP913261168PL) but nobody home - quite surprising as I was at home. They say they left a card ... surprise surprise ... nothing left. Typical Friday afternoon Parcelforce. This is the most incompetent good for nothing company out there. And the management ... they deserve a 1.16/ 5 - they are the reason this company is a 4/5 basket-case.

A failed delivery and item sent back to local post office who couldn’t find it at all after a week and repeated visits from me. Redirected to distribution depot who say via an automated voice they will re deliver. I live in hope. Compare to say DPD, who offer one hour time slots and v rarely fail and re deliver automatically if required. RM parcelforce can’t compare or compete.

Completely (I need to look up a word) Got it...Risible. Laughable, Laughing-stock.. I have yet to receive or send a parcel successfully with them. The last International attempt was 'lost in transit' and guess what, the claim for compensation was impossible to pursue due to the hoops they want you to jump through. I did everything they asked but the claim was 'closed' without explanation or ability to ask why. Horrible.

After being guaranteed that my letter would arrive in max. 2-3 working days for which I paid £52, the letter has arrived a week later. I was told I filled out the delivery form wrong (although there was nothing wrong about it) at the post office - please educate your post office partners on how to properly fill out delivery forms and not just advise customers on whatever they think is right. Thanks for making me pay £52 for nothing. Customer service not helpful at all over email.

I would like to share my first experience about Parcelforce delivery service. I could report that its the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. This company failed in almost every level possible to provide reliable service to your customers and guaranty the protection for my parcel and worry-free service. First, i ordered the collection - item was collected very late, 3-4h outside collection time window which was a full working day! (9am-4pm). When the courier came, he collected item recklessly, one hand, without being polite did not say anything and rushed out, I was already worried about my parcel. Second, parcel was delivered by the end of the estimated delivery date, although I received message from recipient with disappointment as the item was completely damaged. It was a computer screen monitor. I packed my parcel carefully and trusted Parcelforce would take care of my item and if anything happens will cover damages. This company promotes they cover your item of 100£ inclusive with delivery anyway and that way take care of your item and you don’t need to worry about it. I thought it not very little cover but at least something (my ultra wide monitor value - 300£ at least). So I made a claim and they have rejected, noting that any computers, screens are not covered and excluded from this insurance! At the end, I found it was impossible to get in touch with customer service, courier missed estimated collection time, rude personnel behaviour and not taking any accountability of the damages caused of Parcelforce poor delivery service. They made my trust the company will take full responsibility and care of the item to be delivered with inclusive insurance, although deep in the T&C, of course they exclude cover for any item which has a screen and many more. I would highly recommend to stay away from their services and do not take any risk of your item being damaged or lost as they just going to ignore you.

Sent a parcel through parcel force from UK to Czech for my son and it is now almost 3 weeks. There is no contact details to call parcel force nor any one responds to the complaint of parcel not reaching. On the website it says in the destination country. Worst ever service, I have used DPD in the past and was great. Saving couple of quids and struggling

Shambles of a company. Their driver could not even find my street so he left it with somebody in another street then lied that there was nobody in. The worst delivery service was always Hermes but Parcelforce have taken over that role with gusto. Hermes recognised they were the laughing stock and sorted themselves out but Parcelforce have a long way to go to become even average.

Terrible service trying to send packages to China. Customer support and online account all confirmed collection was going ahead with no problems. Then I check my junk emails and there's one from earlier in the day saying they are missing recipient phone number and they can't collect without it. Customer telephone support had no idea. They then said I would have to cancel, refund, and rebook THE WHOLE ORDER FROM SCRATCH, which will take hours. Absolutely awful service, avoid at all costs.
