“Truly awful delivery service avoid sending or receiving parcels from this company , my delivery was scheduled between 3 and 4 pm on Fri 18/03/21 5pm nothing so I rang customer service which is another awful automated long winded process designed to fob you off , eventually got through to advisor who assured me don't worry delivery will be attempted today anyway by 6.10 pm no delivery I'm sat by the door of my warehouse no parcel force yet the tracking claims driver attempted delivery at 5.57pm , blatant dishonest lie , we have cctv to prove that he never turned up , so we rang customer service 30min later got through the awful automated system and the advisor just fobbed me off , she checked driver location and it was not at my premises , however no attempt to rectify just advised me go and get it from depot tomorrow or wait till Monday , no you are at fault and should deliver on time considering we were charged extra for 24 hour delivery , there was no chance of getting the driver to deliver the parcel so in essence I had sat an extra 3 hours for no parcel , again avoid people this is a shockingly bad company never again , I would award zero stars if I could”

A next day delivery (paid extra for) is now three days late! And there's no point calling the office they can do nothing! It appears the drivers work to their own timetable and not to the contracts made with their customers!
Will be making a large claim!”
“Rubbish service. Cannot tell you when they are coming until after 1100 on the day of the delivery. Compare this to DPD whose delivery slot is assigned to within an hour days beforehand.”

I’ve been waiting for an urgent parcel that should have taken 2 to 3 days on the eighth day I had a message it was to be delivered the next day my wife stayed home all that day they didn’t even bother coming, next day received a message it would be delivered between 2.34 & 3.34 on that day I arranged for someone to be there at that time only to receive an email sorry we missed you at 12.50. I’m speechless!!”
“Sent a parcel to new Zealand from the post office 5.3.22. site hasn't updated since. Was to be a surprise baby present. Contacted parcel force, mmmm, let's leave it at that. Forced to tell my son a parcel was coming. He checked parcel force his end which says at depot waiting for delivery! So, site updates in NZ but not here. Utterly useless company and site. Phone call was a waste of time. They know nothing. Will never use again. Family member sent by interparcel 7.3.22 arrived and delivered 8 days later!!!!!”

Was on the phone with their representatives at least 30 times!

“Do not use parcelforce at any cost there always happy to take your money though, but when things go wrong it’s another matter.
Packaged two lamps and shades with bubble Wrap and chippings they arrived both smashed, wrote fragile on the box. Even the boxes were severely damaged no care whatsoever.
They won’t pay out on damages given all excuses possible, I will never use this company again, and reading other peoples reviews , we are all in the same opinion. I would give no stars if I could. Very bad service.”
“After contacting Parcelforce about a missing parcel, the driver called round to retrieve it from my neighbours where he had left it. I don’t know his name but my delivery number was CB2910389 and I would like him to know his help was much appreciated”
“Terrible experience, the driver couldn't deliver my parcel twice in a row even though I had given instructions and I was in all day. For some reason today (Friday) they are not even reattempting. I had not even received a card with instructions and I can't find instructions on the websites. Talking to someone over the phone is difficult and also not very helpful.”

They didn't try to deliver and certainly didn't leave a card. 3 days later delivery meant to be between 10-11 am. Live tracking went dead. It is now 2pm, no delivery and no way of finding anything out. Service and customer service appalling.”
“Bloody joke! They say they attempted delivery but never did. Called up and found out driver couldn’t find address. Rearranged delivery for it to still not be delivered. Rearranged again and the driver tracking was past my house and ‘apparently delayed’ what is the point of a timeframe if you don’t adhere to it. Called so many times and the apologies don’t mean anything as I still haven’t got my parcel”
“Would give 0 Stars. On the app, it gives you options to set up a safe space or leave with a neighbor. After the first attempted delivery, I did this. Yet they still ignored the instructions. If I want to change my delivery address to my work address where I will be they want to charge me £5.50, if I want it delivered on a Saturday the only day I am at home they want to charge me £12.00. If I want it taken to a post office they want to charge me extra as well. So I either have to lose money by taking time off work because they refuse to deliver it accept to my address with someone's home, or I have to pay extra delivery charges on top of the delivery charges I have paid with the seller. Disgusting and money-grabbing company. I will not be ordering from anyone that uses this company from now on. I always order online and never encounter these issues with any other companys.”
“Charged for Saturday delivery to a postcode where this service is not available. Attempts to have this difference refunded have been met with reasons that follow no logic.
The service I paid for was charged at £25.91 a premium of £16.02 on my normal 24hr service. They refuse to refund this amount claim the service was fulfilled within the time frame! Monday is not Saturday, the service wasn't available yet they take the payment and then won't give it back. Wasted so much time trying to get them to see logic, account will be moved to a different courier as soon as possible. Great friendly drivers, absolutely useless customer service! The guy who managed my account will not even respond to my polite requests for help with this matter.

They left a card saying that it could be picked up at a local post office - Baginton! This is not the the most local post office,and very inconvenient.
Now I have to arrange a re-delivery and be awake by 7.00 am on Monday - a 5 day wait!
