Had collection arranged for today for 24h delivery. Stayed at home all day. No-one showed up. Contacted parcelmonkey and been told that a collection has been attempted at 3pm? I have q security camera to prove that no-one showed at my door step. Total waste of money and time. Never again.

Incompetence and laziness is rife in todays world and nothing exemplifies this more than parcel force UK. Sat in for an entire day only to have a note silently pushed through the door without any attempt to knock, for what reason I couldn't guess. Absolutely disgraceful, however it's no problem. I'll just go ahead and refund my customer £150 because people cannot or are unwilling to do there jobs properly.

a bad experience with Parcelforce, What went wrong? Help future customers by talking about customer service, price, delivery, returns & refunds. In the past I've had good service and it's other carriers I've had to complain about. Sadly, today, it's parcel force that has let me down. Promised parcel should have arrived between 14.00 and 15.00 (informed by email) no parcel has arrived. It makes me sadder because I often praise that company to others and prefer to use parcel force because of its "Britishness" I noticed that I could track the driver at first then, suddenly, a message popped up, loss of service. I then expected what would happen. I'm not going to get my parcel Sneaky... I actually don't mind it being late or even delivered the day after as I'm stuck indoors most of the time with health problems, but I will not accept broken promises.

After requesting a delivery to my local post office on their own sms service. They decided to completely ignore this and return it to the depot 25 miles away. They never left a card so I found it difficult to find out what I was supposed to do. I submitted a complaint with their online form only to receive a message saying they will try to get in touch with me within 2 days. If your company uses parcel force to deliver I will not be a customer.

I have been using this company for years. We always buy additional insurance and delivery guarantees, which is the basis for a complaint. We have never had a problem with delivery, everything is delivered on time and in good condition. Until now, the package has not been able to reach my client for 6 weeks, in the meantime it returned to us to the warehouse, because there were 3 delivery attempts and my client did not have any confirmation of this at home (no photos, no notice left ... nothing), we tried to talk to him, he says that he was always waiting for this package. We were able to arrange the next delivery without any problems as part of the complaint. Very good contact with customer service. It gives 5 stars. Do not want this one unfortunate event to destroy the entire cooperation. I hope this package finally arrives.

48 hour service = whenever they decide ad long as it's more than 48 hours ! Anything I buy on line I ask for them not to use Parcel Farce ... sadly the last seller has ... if I'm lucky 48 hours may = 96 hours!

There should be a 0-star option for companies like this. Our high-value, high security package was delivered to the wrong location - instead of the office block with security guard & reception, the ParcelForce courier left the package with someone at the nightclub next door who can only be described as a dodgy geezer. Three of us wasted 90 minutes tracking it down including 30+ mins on hold to ParcelForce customer service. It was clear that had we been unsuccessful that day, we would never have seen the parcel (the package had been partially opened when we found it). DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Absolutely SHOCKING service. PLEASE DO NOT USE PARCEL FORCE. Honestly, if your parcel is important/urgent they are a complete waste of time and money. We paid priority shipping for next day delivery and instead it sat in the depot half an hour away from where we sent it for 5 days. We now have no idea where it is and have lost so much money because of this.

Never never never use them. Never delivered. Customer service don't care at all about your parcel. One of the customer service representative just hang up on me, just because she didn't like my panicking tone. She just hang up the phone! Absolutely unacceptable horrible company.

Couldn’t leave parcel as no one to sign for. Twice! 35 mile trip to depot for pick up. Arranged a collection from post office for a pound. Cancelled by Parcelforce as parcel too big. It’s a fishing rod. £5.50 to have it delivered to work. What a rip off. Parcelforce are legalised thieves. Parcelfarce, avoid like the plague.

Once again a joke service. Parcel out for delivery today. Waited all day. Apparently the delivery driver knocked on the door no answer (was in all day, have a ring doorbell, no one came to the door all day) told a card was left. No it wasn't. Now told couldn't find the address. Well it's hard to find number 3 between 1 and 5. Which is it? Liars. Don't phone the premium rate number either. No one answers and it costs you a fortune.

Completely ignored their own SMS redirection service despite confirming it had been actioned. Tried to deliver twice on both occasions didn’t leave a card. Had no way of contacting to redeliver. Had to go to post office to get a number for the depot. When finally delivered and he was questioned he said ‘the SMS redirection rarely works and he forgot to leave a card, TWICE!!!!! Why do companies keep using them, cheap I guess.

Appalling, a firearm sent between two registered firearms dealers, value of £3000 , lost !! Now they have located it, I’m still waiting for it to leave the depot, FOUR DAYS LATE. Absolute shambles

Delivery did not arrive . The tracking says a delivery was attempted … it was not , no card was left . Tracking says addressee contacted to reschedule delivery …. That did not happen …. Currently I have no idea where the parcel is or when it might be delivered again . I paid for next day delivery . This is appalling . It looks to me that a member of staff has made all of this up on the tracking device . The addressee was in at all times …… no card has been left …. No request for a different time delivery has been made . Utter lies .

Worst delivery company out there Get several deliveries a week from various company's but the only one which constantly fails to either deliver on time or at all, is Parcel Force (Parcel Farce) 24 hour delivery seems to take 72 hours plus or upto 14 days last time They must have time lapse and don't seem to care at all Got no response when asked for a refund for additional cost for next day which became next week Rubbish

I had had quite a few businesses send me items via Parcelforce, and not once have I had any item deliver smoothly. Their customer service is awful and unhelpful. Please, if you are thinking of sending anything, do NOT use Parcelforce, it will save all of your customers the time and stress. So many orders 'fail to deliver' despite me being home the whole day specifically to collect it, and they never follow instructions i.e. leave at local post office. And they NEVER leave a card with instructions or reference (even though they text you saying they do), and it's impossible to talk to anyone on customer support without the reference number from the card This is not just a one off experience. The moment I find out my items are being sent by ParcelForce, I lose hope and know I'm in for a bumpy ride.

Supposed to deliver a parcel today 5/5/22 Got a text saying estimate time 12.30 to 13.30 ,wife in all day and no one turned up and then got a text later in afternoon saying tried to deliver no one in and card left ,guess what no card either text said parcel returned to nottingham what a joke poor firm poor outfit. I rang advisor to see what had gone wrong said they would sort it and ring me back ,guess what they never phoned back .Had no problem with DHL,DPD and fed ex . Parcel force waist of time looks like parcel has gone for good ,website is of no use at all does not help just like phone advisor
