Package from Solicitor in city of London to South London that was tracked for next day delivery. It arrived two days later in an unmaked van and the driver just didn't care less. Third class service from what is supposed to be a first class service by price, as reliable as a chocolate tea pot.

They failed to deliver my parcel, the driver threw a notification through the slot in the doorway into the letters, despite the fact that I was at home all day long. They left my parcel on the post office which is far away from my house. I called them and I received a promise to deliver it again. Nothing happen in next days so I called them again, and again I got a promise of redelivering. Nothing happen again (no redelivery, no phone call). Finally, two weeks after receipt of the notification I had to spend some extra time and money to got my parcel by my own from the local post. My advice, avoid them, they are time and money waster.

What a shambles of a company! I'd like to give them a negative rating. Wanted parcel collected from home (Friday/Surrey) & delivered to Reading next day as it was needed first thing Monday morning. Firstly they quote you for that service, but then when you ring to place order, they say they can't do it for what was quoted and double the price, which i paid by Debit Card over the phone. Parcel due to be collected between 1-6 pm. Waited to 6:30 then rang Customer Services. They tried ringing depo without sucsess but said they would email depot who would get back to me. Rang Cust. Ser. again at 7:15 but they were now closed. Rang again 8am Saturday & was transfered to depo, where I was then told that collection couldn't happen until sometime Monday! Too late. Asked for refund onto my debit & was told I needed to register online and put in a request! Took a month of filling out forms to get a refund. Ended up driving to Reading Sunday morning to deliver parcel in person. I beg you, please don't ever use this company unless you really enjoy stress and aggravation and love needlessly wasting hours of your time!!

Tried to deliver package 2.5 hours later than stated in the text msg they sent me. Didn't attempt to leave with a neighbour as requested leaving a note saying taken to local Post Office so drove over and at 1700 the time the Office closed nothing delivered. My heart sank when I received the email saying Parcel Force doing the delivery and they lived up to my full expectations by totally failing. How they exist in such a competitive market I'll never know

This company is stuck in the middle ages. Simply "forgot" to pick up my urgent by-9am-next-morning envelope (£35), so my passport arrived a day late for a visa application (=£100 higher fee for fast-track visa). They kindly offered to refund the fee, at which point their extremely efficient (not!) claims process swung into action. Lengthy online paperwork was followed by a request to... ...wait for it... ...upload a copy of the email *they'd* sent me as proof of purchase!?!? To add insult to injury, the system kept sending me reminders to upload this document after I'd done an upload (apparently because nobody had bothered to review the document I'd uploaded, the automated system kept sending me emails saying I hadn't uploaded it). So, yes (sigh), a phone call to their call centre sorted out everything - the agent told me he could in fact access everything he needed on their system (surprise!), and promised to resolve the claim immediately. So phenomenal incompetence (missed the urgent pick-up), followed by phenomenal bureaucracy and disorganisation... Whatever you do, don't use ParcelForce.

Hi guys never use this delivery company, they are thieves... and super rude lost my parcel from Germany, give to Amazon, and now they are just rude. they don`t really care about finding my parcel EH607170337GB. the parcel was sing from another person, and now I don`t have my items and I lost the money I paid. call millions of times and the girls (Francesca, and so on...) on the depot of London east are super rude, same of the managers. just people with no sense of responsibility for their jobs. I had to get the police involve. scams and rats never again, worse delivery company ever, from Germany to UK 5 days and another week with silly answers. they just don`t care about the customer. the drivers just care less and losing people goods. losing money because of this never had a proper response of were is my parcel

The service provided by Parcelforce is absolutely appalling. This is not the first time I have received such poor service from Parcelforce. I was expecting a high value parcel from Cheltenham and was able to monitor the parcel's progress through to the local depot at Basingstoke. I saw the parcel was 'out for delivery' at 07:52 So I waited in all day and by 5pm I had the feeling that I was, once again, going to be let down by poor service. I spoke with Ian at Basingstoke who explained that an agency driver was being used and that my parcel would be delivered by the end of the day. This did not happen and when I eventually looked on the Parcelforce tracking website, I was appalled to see that the parcel had been returned to the depot as the driver was unable to deliver it but had left a card explaining

Came home for delivery between times that had been sent by text, they turned up early so then left parcel at post office collection point that shuts at 1215 every day will not redeliver. They don't seem to care about customers.

Is it possible to lose a set of triple aluminium ladders? Well I paid Parcelforce the sum of £34.90 to do it.....They last tracked to their Swansea depot and from there, the trail ends. I've tried to talk to them by phone...they never ring you back. I've tried to communicate by Email...and yes you guessed it..no response. I am at a total loss and £130.00 out of pocket. Do not, I repeat DO NOT use these cowboys.

Very poor service and lies from customer service, tracking updates are worthless as they don't track when a parcel has been cleared by customs leaving them as long as they want to forward it on to the delivery depot

ParcelForce did not collect parcel in the alloted time. Driver lied about attempted collection. Bristol Depot staff lied about not being able to make complaint. Driver lied about parcel not ready for collection - he would have had to actually spoke to me !! MD Gary Simpson ignored my email complaint. His office was indignant that I had actually been given a tel. no. to speak to them. No governing body regulates them. Complete service failure and not fit for purpose.

Desperate.. do not bother with the 48 hour gauranteed worldwide delivery. In fact avoid this company all together if you want an efficient service! Plus their customer service are a bunch of ignoramuses!

Couldn't find address even though on a main road. After 2 attempts the driver didn't even load parcel onto van to try again. Ended up returning to seller. Pathetic service.

Delivered to a safe place without leaving a note where that was, and at the same time had someone sign for reception. They thus clearly misdelivered but told us it is OUR risk if THEY misdeliver. Horrible.
