“Waited all yesterday from 7.00am as parcel should have come that day phoned up twice as it was urgent was told on its way did not arrive, phoned next morning was told it would come next day so I went out for an hour then got a text.stating driver has attempted to deliver, ridiculous, it is a hub to be fitted engineer has had to rearrange appointment, do not use them they are rubbish, second time I have had a problem with these, would have given minus 5 stars but have to give one”
“Sent two parcels by the Express 24 service on Tuesday morning. Both were held at the Newport depot instead of being sent to the hub.
On Thursday one of the parcels is showing as arrived in Liverpool but only prepared for delivery. The tracking on the Parcel Force app is abysmal and the wait times on the help desk phone lines are a joke. When I did get through I was promised someone would call me back. Ha ha.
What is the point of advertising a next day service that will now take at least 3 days? Rubbish customer service, terrible company. No wonder Britain is going to the dogs.”

I paid my customs fees on Thurs last week but apparently ‘my payment didn’t show up on the system’. I’ve called them countless times asking what’s happening and they’ve given stupid half-assed responses each time. It’s Tuesday and they haven’t given me an explanation. Oh, and the clearance fee they charge is COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.
If you want stress free delivery look else where.”
“My frustration with this courier cannot be put into words. But all I can say is avoid this courier company for your peace of mind. The amount of money I paid for an express service and the number of days it has taken for the items to be delivered cannot be said. As I write now the parcel is still with them, I called the depot to pick it up myself and the lady that handled my call said she was gonna check and see if the parcel is not with the delivery driver and up until the time I’m writing this review no return call. Very very very very useless company”

“Was awaiting a battery bought off eBay for my wheel chair, wasted my whole morning and most afternoon waiting. Finally approx 3pm decided to message the sellers for tracking number who advised Parcelforce tried to deliver at 11:09. Contacted Parcelforce on their telephone advised them I had been waiting for the batteries for my wheel chair. Informed them I have checked my cameras and no one had even attempted to deliver my parcel. The unfortunate thing now was I had to go to the post Office to collect how hard that was that I had to go without my wheelchair otherwise I would have to wait 48hours for redelivery which would have meant not being able to go shopping for food. Called to complaint was advised I would get a call back nothing. Don’t know how else to take my frustration out on Parcelforce would not recommend.”

“Delivery in the hands of unprofessional drivers. Twice 'attempted' delivery, neither of those the driver bother to leave a card, I only discovered this checking the tracking online wondering where my parcel was. Second time I was actually home and no one rang the bell! Maybe they are not be trained to do so? Very disappointed and still waiting for this parcel odissey to end!”
“The claims process is an absolute shambles, everything has to be written in triplicate, despite having a tracking number, which you would think these days would suffice, but no, you have to fill in the online form manually, what a ball ache. As a regular and frequent seller of goods online, I am taking my business elsewhere as Parcelforce customer service beyond collection and delivery is appalling.”
“It is the third time my parcels are lost. Parcels were sent from Portugal using GLS. They arrived in the UK, 2 or 3 days after. In the UK they are handled by Parcel Force. And get lost, or delayed, or go on a tour around the country. Every time this has happened, I had to make phone call after phone call every week to customer service and them to coventry depot and then to international team. No one seems to have any information and just ask me to wait another week.
I will never use parcel force again! It may seem cheaper than other services but it ends up more expensive when accounting for the damages of any perishable goods, presents never being on time, damages, phone calls, time wasted, stress and disappointment.”
“Stolen product at local post office.
Received a delivery card at home saying that my delivery was left at local post office 20-22 Northfield Rd, GU52 6ED.
Went to the local post office and was told that parcel was not there and there's nothing that they can do about it.
Checked the tracking online and it says that parcel already collected. Looks like someone stole it locally.
Called Parcelforce and was told that there's nothing I can do about it besides contacting the sender.
Horrible experience.”
“Said my parcel had been delivered I was not at home workman was working in my flat they said no parcel had been delivered contacted them three times said they wanted to interviews the driver I would get a call no call I called the following day was told that I would receive a call back in a short time no call back can’t tell me where my parcel was delivered to the item in the parcel cost me £77 I think this is disgusting service”

“Absolute rubbish! Finally received my garden furniture from a German company who use Parcel Force to delivery in UK. Wondered what had happened to my delivery so tracked it to find they had apparently attempted to delivery but no card left! Arranged redelivery but wanted £12 for a Saturday so arranged for a Friday expecting to get notification as I had to give email & mobile but got nothing. Popped home from working locally and by chance they turned up! Would never choose to use.”
“my desire was not to put any stars, however, to leave a comment I need at least put 1 star, very poor service, the worst service I have ever seen in life. I received a letter saying I had to pay £300 so I could have my parcel delivered, and they said if I payed online with a debit or credit card I would have my parcel delivered the next day! I did everything so I could receive my parcel Friday, or at least Saturday as I go back to work Monday however after I payed, they didn’t bring my parcel, and costumer service only said sorry, that they couldn’t do anything, and only bring it at Monday, SO WHAT IS THE POINT OF TELLING ME THAT IM GONNA GET SOMETHING IN ONE DAY AND THEN TELL ME THAT IM GONNA HAVE TO WAIT 3 OR 4 DAYS!? VERY POOR SERVICE!!”
