“They are the worst!!! I already lost money twice because of them, first item arrived damaged to my customer second item was sent to Manchester (!!!) my customer is based in North London (!!!) and guess what... it was damaged too! I contacted Parcel Force they just apologized!”
“The worst delivery service at all time. Never call, never care about the customers. The worst support never helped. Once I waited 2 weeks when they finally deliver the parcel. But not to me, to the nearest Post office.”
“I give up, I’ve tried redelivery on their website, no place to leave delivery instructions i.e. 'ok to leave without a signature' or 'leave in a safe place' , so I waited in all day and no parcel. They then delivered when I wasn't there and left another card.
This is the 4th parcel that has been delivered to the post office is in the middle of town, at the back of a library, with no access to parking, always a huge queue and a little old lady has to wind her way through the building to the store to find the parcel and get back again.
It drives me mad and I can’t keep spending literally hours of my time trying to retrieve a parcel. The whole point of on line is that it is easier and will be delivered to my address.
No idea what is happening to the latest parcel now but I don’t want to spend my Saturday morning in a long queue at the post office to find out.
The supplier can have the parcel back and refund - I won't be ordering with suppliers who use Parcel force in future.”

“Bought something from IKEA and they used Parcelforce to deliver it to me. Never got it. Stayed 3 times at home - each time after a whole day I just get a "delivery attempted" message on my tracking number, with no card left, no one calling my front door or my number. Called a few times to sort it out, people on the phone were nice and recptive but overall had no affect on how the driver's just don't make an effort whatsover.

“What a awful courier, I paid for 48 hr delivery posted the item to the post office in the morning, they didn’t collect until the next day and despite being late collection didn’t upgrade to 24hr, I have used this company three times now and every time there has been a problem, the last time the driver forgot the label, the time before that my parcel was left in the van so it was late, I won’t be using them again, if this company doesn’t up it’s game it will collapse, it’s a slow process but it will happen, it’s a cutthroat game with lots of options, customers will just wise up.”
“Pathetic service. Assume you work hours that enable you to go to some random Post Office that they choose,to collect the parcel, not taking into consideration that you might not drive,or even know the area you have to get to.
Hoping though that you will pay the redelivery charge instead, so they make more money out of you, even though a delivery charge has already originally been paid whilst placing your order.
Plus the delivery person failed to put a ‘Sorry we missed you card’through the door.
Expecting you to track everything via your phone.
Some people in certain work areas are not allowed their phone in the workplace to track a parcel delivery whilst it’s in progress.
If Parcel Force can’t deliver a parcel try these things first;
1. Leave a card through the door
2. Ask a neighbour first, not assume the customer has the time ,energy & transport to get to a Post Office of your choice.
3. Stop trying to make more money from a person to pay extra for a re-delivery charge,which didn’t need to happen in the first place.
4. Stop making assumptions about what the person you’re delivering to can & can’t do to get their parcel back”
“After an initial debarcle with my initial delivery (card pushed through the door detailing PO parcel would be left at - only it was the incorrect PO written down...so after some major chasing and a promise it would be picked up and redelivered within a 5 day window......but this did not happen) a manager at the Reading depot was absolutely BRILLIANT and made sure package was retrieved today and redelivered direct to me! Hurrah! I cannot rate this chap highly enough - he was efficient, professional, apologetic and GOT IT SORTED! Thank you! You've turned a bad experience of parcelforce into a very positive one!”
“Dropped a parcel off onFriday at Post Office - Parcelforce failed to collect anything from there that day so sat there until Monday. Now Wednesday and it was supposed to be delivered by today-it has not and even worse they can't find it!! Its worth st least £150 and cost a whopping £26.10 to send' now it seems they have lost it!!! Absolutely awful.”
“After tracking my delivery I was given a route, drivers name and a I hour time slot of 1 - 2pm. The delivery didn't arrive in the time stated, by 4pm I was still sat waiting. I rang and was told that the depot would contact me. At 5.30pm with no delivery or contact I called again to be promised a call from the depot, the lady also said that in her opinion it would be delivered today. I waited till 6pm on the off chance but no delivery and no contact.
The next day, today I tracked the parcel and it is in the depot not even out for delivery!!!! Still no promised contact. Do they even care?
I am incensed! I will NEVER use Parcelforce and will certainly ask anyone I purchase from to please NEVER use them either.”

This is the 2nd time I have waited in all day for a delivery. I tracked the parcels, which stated they were out for delivery. by 5.30 pm and no parcel (1st time) tracking said Returned to depot, telephoned for a reason why it was returned, and was told the driver had either run out of time, or had too many parcels on his van!
Yesterday I was in all day - had 2 deliveries from other companies, Not Parcelforce. At 6pm, a message on tracking said Returned to depot. I didnt bother phoning as I was furious. I am now waiting for the parcel to be delivered today, although tracking doesnt state it is out for delivery.
What a shocking company, completely unreliable, and in future when I buy something, I will ask the sellers NOT to use Parcelforce. It is an absolute disgrace.
If the reason delivery wasnt possible due to driver unable to find address(one of their excuses), then what prevents driver from asking someone?”
“Very unhappy with the Parcelforce courier service or shall I say: lack of the courier service.
I've ordered an express next day delivery on Saturday, but my parcel has never been picked up. Despite the collection window 11-16.00pm, a courier showed up at 10.00am and never came back.
I re-scheduled the pick-up for a different day just to get an email 24hrs later than they're unable to collect my parcel as I paid for the express delivery on Saturday, but the day after re-scheduled pickup is not Saturday...duh?
Looks like the worry more about the bureaucracy than an actual service.
Just requested a refund, will see how long will that take.

“Awful service! Ordered two bottles of de icer off of a company back in January, was at home at both times of the “attempted” deliveries. No knock, no card, nothing. Emailed them and got awful customer service so requested a refund. We’re now in March, still no refund.
In early March I ordered a present online for my mums birthday, and unfortunately parcelforce was there courier. I got an email from them saying it would be delivered on the 11th March, it is now the 18th and I’ve heard nothing. The tracking number said they attempted delivery (someone was home) and my address was wrong. Confirmed with the automated phone service that it wasn’t and requested a redelivery for the 20th. Absolutely disgusting service and won’t be ordering from sites that use them as I am tired of chasing for things I have paid for!”
“An absolute joke of a company they need to be liquidated. Had countless problems in the past with this... apparently courier company. Usually they just get my reviews remove because they pay for a premium account on trust pilot. Well I didn’t have a choice this time as it came through customs after customs held my parcel for over a week I put a complaint in and finally it got released then parcel fail decide they want to hold it. So my parcels been over a month and soon to be over 2 weeks sat in this county doing nothing. Now they said its been released and on its why. Nearly a week later and the latest update - Awaiting payment of customs charges. So several days before I get the letter then another 1-2 days for the parcel. Disgusting service. Had many others with them in the past. Seriously I run a business and have been for years. This company does not yours or my business. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. They’re also one if not the most expensive around. DPD are a lot better in every way. Appalled time and time again how bad they really are.”
“Received a letter saying they had tried to deliver, in fact the item was at Leicester awaiting a payment to customs. Tried to ring, nothing, no pick up. Wish they acted like the American, or French service and actually cared about their customers. Really sad and they wonder why people use UPS and other services?”
“Three delivery attempts. In the house each time, no knock, no doorbell, just a card through the door. No tracking number on the card, no name, no delivery time, just the date and an X in the returned to depot box. Useless.”
“Delivery arrived late and only half the order. The first person we spoke to was friendly Reassured me the rest would still be arriving the same day. I chased Parcelforce to find out it wasn’t even at the depot. Who were rude and unhelpful. I called ibathuk to tell them this information to see if there was something they could do but the lady was also unhelpful. My husband took time off work to install the toilet.
To be given the wrong information in the first place is extremely frustrating and it was attempted to be delivered today, which shocker we are at work and the parceforce didn’t attempt to leave it with neighbours or post office or actually where we requested it be left in a safe place. so now we have to collect it from the depot ourselves.

Shocking no attempt made to try to help their error. The only person who was helpful was the lady at the depot where we are now on our way collecting our parcel.”
“Unbelievable how they want to show they are not aware of the fact riders don’t attempt to delivery parcels or i don’t know what to think about their riders. They sent a message saying they attempted to deliver but no one ever came. Obviously you have to lose your time to call numbers and speak to people to have another delivery for the next day; and if they say they will contact you back after sending a message to the rider (their procedure doesn’t allow them to call the riders apparently), don’t believe them, you’ll have to call again, explain everything again and finally, but unfortunately, you’ll have a delivery for the next day. “The first time Parcelforce attempted to deliver the package they advised the post office was closed which I discovered was not the case after speaking to the post office. The second time Parcelforce attempted to deliver the package I waited in all day to then be advised by Parcelforce that the delivery was refused by myself when in fact clearly no attempt to deliver the parcel was made.”
