God only knows how Parcel Force smashed this to smithereens. Was packed very well, in original packaging. Of course they don't cover screens though with the insurance I paid for.

“Parcelforce are a rubbish company who cannot carry out the most straight forward delivery without either delay/loss or late delivery. A company that will be gone in the next few years as incompetance has its own reward.They marked my parcel as loaded on vehicle for delivery but failed to deliver.”

“Appalling company. I waited for a laptop to be delivered, at the time they stated, no one came. I checked the tracking number and it stated that the delivery had been refused by the homeowner. No one knocked, no delivery note was left or anything.
They decided to return the laptop straight back to HP for some reason and now it's out of stock.

“I was expecting delivery today. They came but I was not in . No card has been left and I wasn’t informed what’s my options.I received an email that they’ve been trying to deliver but there was no information where it was taken and how I can track it . When I called them there was only automatic service which informed me that I’ll be charged £5 for re-delivery . I booked it but no confirmation nor tracking number was provided. Absolutely shocking service”
“Criminal company! Badly run organisation that is not fit for purpose.Drivers claim they’ve attempted delivery and don’t leave a card because clearly they have not attempted at all.
Lucky if you have a positive outcome because generally your parcel is missing for good.Full investigation of this company is required because of fraud taking place.”
“Sadly the current Parcelforce delivery thieves strikes again. My parcel is in ''Secure PIN validation not possible'' for 2 days in a row, with the same hour being listed as closed, 17:00, when in fact their delivery window closes at 19:00 so to get at 17:00 at depot you must know already at 16:00 you're not going to deliver. The package is a gaming console and pretty much a sure target (silly boxed, very obvious) for Parcelforce staff. Well done heroes, you strike again.”
“I tried to get a parcel delivered to my address and they attempted to deliver. It failed, but they left no red note so it became more difficult for me to request redelivery. Upon requesting redelivery, I provided them with a phone number and email for them to contact. Not only did they not call this number or email, they again did not leave a note. I then tried to get them to redeliver a THIRD time and this time I asked them to deliver it on a certain day, they decided to deliver it 5 days before I asked them to (when I wasn't in the city mind you). This time they didn't even bother going to the address, they just claimed it was incomplete. Then, without letting it sit in the depot for a while, that day it was sent to the National Depot and returned to sender. Again, without notification. Parcelforce is a joke, DO NOT choose them if you ever have a choice and want to receive your packages.”
“Was expecting express 24 delivery, but didn't deliver on their end. Took 3 days before it appeared on the tracking system and now has been stood at the delivery depot for a few days. Tomorrow's new year's so its going to be atleast 5 days late.”
“Well what can I say parcelforce first day never came 2nd day said he collected hmm ok so I inform them with pictures boxes still sat here. I rebooked with Royal Mail who were amazing. Parcel force next day delivered 3 bags not by boxes to the address , 3 bags of empty coffee pods and they printed their own label lol refuse to refund has driver delivered 🙈🙈 they are a joke”
“@parcelforce scammed - paid £250 to send insured box. It never arrived and parcel force say it’s not their problem. I have lost £250 postage cost and £1000 contents of box. They told me to email the post office in Mexico (I don’t speak Mexican) who say I they dint have it and I need to speak to uk parcelforce. Totally scammed. Cost me £1,250???”
“The worst delivery service. Incompetent staff. Deliveries were never attempted as I was home and waiting at the time of each 'attempted' delivery. My item was then returned back to the company website & I was unable to re-order as told now out of stock.

“I have posted 2parcels to the same recipient with the same information I handed over my 1at parcel on the 1st of dec to find out it has been delivered to someone I don't even know I spent an hour trying to track my end parcel during priority on the 21st I believe it is in transit the live chat is a total disaster I early hope thisone goes to the correct recipient as it is for a soldier”
“Have had many packages sent via Parcelforce. They do not attempt to deliver items, they never show up or leave a note. They lie and say they attempted delivery, every, single, time. It's really frustrating waiting for days extra then having to go to my post office.”
