“I wish I would get the option of rating it 0 or even minus. Worst company ever had to deal with.
Arranged and paid to drop a parcel at the post office, went to the post office and they said the barcode is invalid. Contacted the depot 5 times through out the day and nothing was sorted. And when I asked to cancel , they kept giving me numbers to call that aren't even recognised 😡😡”
“I arranged via the redelivery part of the parcelforce website for free redelivery of my parcel, the date of Saturday 8th April was given as an option for free delivery, I then receive a phone call from an unknown number at 19:30pm on 07/04/17 stating that I would have to pay an extra £12 for the Saturday delivery! The caller (Daniel Jones) stated my parcel would not be released unless I paid! 1. I wouldn't part with money when being asked from an unknown caller / phone number! 2. Your website gave ME the option of FREE Saturday delivery! I find your whole process totally flawed and misleading to customers, total unacceptable business ethics. I have lost all confidence in the parcel force business model and would not use your services again. Tomorrow I will make the journey to your Shrewsbury depot and do the job that your business cannot achieve. Very poor.”
“Hi, the collection was organised by other company via parcel force. its awful service, you will loose a lot of customers because parcel force driver comes at any time convenient for them, they will leave a card that no one was at home(of course, i am at work).
Parcelforce customer service declined to rearrange the collection because they had done 2 attempt-again in the middle of the day, without confirming with me.
Very unhappy with the service.
Will publish this situation in newspaper.”
“First there was no dates or time given when the parcel was supposed to be delivered. I rearranged the parcel to be delivered, waited all day for nothing! When rang to know what happened, they told me that my parcel had been sent back to the sender!”
“Spent £150 for Signed & Recorded Global Priority shipping to Reunion Island.
Parcel Force sent it to South Africa instead and it sat in Johannesburg sorting office for a week until we rang up.
Parcel Farce didn't know what happened and opened an investigation, cue another week of absolutely nothing.
We rang them up again and they told us that they haven't received a response from the South African sorting office, they told us to wait for their call.
As expected no response from Parcel Farce for 48 hours, so I rang them up again and they told me I had to wait 48 hours for a response from the sorting office because it's been escalated to a level 2 issue...Great.
Had I not asked them about how to get my money back for this inept lack of service, I would have nearly missed the month long window to make a claim despite it clearly being their fault.
150 quid for what? I do not know.”
“My parcel was delivered but not to my house. It was received by someone else at unknown address who signed it. I've tried to find this address by contact with Parcelforce support but without effect.”
“At this moment in time I believe my parcel has been delivered on the specified date, however, I have no Idea where it was delivered to, thick driver did not leave a card and for all i know just got some random passerby to sign for it (or himself) as proof of delivery to somewhere in the UK. Called parcel-force who were very helpful in telling me they had no idea where it was either but will contact the driver when he next awakens and the 2no brain cells he supposedly possesses engage, to jog his memory, if he indeed has one. 'Parcel force!, I believe that should read Incompetent force.”
“Waited all day on given date to be told that driver had not had time to deliver but item was back in depot by 4pm.This was supposed to be 24 express delivery.Appalling service.”
“Completely useless and unprofessional
Lied about attempted delivery.
Lied about leaving a calling card.
Parcel was damaged.
And it would have actually fit through the mail slot...”
“It's just taken me 4 days to get my parcel - what's the point in trying to deliver a second time in daytime when the recipient is most likely at work? The weird parcel reference no. started with U and when I told the computer voice the reference it repeated three times 'O' !!! and I had to abort the automated method. The real person I spoke to afterwards then said I should leave it 2 days to pick it up from my local post office. Never have this problem with the Royal Mail.”
“Didn't leave the parcel where expected - just left me a card saying 'it will be delivered tomorrow'. No parcel number, no time slot. By the time I got it their customer service had closed!”
“Thick driver couldn't even be bothered to leave a card so i had no idea the important parcel had been delivered or where it was. Pathetic beyond belief.”
“Parcelforce KIDLINGTON
Terrible customer service.
This bloke: 'Lovemore Nyarota' (http://tinypic.com/r/261krdl/9) should not be allowed on the front desk.
Customer service skills non-existent, obnoxious and extremely unhelpful. I asked for a very small amount (20cm) of tape to reseal a parcel that had come unstuck. He wouldn't allow me to stick the parcel myself, even after explaining that I'd just like to be sure it was secure. Instead, I would have to leave and bring the parcel back. I was then told there would be every possibility my parcel would be damaged in transit!
Will not be using again.”
“Driver delivered a very expensive item (£255) to the wrong address and when went to retrieve the item the person who signed for said item was "out". Have had to keep phoning for updates to which the last person I spoke to didn't seem overly concerned about the matter and just said that the driver posted a slip through the door requesting they contact him to arrange a pick up. I have no guarantee that they are going to do this, for all I know the person who has accepted this item could easily have resold it now. I have absolutely zero faith in Parcelforce now and it's put me off even ordering from eBay now as this isn't the first time something has gone wrong but never to this level. How the hell in this day and age where sat navs are pretty much a standard feature that this could have happened is beyond me. My advice is avoid Parcelforce at all costs, especially when ordering anything expensive.”
“Driver did not turn up to upift my parcel. When I phoned the company 2 hours after it was due to be uplifted they told me that the driver was just running late. The next day it has still not been picked up. No contact at all so I phoned them. I paid £12 for a fairly small parcel to be delivered within 15 miles. Extremely poor service. Don't know if other companies are any better but will try a different one next time.”
“Rotten company from top to bottom. I paid £40 to have a simple key delivered next day before 9am and they managed to loose it before it had even got on to their lorry. Their couldn't care attitude was disgraceful. They lie about about every part of their process and blame other depots to palm you off. They have to take the award for being the WORST employees in the country. READ THE REVIEWS.”
“ParcelForce hold my package EM998683601RO without scanning since February 27 like.
The item has been exported from Romania since February 26 and ParcelForce keep advising the sender to inquire in its country. It's absurd! I keep reading on forums that UK and Germany have this issue of delaying or not scanning in time EMS packages. How is that possible for this fee we pay? What should I do, use a "better" service, fill a complaint and wait 3 months to get my money back? Or they should look better in their yard where the packages are lost by unprofessional employees?”
