“AWFUL! attempted delivery on the 29.4.22, we were out but my profile says to leave with neighbour. My neighbour was in all day but still, they left a card saying they had taken it back to the nottingham depot and did not try my neighbour. So i arranged redelivery. The earliest was wednesday 4th may. Although i needed the parcel i had no option but to take that date.
No delivery was made or attempted, as i waited in all day. Tracking stated that again, it had gone back to the nottingham depot. Had to rearrange delivery again! Now for friday 6th of may, 1 week late for something that was on a next day delivery!
No live chat, cant speak to a human at customer service, absolutely the worst courier service going! And yes, worse than hermes!”
“Don’t use these people! Worst delivery ever! Waiting for my parcel to be delivered for three days now and they can’t due to insufficient delivery address. Eventhough everything was given to them correct, Post Code/Number and road. At the end I called them only to tell me that they didn’t know why the driver couldn’t find the Road, and they could send the parcel the next day to our local Post office. Avoid!”
“I got a parcelforce card through the door,so i aranged redelivery to my work,i typed in the parcel number to find out it was still at the deport,so i rang them,the agent apologised & said he would get someone to ring me,no one did,so i rang to re-arange,on the saturday it was meant to be delivered it was meant to be delivered at 12:30-1:30,at 1:45p.m a parcelforce van turned up outside my house,where he was sorting parcels out,then drove off,to then 15 mins later for the live delivery to say,tried to deliver,so basically lied & saw the guy outside,just the biggest joke courier service ive ever seen,im wondering if i will ever see my parcel arrive.

Sent to large parcels through parcel monkey who used parcel force as a courier. First parcel label worked second label for second parcel not working,which meant taking this 14kg box back home. To recover the refund for delivery was the first mission. Now where's my first parcel... After 2 weeks they cannot find the 11kg parcel. Messages back n forth. Nobody wants to call and have a telephone conversation. Which means you spend your time sending messages and getting replies my different agents. Most of them very unhelpful going round in circles.
Meanwhile the parcel that was refused was successfully resent with royal mail arriving in just 4 days....”
“Absolutely disgusting stayed in all day and they say attempted delivery no way did they attempt to deliver my parcel then next day saying it would be here 130 to 230 so I tracked the item driver was 10 minutes away so I waited and checked map again it had disappeared so waited and checked later and it said attempted delivery at 1745 and we have left a card I haven't moved all day no card or attempted delivery I would never use parcelforce utter rubbish.”

Why do your delivery people not have a company uniform with a clear company badge ID? Some of your delivery vehicles are white vans without any ID at all,Why? No doubt your answer is agents/contractors. So do something about agents/contractors or whoever.
**Your latest practice of requiring date of birth before handing over a parcel is the most concerning**. So man says its for security before he can hand over parcels. Most delivery people take a photo to prove delivery so why would a householder's dob be better.
To prove a point I gave a bogus dob and the parcel was handed over.
He doesn't take photo's, his passing words. And I don't give out personal details to a dimwit stranger was my reply before slamming the door.

“I have never had to deal with such an incompetent, rubbish delivery company before than Parcelforce. I have just started a small business, and so it's vital that stock arrives on time . Unfortunately my suppliers always use Parcelforce for their deliveries. They are conscientious, and get the products sent out quickly, but are sadly let down by this terrible delivery company. I have had four parcels sent to me and three of them never turned up on the day. I have had to hang on the telephone over and over to find out where my items are and why they were not delivered, and all you get is a disinterested customer service person who can't answer any of the questions! Yesterdays excuse was that they are so busy because it's been a bank holiday week. This company should learn by DPD standards who never miss a slot and always deliver on time. Parcelforce you are rubbish!!”
“I have never left a review for a company but my experience with Parcelforce was bad! Two weeks to deliver a parcel I paid next day delivery for. Several phone calls to track down the lost parcel. Miscommunication between the national and local hub. The local hub were apologetic but national customer service was zero. Really bad service that cost me time and money with no acknowledgement from Parcelforce! Never again!”

No way this company has over 3 stars…
No way this company has over 3 stars legitimately. They are so poor and so inefficient. Every single time i have a delivery coming by way of Parcelforce I dread it and every single time it's a nightmare. They refuse to leave anything in safe places or with neighbours like all other couriers and then they always take the items back 20 Mike's away from Blackpool back to Preston depot. Then bring it all the way back to try to redeliver it several times. Always during normal business hours Monday to Friday with no easy way to change this. I used their service to change to a local post office drop-off for two small consignments, I was given a date to collect them, I took time off work to get to the post office in time, and today when I went neither were there and they'd actually just tried to redeliver again. Completely useless. The lady on the phone says it was a system issue so she'll have them delivered tomorrow (saturday), then I get a call back from a different lady saying that might not be possible because she has so many parcels there waiting to go out... I'm guessing because they're so bad at converting delivery attempts into deliveries. They must have by far the lowest conversion rate of any courier. Still operating like a state-run organisation rather than an efficient private company.
Any time I ask people everybody is in agreement how bad they are. Either the Preston depot is bad or the company is bad, and I suspect the latter.”
“Evil liers they say attempted delivery made and card left and I was in all day and no one came and this happened again on the second day now they say parcel returned to depot which is 9 miles away and I have no car so I have to catch a train and a bus to get there this company needs to be shut down”

“Please avoid this courier company at all costs. They have either lost or stolen an item worth nearly £3k. Image POD requested by the shop confirms that the parcel was delivered to a different building, and the system shows it was signed by some random person with a different name. This matter remains unresolved nearly a month later, and Parcelforce have been beyond useless – they keep copying and pasting the same generic response about "investigating my concerns". Absolute joke.”
