“Bad customer service, got hung up on.the parcel should be delivered yesterday and it wasn't. No update on the tracking. Had to call to find out they've put it in the wrong depot and wont deliver till tomorrow. After I took 2 says off cus of their incompetence. Condescending. Stay away.”
“Parcel handed over in County Durham 4pm Thursday on 48 hour service.
Because it was after 3:30 staff said it may not go that evening so plan for a Friday dispatch deliver Tuesday.
Parcel was delivered in Worcester before noon Friday morning.

“Sent a parcel to Ireland -10 days ago. Tracked it to Ireland after 3 days. Then no movement and suddenly the history has changed the package is back in the UK with no movement for 3 days. Despite several attempts to contact parcel force - no explanation . Impossible to speak to anybody. Terrible service.”
“A parcel addressed to me in Huyton Liverpool L36 was ‘delivered’ to a house in Bootle Liverpool L20. It was ‘signed’ for at 11.11hrs on 3rd October. All attempts to get a useful response from Parcelforce have failed.....Driver off self isolating, manager off sick. There is no similarity whatsoever between my address and where Parcelforce ‘think’ they delivered to. The tracking information has my correct details. The missing item was a quilt I had spent hundreds of hours assembling and was being returned from a company in Wales who had embroidered it for me. Having read the other comments on this site I am appalled at the level of service and lack of response. Can’t even post a ‘No Star’ review.”

Parcelforce must rate as *THE MOST INCOMPETENT COURIER*. A parcel sent on their 24hr service took 7 days to arrive and the parcel was totally trashed. The retailer was astonished that so little care had been taken and I was equally shocked by the total lack of information from their Bristol Depot who were delivering the parcel. The Customer Service Agent could not tell me when the parcel might arrive and his final helpful advice was that he "was terminating the call", and the line went dead - So much for customer care.”

“We had to return a broken awning to a bad seller, we paid over £50 and it took five days and it was refused!!!! We lost also our refund of £400 due to late delivery!! No compensation whatsoever!!! But they were happy to take our money!! Never again.”
“We are an e-commerce business that uses Parcelforce to send our parcels. We found errors on our invoices where we were overcharged by more than £500.
Parcelforce refused to refund any of the billing errors that were more then 90 days old despite them being obvious mistakes by their billing system. They also acknowledged that all the billing errors within the last 90 days were their fault.
We will now be closing our account and start using another company.
If you are a business that is thinking of using them I would recommend that you use a different company.”

Have wasted two months trying to get an answer from Parcelforce regarding an insurance claim and received a non-informative letter this morning saying they would not pay. Clearly, the public ownership ethos has not left Parcelforce which will result in their eventual demise.”
“Parcel force attempted to deliver my package at 11.30pm. Umm? Ok, weird. There is nowhere online where you can choose a safe place for your package to be left if you are not home or....I don't know - sleeping. They attempted to deliver it again the following day while I was at work. Its gone back to the depot which is about an hour from my house. I have rearranged the delivery to go to a post office. This looked like it was vaguely confirmed online - saying, 'We'll be in touch to confirm if it will be delivered to your chosen post office'. Huh? Will it be delivered there or not? This was days ago and I have not been given a confirmation email.
Give this mickey mouse company a HARD swerve.”
“This bunch of clowns repeatedly fails to deliver to our house and drops parcels off at a post office. They claim a card was left after an attempted delivery, but this is always a lie. They are just too lazy to bother with the delivery - instead they just drop off a bunch of parcels at the post office. Since they don't leave a card you just have to guess when they are up to their tricks. I have lost count of how many times they do this. No point in complaining – it doesn’t help. An absolute shower.”

“Two bad experiences with this so called service. Waiting in both times and both times problems. 1st was nowhere near the time and 2nd they said they'd attempted to deliver but hadnt, as they left no card. I'd advise anyone to give them an extremely wide berth. Avoid at all costs!”
