I just noted it said ‘help customers by talking about service’ I don’t think anyone needs to read the review, an average of 1.6 from 1800 reviews says it all. I am waiting for a parcel which I know they have had for a week. Their system doesn’t even recognise they have it, tried to find the status, but trying to get a human to talk to is impossible as far as I can see. Totally useless company. Please don’t use.

My parents sent me a parcel. Accidently there was mistake with phone number, but its not a big deal for delivery, as address was right. So, after a more a week waiting I finally checked a tracking number and what I saw. My parcel was deliver somewhere in other city and somebody took it, even signed it. By my parcel and things I needed. Just waiting what they gonna do now, as they completely f.... up delivery city, street etc.

Parcel shipped from USA. Forms recieved, filled out and returned. Not a word from them about customs charges or delivery to me. They're now shipping ut back to the sender. They also pass the blame to the sender, USPS, even though the package is in the hands of Parcel Force. Pathetic.

Absolutely rubbish service!!! Such a time wasting- was expecting parcel delivered at my home address, courier even didn't bother to leave a calling card, had to figure it out where my parcel is....System showed it kept in the local branch at Crayford went the and apparently parcel was set for home delivery again..... Pointless system,needs more improvement in organising....

If I could give NO stars I would. We wrapped a package so well it was virtually indestructible. But Parcelforce managed to destroy it even though the inside of the box had been reinforced with plywood. The contents were totally broken, the outside packaging had gouges in it indicating that something heavy had been dropped on it or that our package had been dropped. Will NEVER use again. In this day and age, unemployment what it is, wouldn't you think employees would value their jobs and take some pride in it. But they just don't care. DO NOT USE PARCELFORCE.

Worst company ever... The damaged my parcel, they refused to provide any sort of evidence that is actually damaged and didn't refund. Stay away!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful. Zero stars! Driver lied about failed attempted delivery. Never came near the house. Supposedly returned to depot and out for next day delivery. Cambridge wouldn't acknowledge this, so now tracking changed andstates 'damaged' to cover themselves. 2nd parcel the following day taken back to depot marked insufficient address. Checked with depot and the address was correct. Adviser said she'd investigate and would ring back. Never called me back. This is a costly service which has 'mislaid' two cases of wine at Christmas time.????

1st parcel returned to depot failed attempted delivery. Driver never came to the house or left a card as tracking stated. Now parcel 'missing' though it was supposed to have been taken back to the depot. 2nd parcel the next day returned to depot again for insufficient address. Checked with Cambridge depot who confirmed the address was correct and promised to investigate and ring me back. Never rang. No idea where my two deliveries are. Not good enough just to not bother to deliver, after all, this is 'supposed' to be a delivery service!!!!!!

Paid for next day delivery to an elderly relative and at 9pm on the day of delivery the package still hadn't arrived. This has caused so much stress and confusion for my elderly relative who has memory issues and who waited by their front door since lunch time for delivery. I am shocked that there are no contact details to speak to someone and the tracking service is abysmal. It has shown that the package is in the central hub all day. I thought that I would be able to trust a service related to Royal Mail but what a let down. I definitely will NOT be using this service again. I will be applying for a full refund because there were time critical events scheduled around delivery today.

Why cant you just leave it outside the door? Not all of us are in and we cant all access the post office. Also have you seen the queues? I got to rate Hermes parcel service for leaving deliveries front of my door and taking a photo of proof. I doubt I will use parcelforce again.

Absolutely horrendous experience. They rearranged my delivery 4 times and didn’t deliver. Newport depot promised 2 of those deliveries and after waiting in all day there was no show! Tracked my delivery and it would change to addressee advised to collect??? The manager of depot refused to speak to me I wonder why? This went on for 13 days constant phone calls and wasting my time waiting in all day!! Absolutely shocking customer service would never order anything that’s delivered by parcel force again! Oh and the excuse was the driver couldn’t get it in the van!!

Waiting for delivering and cannot compromised with their time schedule, they sent message the parcel delivering today between 4-5pm but waiting till now nothing, after 8pm the driver appeared and the box damage and the content inside also marked I believe some of the employer decided to cut the box to check the contents inside box and also by doing that cut up part of the contents.

Parcelforce didn't even attempt to deliver our perishable parcel (£60 worth of seafood). They told us to go back to the sender, who doesn't want to know. Terrible service, avoid at all cost.

The worst company EVER !!!!! Drivers don't ring a door bell. Just getting msgs on phone "We attempt the delivery bit no one was available " and I'm in my home, sitting and waiting for them. NO CARD LEFT NEITHER. Camping outside for 2 hours trying to catch them. It's essential. It's for work. DISASTER. THE WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!! second time this is happening.

My delivery driver went to the wrong door and no one answered the door at the address, so my delivery driver gave the card with further information to another house, thankfully I know the person

First and last bad experience with this company I booked parcel no one came for collection had to book again same parcel and the parcel hasn't been delivered really disappointed 😠

They have no idea what they are doing! They sent a text saying they will come between 10 and 11am and they never turned up. I called them 3 times and they have no iformation where the driver is and whether the parcel will be delivered. absolutely circus!!

So, an expensive parcel was sent recorded to be signed for through Parcelforce. It was signed for but I didn't receive it. So I need to know where it is. My challenge to the world is this, try and find a number so you can speak to an actual person so you can explain your problem and locate your undelivered parcel. Ans. It can't be done. Useless. Great customer service Parcelforce.

Worst experience ever!! Paid EXTRA money WITH insurance to get a PlayStation sent carefully to the buyer, box was extremely damaged upon arrival to the buyer, and 2 of the controllers were damaged to the point of being no use at all whatsoever! Buyer had to buy new controllers, and Parcelforce refused to refund me due to the fact that they require ‘polystyrene’ to package the contents, this was never mentioned to me when they were happy to take my money for the postage and insurance, and just like to try and point it out AFTER they have damaged your parcel. I appealed it saying no one had mentioned this to me upon purchasing the insurance and postage, they then replied saying it had to be double packed with 2 boxes not 1 (this was a new excuse to the one they had emailed before) and just kept repeating themselves about their terms and conditions on their website. Who goes to the post office and looks up terms and conditions before posting an item, you are expected to be told this when paying for it!!! Had to pay out of my own pocket for the controllers the buyer had paid for, so what was the point of me sending with Parcelforce? Will NEVER use again over my dead body, and would have been better off driving to the location and handing the package over myself
