An international item paid for at PREMIUM rate was lost by Parcelforce. They then rejected all regular correspondence and ONE DAY after the expiry of their liability claimed any claim to be "out-of-time".

“No one came as we were home yet tracking shows delivered at address ( not neighbours) and signed. Office will not tell me who signed for it instead asking sender to make a claim. How can they when tracking shows delivered? Refusing to investigate as this needs to be done within a certain time which they did not reveal. Asked for manager of centre but no luck . How does such a company not address this as is apparent from the reviews this is common? Where are trading standards?”
“Parcel was out for delivery and a card was apparently left but never received anything. I contacted customer service, they advised would attempt delivery the following working day, I told them no one would be available and asked for it to go direct to my local post office for collection Tracking said was out for delivery with an estimated time, again no calling card was left and now back at depot with a delivery attempt or my wishes followed. Going onto day 3 for delivery again noone will be home (reluctant to ask someone to be in if they don’t bother showing up) let’s see what happens then. I’m not holding out much hope now of receiving it and it being returned to sender.”
“Attempted delivery with card left. Another lie, no one came and no card was left behind. It happend to me 3 times out of 5 in last couple of years. Avoid”
“i will never use parcel force again and i will tell all my friends not to use them and thay will tell all there friends and so on as i had a bad experience with them as i booked them to puck up a parcel in Scotland and to deliver it to me the next day and thay never picked it up until the day that it was suppose to be delivered and the day that it was suppose to be delivered it never came and it was suppose to be delivered on a Thursday and now thay tell me that i will get it on a Monday”
“I paid extra for Saturday delivery. It’s now 5pm and no word on when it’s going to arrive. Probably won’t be until middle of next week judging by the reviews below”
“Sat in all yesterday afternoon waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be yesterday (next day delivery) and it never arrived. I could see on the tracker it arrived at the depot at 4.54 am so I know it could easily have been delivered and not a problem with the sender. Looks like I'm in for another day waiting as it's still sat in the depot today. Rubbish service, not good enough ParcelForce, you can't use Covid as an excuse now!”
“My parcel was out for delivery on a van with a named driver, (according to their tracker service) on the 1st June 2021 then again on the 2nd it is now the 3rd. The service is meant to be Parcelforce 24? I have spoken to a person called Mark at the Bristol Depot, who could not explain why there is a delay, only to say it might be damaged or the driver may have run out of time? However the time slot they informed me was 11.45 to 12.45 and on both the 1st and 2nd June a Parcelgorce van drove past my house with deliveries to other houses nearby? If my supplier had used either Hermes or DPD my important parcel would have been here on the 1st and within the time slot I had been allocated? As an ex Postmaster I am especially disappointed by this poor service.”
“Waiting for a parcel to arrive, was given the time and date so made sure I was in, I then received a message saying 'unable to deliver parcel' I actually saw the van going up the road.
This is the second time this has happened to me, when will companies learn to use a more reliable courier!!!!!!!!!”
“Got an email notice for delivery this morning, planned between 1036 and 1136, it’s now 1324 and still no sign of the parcel. No answer on their ‘helpline’ nor any email updates.

“Parcel was down for delivery on Friday waited in all day looked at Tracking had been changed from out for delivery to Customer asked for delivery at a later date. Totally not true. Managed to get through to customer service this took about 15 mins the operator was very apologetic,only to be told it would be delivered next day Saturday. Today Saturday Looked at Tracking it is still in Depot. Looking at the bad reviews on here and Trust Pilot looks like Parcel Force don't care.”
“Jan 2021Sent a return parcel to China £100+ received notification it was held at Customs numerous attempts to find out what the problem was.but to no avail Then received a bill for overweight package which it isn't. And to cap it all they want to charge me £140 for it's return!!!! Useless customer support”
“sent a guitar fully packed in a industry standard guitar shipping box well packed and bubble wrapped (extra).when it arrived at the buyers house it was damaged badly .I put in a claim for compensation as i had already refunded the buyer and was told the guitar was not covered and they only cover up to £100 that is included in the postage cost. They then told me they would pay me £100 for the damage and refund the extra £15 i had paid for extra cover for the full value of the guitar .i then got a email telling me they refused the claim for damage as the sorting depot worker told them it was not packed correctly and they will just refund the extra insurance £15. i have sent them a reply stating I disagree with this decision and all so stated that i have sent 62 over guitars over the last 3 years all available to view on my account and have paid over £260 in extra insurance for the true value and now find out that they were all only insured for £100 max .I have sent them emails asking for a refund for this extra money but no reply . please do not use this company if your musical items are worth over £100 and its packed in a solid steel box as they will refuse to pay out .I will be posting this on as many sites as i can to inform people of this insurance scam.”
“Down graded my parcel from global express to a different service instead of 3 days went to up 8 days this was after they had my parcel for 5 days paid£78.44. Will never use this company again. 🤬”
“Sitting by the door, watching the tracker van getting closer, see a person approach. Open door and take the package inside. Look at package label says HERMES. I think eh? So Hermes came early, well where's the Parcelforce dude, check the tracker says we attempted etc.. no card. Well they most certainly didn't, not to my address. After reading multiple reviews I realise that this culture of not caring is how p.f. operates. I can't believe they get away with it. Won't ever be using them again that's for sure.”
“Useless delivery company. Delivered half of my items and the other half gas been lost. Same item. Close down this useless company. Not the first time they lost my item's and never find it. And of course I have to deal with the seller to get my item because this company do nothing at all”
