“It is really bad . Booked something from Amazon and they used that service. Was in the living room all the time .Depot even did not ring the doorbell or called the phone. Just left a card with the wrong tracking number. Read reviews and lots of people were in the house like me and instead of the parcel had a rubbish card .Very bad service and you can not contact them.”

“I sent my mother a parcel for xmas and realised when I went to check on it that the lady in the post office had put the wrong door number on the receipt.
I called Parcelforce customer service and explained that my 82 year old mother wouldn't be able to go knocking on doors to try and get her parcel (it was heavy and because of covid) and could they help.
The woman I spoke to (I didnt get her name unfortunately) took my details and sent an email to the delivery office in my mothers area (Medway Kent) in the hope they would delivery it to correct address.
The next day I spoke to the delivery office (chloe at Medway) and again explained everything and she confirmed they had received the email but also sent the driver a message giving the correct address.
The parcel was delivered the same day with the driver (shaun) even pushing the heavy parcel into my mothers house so she wouldn't have to move it on her own.
All three of these people were outstanding in their customer service, I can't praise them enough.
I can't see my mother because of covid so this made a big difference to both of us.

Because it was after 3:30 staff said it may not go that evening so plan for a Friday dispatch deliver Tuesday.

“I sent a parcel via parcelforce next day guaranteed am delivery parcel was collected from the post office where I paid ยฃ17. Parcel went from the post office to the hub At the hub the parcel was missorted and sent to the wrong depot. The parcel was then returned back to the post office from where I sent it, then back to the hub and sent to the correct depot. Avoid this delivery company at all costs, they are absolutely inept and totally and utterly unreliable.”
