“This company is a complete joke and ruined our kids Christmas we had items sent from the US for presents we paid the shipping fees and custom charges which shipping charges were 159 dollars then the custom charges from parcel force of almost 32 pound for us to not receive the items at all even tho we paid before the date we had to before they were getting sent back and they still sent them back to the US so our kids didn't get their Christmas presents causin them distress on Christmas day. Then when trying to deal with it when they could of still kept the parcels in this country they couldn't be bothered and just told us they were sent back when they hadn't been and still haven't been but have now been told they have put them in the container as of yesterday and can't be taken out now but when we phone before the end of new year and just after new year they lied and said they'd already been sent when by rights they could of sorted it and we would of got the pareels. Never ever use this company they are the worst and just rob you for your money till they delude they want to give it back. Will be contacting consumers rights and trading standards reporting their negligence and incompetence the bunch of invalids working there”

“They dropped me a letter to pick up from local post office but after going to post office for several times, just find out there is no delivery. After calling Parcel Force, find out that driver dropped it in post office in west of Oxford but I live in village in north Oxford, about two hours far from me. I have booked me exam on Monday and I don’t know what to do?”
“24 hour service appears to be more of whenever it suits them. After missing the delivery time by 24 hours, there's no sign of when the package will arrive. Surprised that they are still in business. Using them once will make you appreciate the services offered by the likes of FedEx or DPD.”
“Paid for 24hr service but an 'issue' at the sorting hub meant it did not leave there for 12 hours. Stayed home on the due day, to no avail (and no info). Only option was delivery next day (only other choice as a delivery had not been attempted so no card etc). In spite of all efforts missed the next delivery a day late (in spite of all efforts to be in and house only empty for 1/2 hr!). With an attempted delivery choice now widened to paying an extra £12 to have it delivered on the Saturday. Having read other reviews, I think we got off lightly. I will not be using Parcelforce again. Myhermes all is forgiven!!”
“Parcel was marked as despatched on 28th december,by the seller. on Parcelforce 48 service. - not collected by them until 4th. January 2020!- It is now 9th January, and after numerous phone calls, I was told I could collect item from local depot, just 3 miles away.
I gave them my driving licence, and parcel number. The operative came back about 6mins. later, and said "the manager won,t release the parcel to you, because an attempt at delivery has not been made! - on asking when it WILL be delivered, he just shrugged his shoulders, and said "don,t know". - STAY WELL AWAY from these!”

“Absolute joke of a service, especially when you call to complain and their on hold phone commentary shouts about their speedy delivery! 48 hour delivery has turned into 7 days and still waiting. It will be 9 if they even attempt to deliver on Wednesday! The "if" here is a very big one! Last time the driver didn't even bother to knock on the door (even though we were in) or leave a card and had turned his GPS off so you couldn't track the parcel. On top of that, when you call to complain you get rude operators who even hang up the phone on you! Not to mention the numerous lies they tell saying to you it's, "100% out for delivery, you'll definitely get it today, " when it's clearly not. Theyll tell you anything just to get you off the phone. Avoid at all costs!”
“Day 8 of a 48 hour deliver and the parcel has reached stage 4 of 6! It took 6 days to travel from post office to collection depot a distance of 50 miles.
This was over New Year but the parcel should have been collected on the morning of the 27th. An ordinary letters posted at the same time 9:15 am arrived next day.”
“Useless. Paid for a TV and Surround sound to be delivered on Saturday. Got a text saying it would be delivered on Friday, went home. Only the surround turned up, rang them, loads of apologies, no sign of the TV yet and no tracking info. Avoid at all costs.”
“My parcel was due today I had a text from Parcelforce saying their driver Natalia was going to deliver between 4.55pm and 5.55pm and they failed to deliver it went from out for delivery to straight back to depot in Poole the driver didn’t even bother to attempt to deliver it, bloody useless it’s the second time they have done this, I reckon they get to Friday and can’t be f**ked to deliver parcels, knowing they won’t have to attempt redelivery until Monday, I didn’t spend £115 on a chicken house/coop to have these cowboys mess me around. If I could give zero stars I would... feckin useless delivery service.”
“Parcel was meant to be delivered today between 3-4pm. Tracked at 6pm and read that the parcel was returned to the depot. I was at home waiting for it. There was no note delivered or any attempt to deliver. Or the driver just didn't bother at all.”
“Had a text to say delivery between 3pm and 4pm...next minute a message coming in at 13.45 saying they had tried to deliver & put a card through door..I was in the house!! Perhaps if they try to knock as well it would be something...I have a back door...try that as well..really disappointed.”

“Ladies and gentlemen I present you the greatest British comedy called Parcelfarce. I sent a package via USPS to UK and it arrived in London 4,000 miles away in 4 days.Then it was noted as package “damaged” so it sat in one place for 3 weeks before it was “repaired” and sent on it’s way. So then it arrives 150 miles away the next day on a Saturday so delivery would be that Monday but low and behold they say the address is “insufficient” and can’t be delivered. So a phone call was made to have it sent to apartments’ main office to be picked up and 3 days later they finally got it there! The package was bent at corners and looked like it was used in a soccer match and inside a cheap plastic bag with a ziptie...spare no expense! So 4 weeks and 2 days later our son got his Christmas gifts on January 2nd....this delivery company is more damaging to your economy than Brexit ever will be...cheers!”

“Failed to deliver parcel on two separate occasions. Waited for them, took time off work, they never called or gave any explanation. The tracker showed the driver returned to depot at 5.30pm even though they are supposed to work until 6pm. Really unprofessional and poor regard for customer. Will never use them.”

my order was never physically on the van. It was meant to be next day. Don't use parcel force if you need something asap.”
