Very bed service. I have sent my package with global value from Uk to Germany paid more than 50£, after two weeks the package still not there. Probably get lost. Costumer service explained that next time I should avoid parcelforce(global value) as packages are not trackable. NEVER EVER!!!

Shocking excuse for a delivery company. Poor to useless tracking page - hardly ever updated. Shipped a bicycle from a vendor to my home, they sent it to the incorrect sorting hub, left it for 3 days and sent it back to where it came from absolutly pathetic service. Avoid wherever possible.

I booked 3 parcels to be collected waited in all day , payed for 24 Express, no one turns up, when i call they say driver knocked but no one had Total lie even had cctv to prove this. really poor service.

I received a txt from parcel force on Thursday 19.07.17 stating parcel due for delivery on Friday 20.07.17...Nothing arrived. I checked tracking details which stated parcel out for delivery. I contacted customer service on Saturday morning to check whether they would be delivering the parcel that day but told it is with their Sutton depot and I collect it from there. I needed this parcel urgently so I went along to collect. After 20 minutes of waiting in a queue with only 1 person serving I finally got to speak to someone who said my parcel is there but no way of telling where it is and I would have to wait for the parcel to be delivered to my address! The woman serving asked who I spoke to in customer service? Like this is going to help them. So I just wasted 1.5 hours of my time and 10 miles there & back for nothing! Do yourself a favour and never ever use Royal Mail Parcel Force! Useless crap service!

Extremely bad company and very poor customer service. I had a lot of problems with them. Every single time I had to receive a parcel from them, I have simply never received it. Their customer service is also extremely distressing so much they do not care about their customers.

I was pay two working day delivery service to Hungary. Was 7 days. The grandma cannot go the holiday with the family. The package stocking in in the uk depot four days!!! So this company no trusty ask the huge money for the two days international delivery but do not do that. Do not tuch this company anymore ee584860022gb

Delivery of the parcel was attempted on 29 June when we were out. An attempt was made via the website to arrange re-delivery on 11th July. Stayed in all day, nothing happened. Called the depot to be told the parcel was still at the local post office and would need to returned to the depot within 3 or 5 working days and they would then call us to arrange a re-delivery. Nothing happened. A further attempt made to fix a re-delivery on line for 14 July. Nothing happened. Called the depot number on 20 July to be told that the parcel could be uplifted from the post office and re-delivered within 3 or 5 working days. Nothing more specific than this as it was the driver's responsibility. If we were out when this delivery was attempted, the parcel would go back to the depot and a re-delivery could be arranged. Once again, no specific day, let alone time could be given. Other parcel delivery companies can offer delivery times on the next day and give a precise hourly time slot. I cannot see why anyone should want to tolerate such poor service from Parcelforce.

Wtf, we are in 2017 and we can't follow the delivery, already late and I expect the worse with this company, I misclicked when I made my order... I normally go for DHL (Best for me, really reliable, very quick) or sometimes if DHL is not proposed UPS (delivery may take longer but still very reliable). Watch out when chosing delivery for your next order, do not trust this company.

Worse service. Avoid them at any costs. Drivers don`t even bother to leave a card, no response to complaints, unfriendly and rude personal on the phone.

Paid for 24H delivery, took a day off. Waited from 9 am until 9 pm. Around 10 pm website updated saying wrong address return to depot at 19:48, at 20:20 - return - supervisor signoff. What the hell is that? No calls no communications. Worse service ever.

i can only comment on my own experience with Parcelforce and i have never had a problem with them i live in a tricky location and most companys never find me yet Parcelforce find me everytime i always try and use Parcelforce if i get the choice thanks again

Driver collected a large parcel and lost it right away....or theft. Parcelforce lied to me telling they were trying to track it down, after two weeks as I call them they said the parc l was not yet declared or and there weren't any action taken to track it. Parcelforce doesn't care if your item is lost or stolen by their drivers, my advise to you is stay away from this company, dodgy drivers and dodgy management. Worst service ever experienced.

scheduled a delivery on a Saturday for extra costs. Hoping to receive it as soon as possible. delivery did not come at all. Failed their promise. Only If I were able to give negative stars. Interesting facts I read after going through these posts. These people get higher chances to win lotty than getting a parcel delivered.

Delivery attempt on Wednesday (when I was at work) so I scheduled a delivery for today (Friday) as my wife is working from home. Parcelforce attempted delivery yesterday anyway (even though I told them I'd be at work). *Sigh* Today it would appear that they dropped a card into the letterbox at the end of the path (10m from the door) but didn't even knock. My wife would have heard, trust me - my dogs make lot - A LOT - of noise when anyone so much as comes near the gate. I called the depot and was informed that by this time a second attempt had been made, but again, my wife heard no knock and no barking from the dogs. I think Parcelforce might be being a little "economical with the truth"... I work as a bid writer for a company specialising in logistics and consolidated deliveries so I know more than a little about this sector, and let me be clear - there is no business currently operating in the UK that is worse than Parcelforce.

Awful experience. Made an order online and Parcelforce were in charge of delivering it. When the delivery day came no one EVER rang the bell on my door yet they left a card stating that the parcel was now going back to their depot and that I HAD to collect it. Their depot was 15 miles/one hour drive away from my address! I tried to reschedule delivery online and it seemed to work, and the parcel was confirmed by their online service to be delivered next day. Needless to say, two days later I was still waiting for the delivery. Decided to ring them to find out what was happening and to my disbelief I found out through their automated customer service that once a parcel goes back to their depot one CANNOT reschedule a delivery! Appalling stuff! Now called the goods company and hopefully they may sort this mess out, somehow. Parcelforce is an absolutely USELESS company.

Worst delivery experience ever. Fail to deliver on agreed date/s, never leave cards when they eventually do turn up, tracking is hopeless, customer service apologise and offer to ring back with updates, which they never do. Avoid at all cost.

Extremely unreliable; the so-called 24 hour delivery can take days. I suspect that Parcelforce do not have the infrastructure or sufficient staff to provide the service that they advertise.

Tracking information said it would be delivered, the van passed my house did it stop did it hell. Tracking said it will be delivered, spoke to a person who has after 15 minutes on the phone. The package had gone back to the depot and will be delivered the next day. They are absolutely garbage.

Have had several bad experiences when receiving goods sent by Parcelforce. In my experience they are the worst courier out there and I would never choose them myself. I understand the delivery staff are paid according to the number of successful "drops" they make. This means the staff I have come across do not attempt nextday redeliveries or offer the option of choosing a redelivery day. They don't get paid for them so offload any undelivered items to a collection point. In my case this means a post office several miles away with no nearby parking. There have been times when I've just not attempted to collect.

Dan and staff at exeter depot useless and no help, spent 90 mins being passed from 1 person to next. Only wanted to make a simple customs payment. Was told i couldn't do it over the phone, which is a lie as the paperwork i was given specified it could be paid over phone. Even my local pist office which tried to help told me the exeter depot was useless!!
