48 hours more like 48 weeks ,SMS service said parcel out never turned up ,still waiting ,cowboys ,and monkeys joke

Completely ignored their own SMS redirection service despite confirming it had been actioned. Tried to deliver twice on both occasions didn’t leave a card. Had no way of contacting to redeliver. Had to go to post office to get a number for the depot. When finally delivered and he was questioned he said ‘the SMS redirection rarely works and he forgot to leave a card, TWICE!!!!! Why do companies keep using them, cheap I guess.

Appalling, a firearm sent between two registered firearms dealers, value of £3000 , lost !! Now they have located it, I’m still waiting for it to leave the depot, FOUR DAYS LATE. Absolute shambles

Delivery did not arrive . The tracking says a delivery was attempted … it was not , no card was left . Tracking says addressee contacted to reschedule delivery …. That did not happen …. Currently I have no idea where the parcel is or when it might be delivered again . I paid for next day delivery . This is appalling . It looks to me that a member of staff has made all of this up on the tracking device . The addressee was in at all times …… no card has been left …. No request for a different time delivery has been made . Utter lies .

Worst delivery company out there Get several deliveries a week from various company's but the only one which constantly fails to either deliver on time or at all, is Parcel Force (Parcel Farce) 24 hour delivery seems to take 72 hours plus or upto 14 days last time They must have time lapse and don't seem to care at all Got no response when asked for a refund for additional cost for next day which became next week Rubbish

I had had quite a few businesses send me items via Parcelforce, and not once have I had any item deliver smoothly. Their customer service is awful and unhelpful. Please, if you are thinking of sending anything, do NOT use Parcelforce, it will save all of your customers the time and stress. So many orders 'fail to deliver' despite me being home the whole day specifically to collect it, and they never follow instructions i.e. leave at local post office. And they NEVER leave a card with instructions or reference (even though they text you saying they do), and it's impossible to talk to anyone on customer support without the reference number from the card This is not just a one off experience. The moment I find out my items are being sent by ParcelForce, I lose hope and know I'm in for a bumpy ride.

Supposed to deliver a parcel today 5/5/22 Got a text saying estimate time 12.30 to 13.30 ,wife in all day and no one turned up and then got a text later in afternoon saying tried to deliver no one in and card left ,guess what no card either text said parcel returned to nottingham what a joke poor firm poor outfit. I rang advisor to see what had gone wrong said they would sort it and ring me back ,guess what they never phoned back .Had no problem with DHL,DPD and fed ex . Parcel force waist of time looks like parcel has gone for good ,website is of no use at all does not help just like phone advisor

AWFUL! attempted delivery on the 29.4.22, we were out but my profile says to leave with neighbour. My neighbour was in all day but still, they left a card saying they had taken it back to the nottingham depot and did not try my neighbour. So i arranged redelivery. The earliest was wednesday 4th may. Although i needed the parcel i had no option but to take that date. No delivery was made or attempted, as i waited in all day. Tracking stated that again, it had gone back to the nottingham depot. Had to rearrange delivery again! Now for friday 6th of may, 1 week late for something that was on a next day delivery! No live chat, cant speak to a human at customer service, absolutely the worst courier service going! And yes, worse than hermes!

Don’t use these people! Worst delivery ever! Waiting for my parcel to be delivered for three days now and they can’t due to insufficient delivery address. Eventhough everything was given to them correct, Post Code/Number and road. At the end I called them only to tell me that they didn’t know why the driver couldn’t find the Road, and they could send the parcel the next day to our local Post office. Avoid!

I got a parcelforce card through the door,so i aranged redelivery to my work,i typed in the parcel number to find out it was still at the deport,so i rang them,the agent apologised & said he would get someone to ring me,no one did,so i rang to re-arange,on the saturday it was meant to be delivered it was meant to be delivered at 12:30-1:30,at 1:45p.m a parcelforce van turned up outside my house,where he was sorting parcels out,then drove off,to then 15 mins later for the live delivery to say,tried to deliver,so basically lied & saw the guy outside,just the biggest joke courier service ive ever seen,im wondering if i will ever see my parcel arrive. A very p****d off customer. Your staff should be sacked or re-trained.

Do not use these people. Sent to large parcels through parcel monkey who used parcel force as a courier. First parcel label worked second label for second parcel not working,which meant taking this 14kg box back home. To recover the refund for delivery was the first mission. Now where's my first parcel... After 2 weeks they cannot find the 11kg parcel. Messages back n forth. Nobody wants to call and have a telephone conversation. Which means you spend your time sending messages and getting replies my different agents. Most of them very unhelpful going round in circles. Meanwhile the parcel that was refused was successfully resent with royal mail arriving in just 4 days....

Absolutely disgusting stayed in all day and they say attempted delivery no way did they attempt to deliver my parcel then next day saying it would be here 130 to 230 so I tracked the item driver was 10 minutes away so I waited and checked map again it had disappeared so waited and checked later and it said attempted delivery at 1745 and we have left a card I haven't moved all day no card or attempted delivery I would never use parcelforce utter rubbish.

How on earth do you manage to log two parcels for the same delivery address within 5 minutes of each other and only deliver one parcel ????? The LIES and EXCUSES are pathetic!!!!! If it was possible to give negative stars them i am sure there would be plenty. Shocking level of service from PARCELFARCE!!! Yes I spelled it correctly because that is what it is, A FARCE !!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER !!!!

Attention scammers If there were the possibility to give them minus 10 I would have chosen it. They don't answer, they keep the items at the custom for months And they steel it ... Please avoid it Very strange that they work for Royal mail

Not secure: Liable to scam the public. Why do your delivery people not have a company uniform with a clear company badge ID? Some of your delivery vehicles are white vans without any ID at all,Why? No doubt your answer is agents/contractors. So do something about agents/contractors or whoever. **Your latest practice of requiring date of birth before handing over a parcel is the most concerning**. So man says its for security before he can hand over parcels. Most delivery people take a photo to prove delivery so why would a householder's dob be better. To prove a point I gave a bogus dob and the parcel was handed over. He doesn't take photo's, his passing words. And I don't give out personal details to a dimwit stranger was my reply before slamming the door. What is your company and (some) of your people up to????? Durham.

I have never had to deal with such an incompetent, rubbish delivery company before than Parcelforce. I have just started a small business, and so it's vital that stock arrives on time . Unfortunately my suppliers always use Parcelforce for their deliveries. They are conscientious, and get the products sent out quickly, but are sadly let down by this terrible delivery company. I have had four parcels sent to me and three of them never turned up on the day. I have had to hang on the telephone over and over to find out where my items are and why they were not delivered, and all you get is a disinterested customer service person who can't answer any of the questions! Yesterdays excuse was that they are so busy because it's been a bank holiday week. This company should learn by DPD standards who never miss a slot and always deliver on time. Parcelforce you are rubbish!!

I have never left a review for a company but my experience with Parcelforce was bad! Two weeks to deliver a parcel I paid next day delivery for. Several phone calls to track down the lost parcel. Miscommunication between the national and local hub. The local hub were apologetic but national customer service was zero. Really bad service that cost me time and money with no acknowledgement from Parcelforce! Never again!
