On the 2nd of August 2022, 9:47 a parcel addressed to me was out for delivery and I received an SMS message informing me that my parcel will be delivered between 13:06 and 14:06. Around this time I watched my device closely as I anticipated my delivery. The GPS on the application had shown that the delivery person was close by. I then sat and watched out my window and waited for the parcel to be delivered. I then see a notification on the application saying that "unable to locate premises". As soon as I saw that notification I rang 03448004466 informing a member of staff that the delivery vehicle never arrived on my estate. The member of staff then told me that they would contact the driver and arrange for them to try and redeliver the package. I waited over an hour waiting for any update on the package and nothing. So I simply rang again and explained to a second member of staff my issue and if they would try give me abit more information regarding the arrival of my goods. They then said that " the driver had not been made aware and will inform them to try redeliver the package." They also said to me "they will contact me once they have more information regarding the situation." I then waited an addition hour with no contact so I contacted the number again. At this point the application had shown that the driver had returned to the depot at Rotherham. I then asked the staff member if I could collect that parcel today. She said "that would be possible as long as I bring some identification to prove it was my parcel and address that I was collecting it for." At roughly half past 5 I the afternoon I arrived to collect my parcel. The staff member behind the glass told me that I couldn't pick up the parcel as "it had not been attempted delivery" I then explained to her that the parcel had attempted a delivery explaining that it had attempted a delivery but failed to find my address and that I had came to collect the parcel after been told to do so by the telephone service team. She then denied me access to my parcel even though they had located it and told me to take a seat and wait until a senior member of staff arrived to talk to. Approximately 10 mins went by until a gentleman came and repeated what the other staff member said. I then walked off to my car in annoyance and rang the customer service number again asking to change my delivery to a collection. The customer service bot then told me that I could collect this parcel on the 3rd of August at the depot. As driving away annoyed from the situation I recieve a private call from a number leaving a voice mail from the same member of staff that spoken to me at the depot saying that they cannot let me have my parcel and not to come to the depot on the 3rd! Now I have no idea how to collect my belongings that I had purchased online since I cannot collect from the depot, I will not be at home on the 3rd to receive the order and my parcel is too large to be collected at a post office. The confusion and misinformation I had received through your company is astonishing.

I'm only giving a 1 as there isn't a zero. Parcel going round and round for over a week with the driver unable to find our address in the middle of a village just outside Cardiff. Awful tracking and customer service. Tracking states not enough delivery information, though i have confirmed there is verbally and on e mail with Parcelforce. Never had this problem before. Terrible service.

If I could give less than one star I would! I am now waiting for the 3rd promised delivery of my parcel. They have the parcel so why can't they deliver it? They lied about trying to deliver it to me. I was at home all day the first time and nobody rang our doorbell nor were they on the video footage (we have a Ring doorbell system) So that was a big fat lie. Second time, they were supposed to deliver to local post office and they didn't. Another fail! I'm now waiting for their 3rd attempt at delivery, but not holding my breath. Why are they so useless?

It is a scam. Paid £47.50 for guaranteed 3 working days delivery. Parcel ended up only being delivered after 9 working days. Requested for a refund but got rejected with no reason. Absolute waste of money and waste of time. Resent documents with DHL, cheaper and way more reliable. Job done within 3 working days.

Paid for next day delivery, it’s been two weeks now and still nothing arrived. I had to call them because allegedly some documents were faulty, even though the gentleman at the counter said it was OK. Parcel was supposed to surprise a loved one before I arrived back home from travelling - now I’ll be home before it arrives. Would never use this service again.

Manipulating liars! A complete joke of a company. They lie so openly and unashamedly it is unbelievable. They sent text saying they will deliver in one hour slot - but no one came. Next day they sent another text pretending that someone had tried to deliver - but again no one came as was home all day. Then they claimed they left a card with details of what to do next - but no such card was left, because no one from ParcelForce attended the property. They are an absolute joke, shameless and useless! Retailers that use this company to deliver customer parcels are jeopardising their reputation as they will be let down by these manipulators. To top it all up, they offer no telephone number to get in contact with them and if you use their on-line form, it will take them weeks for a response - still waiting on my response from their 'customer service' whilst their driver has stolen the parcel!

Booked and paid for Amazon item to be returned By Parcel Force, on collection day they didn't bother to turn up to collect item - or let me know. When I requested another collection date I had to wait another 2 days. Low and behold they haven't turned up to collect my item 4 working days on. No email. No call. I spent over £29 on this service. No option to call and speak to someone about 2 failed collections, only failed deliveries. Cannot believe this joke of a service is endorsed by Royal Mail.

Totally AMA-ZING!...I DID NOT REALISE ANY BUSINESS THAT IS SO BAD - REPEAT - B A D could possibly survive, but unfortunately they seem to. Bike for my son's birthday picked up from Sheffield by Parcelforce for the 20 odd mile journey to me outside Huddersfield. Got an email from them Monday staring delivery scheduled for Wednesday...between 8am and 8pm. Later on Monday got another email from them giving Tuesday as the delivery day, again between 8am and 8pm. Tuesday came and went...nothing. Waited...Wednesday came and went, again with nothing. Tracking was sruck perpetually at 'in depot' or 'being prepared for delivery', and never on being delivered. Contacted seller who spent a long time on the phone to them and reported to me that it was being delivered Thursday...so again waited, and no delivery. Traxking stated it was out for delivery, and was supposed to be 7 miles from reaxhing me. Unfortunately, it was 7 miles too far, for again nothing happened. Checked traxking this morning and bike was back in depot, so it had obciously been taken out for a joyride in a Parcelforce van, but returned to its place in the depot. Phones Parcelforce tracking...waited 20 minutes to speak to a semblance of human and I was right...it was only a semblance, who argumentatively and forcefully informed me that, contrary to the tracking stating otherwise, IT WAS OUT FOR DELIVERY. It's now mid afternoon on a Friday...do I think that if they're shysters the rest of the week they'll pull their finger out on Friday and deliver? What do you think?

I have never seen such a poor service for a delivery company, they don’t leave delivery notes, don’t have a contact number that really allows you to talk to customer service. The reschedule system doesn’t seem to work either. And the only thing you get as an answer to your email is that your comments will be taken into consideration for future training! I am shocked!

AVOID THIS UTTERLY INCOMPETENT COMPANY! Urgent parcel sent by Express 24 for next day delivery. 3 days later the tracking shows they've sent the package to the wrong distribution centre TWICE! Package is effectively lost in an endless loop of resending the package to the wrong location. NEVER EVER USE THESE IMBECILES!

1 star is far too many, the so called delivery drive has failed to turn up for over a week, clearly it has been stolen by parcel force, don't bother with ca they won't do anything about it, avoid.

3 TIMES USE YOUR SERVICEs and 3 TIMES NEVER THE SERVICE BE DELIVERED. YOUR COMPANY ITA A DISGRACE.I PAY 67.14 POUNDS TO SEND SOME CHOCOLATES AND BISCUITS TO MY CHILDREN AND YOU STOLEN THE ITEMS.THIEFS REALLY.

Biggest scam ever. They take your money then can't even get a simple job of delivering your letter right. That is their job isn't it??? Do not use parcel force or you will regret it.

Now on 3rd delivery to same address spoke to a person in customer care who Looked on Google map and told me she would send info to parcellforce Nottingham, they have tried to deliver again with all the locations just looked on tracking and they say cannot find house returned to depot, I have lived here 38 years and have had parcels delivered from same supplier.

Dreadful. Didn’t even bother to try ringing my bell or knocking on my door before leaving a card in my mailbox to say they were unable to deliver my urgent parcel. I was sitting at home waiting for it the entire day time. To make matters worse the only phone numbers they have are automated systems which don’t let you speak to anyone. Appalling service.

Yet again, SMS lies from drivers claiming that 'delivery has been attempted'. The world's worst logistics / delivery service bar none and I now refuse to order goods from organisations that use Parcelforce to deliver. ABYSMAL does not begin to describe them

Absolutely shocking useless disgraceful service. I paid for 3-5 global priority and 8 days later it's not even left the UK. Do not use this company under any circumstances. Like me you will seriously regret it.

I honestly don’t know who parcelforce employ but a trained monkey could do a better job. First they attempt to deliver at my address & leave a card saying will be redelivered next day , then receive an email stating my parcel has been delivered to a **** syzmanski , totally different from my surname which is English BTW. In a totally different place far from my home. I don’t get how they can mess this up , totally incompetent.
