“Absolutely shocking service. I paid extra money for my parcel to be delivered next day. Still yet to be seen i needed that parcel, absolute scum!!!! The guy who was supposed to deliver hadn't moved from one location on the live maps. Disgusting!!”

“Sent a parcel out on the 25th Aug,Paid extra for next day delivery £17.95.Phoned the customer the next day No Parcel.Checked the tracking number and instead of being sent to Newcastle it ended up at Milton Keynes depot.Called the depot and a guy from customer services apologised and said he would get it sorted and send it straight away.Called the depot again today and spoke to a lovely lady who confirmed that her colleague hadn't even logged it on to process.Not Happy one bit,she as now sorted it for me today.If it wasn't for her kind help you would of got no stars.”
“Have had parcels delivered to me by parcel force.Not once have they delivered on time they give you an hours delivery time and can be up to two hours late.They are rubbish.”
“Parcel missed while I was out. Taken to a post office in another town. Booked redliver via their website. Delivery never came. Customer service rude and unhelpful and blame me for it. Wasted all day waiting in for it. Their attitude is basically "too bad."”
“Ordered shoes from Office nearly 3 weeks ago for a special occasion (which was last week) - still no shoes, no attempted delivery (I was in), no card left TWICE. Now in dispute for a refund from Office shoes as my package is apparently back at the depot as of 8 days ago and they won’t refund me until Parcelforce have returned the item. What a sham! Put me off shopping with Office as they use such a rubbish courier service. No shoes and no refund - wish I could leave leave less than one star!”
“Waited all day for my parcel that was supposed to arrive today. Tracking said that there was a problem with my address and that the parcel was returned to the depot? As no other delivery company have had a problem finding me i assume that the company are incompetent and i wont use them again.”
“ParecelForce delivered a piece of art that had been punctured in transit straight through both sides of the package, thus straight through the art. Their claims process reimbursed for most of the replacement cost of the art, but failed to reimburse for the postage. Despite multiple follow-ups, they stated "I must advise that postage is not refunded on any claim for damage and, consequently, we will not be raising a postage refund in respect of your claim."”
“Fortunately my parcel was of very low value which is just as well as it appears to have been stolen. According to the tracker my parcel was delivered this afternoon and signed for by me. I was home all day, received nothing and signed nothing. Worse still Parcelforce has a photograph of my alleged 'signature' which consists of two scrawled initial letters, presumably copied from the name on the parcel. This shows that the driver deliberately faked a delivery to me and forged a signature to 'prove' it. He or she will be very disappointed when they open the parcel but not as disgusted as I am. Don't use this company.”

“If I could give a Lower rating I would. Parcelforce have managed to lose an Anchor, yes a big ships anchor. This company should not be used at any cost, this was a sentimental valued gift for a very elderly person for their garden. Someone should tell this company that the whole idea of a tracking system is that at any point on its journey you can trace where your item is. This company should be ashamed of the way they conduct their laughable service and hang their head in shame. Never again will I TRUST. Parcelforce with any item for transport.

“Totally inept useless company. Waited all day for an urgent package which did not arrive. Tracking is a joke and customer service is non existent. They use temporary drivers who haven't got a clue and obviously are not competent enough to do their job. Avoid at all cost.”
“I ordered a shipment from the UK to Dubai. The shipment got lost and it took Parcel Force more than 3 months to declare my shipment as lost. I took out an extra insurance for my products and am now waiting since several weeks for my insurance money. Parcel Force is an absolute no go, staffed with unfriendly, unwilling and incompetent people - at least the ones I was dealing with!”
“My new driver to SW2, Jeff was a complete surprise. I was 10 minutes before go out to Post office with parcel after two days no show for pick up. He was very nice, treated parcel with respect and all apologies for mix up and would speed parcel on it's way to destination.”
“Never ever use this company. According to them, they tried to deliver my parcel once and it's obviously a lie as I work from home. They didn't even have the decency of leaving a card and I found it out accidentally. I rescheduled the delivery and they came on the wrong date and now the status of my parcel is "delivered". Obviously, I haven't received anything. It's impossible to speak to their customer service and I only managed to send a complaint by filling out a form. Waste of money and time plus dreadful service!”
“I sent a care-package from Ireland to my son, who has been in a hospital in the UK for months without any visitors due to the Covid lockdown. He never received it. Today, a month later it has been returned with a sticker saying 'No Answer" - Really??? No answer at 4 pm on a weekday at a HOSPITAL!!! Obviously, no attempt was even made to deliver the package. Abysmal and dishonest - another shower of cheating spivs who've captured an essential service. Shame on you ParcelFarce. I will lodge a complaint with the Irish postal service through whom I paid for this 'service'.”
“We have been working with Parcel Force as a company for over a year. Barely any of our deliveries have been fulfilled within the requested and paid time. We always had issues with nearly 90% of the parcels booked. Their customer service is extremely difficult to be reached and also the staff members are very rude and not helpful at all. Worst logistics company ever!”
