“I made an order for next day collection and postal of a large item and paid said amount needed. I have security cameras around my house and a ring doorbell. I checked the tracking for it to say they tried to collect but no one was in but I was in all day and the security cameras saw nothing no parceforce staff mamber. So I contacted to be passed left right and center and no one to know what was going on and for all of them to trie and squeeze out of trouble. For the Aldershot branch to tell me they went to the wrong house the one 4 doors down from me who I am friends with and they would have told the staff member I live 4 door up but no. Because they never went to that address either. Problem is they have no complaints procedure from what I can tell or they just won't take the formal complaint on board because they are lazy”

“I had ordered some stuff from triumph and asked for express 1-3 day delivery. However they messed up my order and didn’t dispatch it on time. I was gonna leave the UK the country the following day and needed the parcel to be delivered before 11 am on Nov 15. I spoke with Sinead ya parcel force on the 14th to see if they could have this done. Sinead was the most helpful person I’ve ever interacted with over the phone. She mad sure she got in touch with the relevant department and ensured my parcel was delivered on time. I cannot thank you enough Sinead for all your help. Warm regards

“My parents posted three parcels from Austria to England. Parcelforce is the only delivery service I know that does not send you an email or give you a call that a parcel is about to be delivered within a cetain time period so that you can either accept or advise (leave at a safe place, have a neighbor sign) to deliver on a different day. Who is at home at 2pm on a working day?
Calling them is a nightmare as you are passed around from person to person. Also, why do I have to pay for a Saturday delivery? It is not my problem they do not offer delivery slots in the evening for people that work or manage to have a neighbor sign. Why do I have to pay for a Saturday delivery after my parents already paid for sending it? Never again”

I have been waiting in all day for my parcel and even put delivery instructions on amazon should I fail to answer the door. I had been sitting in silence and never heard a knock and never received the card through the door even though I got a text message asking to follow the cards instructions. I truly believe there was a driver error whereby he got the wrong address or refused to brave the rain, wind and blistering cold to approach my front door. I called Parcel Force to be promised a call back from the depot only to be kept waiting till after office closing times so I was forced to arrange a re-delivery for the next day. I wasted an entire day off work waiting for this driver and a simple apology would be unreasonable. I'm angry.”

Given phone no and details before redelivery, went back to depot as insufficient address. Third attempt waiting in depot until 10.15 am to be allocated to vehicle,then at 10.23 marked return to depot insufficient address and when contacted at 11.00 am was too late for delivery today.”
“This has been an ongoing saga with Parcelforce for over 6 weeks. I received a letter requesting £22.0 customs/handling charges only for it not to arrive. Spoke to them over and over, went through complaints which are a joke. Eventually a customer service operator put it on parcel watch after it was discovered the package had mysteriously been given 2 tracking numbers. It was found, problem solved i thought. No, it now has a second lot of customs charges for over £50.0 and i have been told to take it up with customs. My question is, how can a package (value £30.0 that has customs duty paid on it, suddenly accrue another £50.0 charges. I have decided to back away, it pointless speaking to the customer service drones who basically make empty promises. I'm £70.0 down, but to continue chasing this is not good for my health. I will make sure everyone i know, learns how awful this company is, and i will never purchase from anyone who uses them again. I can only think that for a company to be this this terrible there must have employees that don't care from the top to the bottom.”

What a joke of a company quick enough to take your money and slow as hell to do there job and actually Collect your parcel. Booked for a parcel to be collected on 48large wasn’t collected on Friday day specified tracked parcel ATTEMPTED collection according to Parcelforce haha laughable seen as I have cameras on my property and no one attempted anything called Rotherham depot to be told it will be collected on Monday and upgraded to 24 large this wasn’t done resulting in me having to refund the customer asked to make a complaint do it online no department for complaints ( I understand why after reading reviews ). Foolishly I used them this week also for 2 parcels again should of been collected Friday no collection (marked as attempted) it’s down to floods they said Monday came no collection what’s it down to today have you stubbed your toe or fallen asleep while attempting (or not) collection !!!! Again collection marked as attempted called Rotherham depot this morning to be told it will be sometime today and a pathetic excuse of a sorry from the useless rude arrogant unhelpful woman on the other end of the phone this company makes so much money from people sort yourselfs out and do the job your taking money from people to do I will be making a complaint and requesting my money back and also taking it higher something has to give !!!”

“Have been the recipient of 3 parcels at different times by parcel force, Each time they attempted delivery a day early. Like a previous reviewer, a whole day was taken off work for a parcel that did not arrive on the expected day. Also like the previous reviewer the agent said they would put high priority on the email and someone would get back to me. Nothing. On principle I have written to the company who sent the carpets requesting a refund and recommending Yodel as a courier service. Definitely not dhl as they are worse than parcel force.”

Day 1: parcel on route for delivery, never shows up, have had to take entire day off work to wait for parcel, driver has 'attempted delivery' when I've been home all day. Rearrange parcel to come 2 days later.
Day 2: Ignore my rearranged delivery request, deliver the next day when I'm definetly not home.
Day 3: Yay the day of rescheduled delivery! Wait at home all day from 9am - 6pm, does not show and goes back to depot. Wasted entire day
Day 4: complain on phone, they say it's high priority and will phone me back. No phone back, no idea where driver is. No live tracking on website. These guys should not be running a shipping company.
Never had this many unresolved issues with any professional body.

“HORRIBLE! HORIBLE! HORRIBLE! They have sent me a text that We will receive the delivery by 11.00 12:00 pm on 6th Nov'19.. by 12;30 pm I checked their tracking and it said that they have tried to deliver twice and it has gone back to the Depot and will be delivered on the next day.
I rang my supplier and they contacted PF and they told her that we have changed the date which was A LIE... I tried to CONTACT but NO JOY!!
Last time we had the problem too ... they delivered 2 boxes and brought another box 4/5 hours later after contacting our supplier.. we will not PURCHASE from them anymore..”
