“I ordered goods online and was given a tracking number. Early reports showed status of package. Item has been in Rotherham Distribution Office for 2 days. Then, suddenly no further status reports and tracking number HAS BEEN CHANGED. When I tried the new number I see the last three status reports tell me it's been assigned to my route, but still no idea when I'll get it.
I'm recommending to my vendor that they dump Parcelforce as its courier. Use Hermes, Yodel, DPD, anybody else.”

Fed-ex, tnt, dhl can do it in a few hours.
Do not use usps to import.
Use ANYONE else who doesn’t use Parcelfarce.”

“Seems to be a recurring issue. Tracking states out for deliver with a time slot but nothing arrives. No wonder the company is in such a mess. Closed down all the local post offices too so have to go to the nearest depot 20 miles away... easier to return the item and say it was never delivered!!!!”

“On first attempt no one came to house and package was returned to depot. No note through door. It was not delivered next day either. Waited in all day. The guy on customer service was very helpful and tracked parcel for me. Assured me it would be delivered next day. Got a delivery time. Waited in all day. No parcel Eventually a message popped up on phone with an address it had been left at. Total strangers not any of my neighbours not even on same street and I live in a small village. Went in search of my parcel and it was reluctantly handed over to me. No note was left at my house as they obviously hadn't found the address. Other delivery drivers find us we are on a named street in the village. Shocking service apart from the nice guy on customer services.”

I arranged an online redelivery day/date and NOTHING!

“All build up stories. I was checking the status every 10 minutes and suddenly they updated delivery missed because no one was at home. The driver did not even come near to the house, I checked the CCTV and make sure no one came to delivery. When I spoke to the customer care they are keep on telling lies. The worst parcel company in UK.”
“Parcelforce are the most backward company in the UK, and call themselves a delivery company! Every time I sent a parcel with them I packaged it securely, and made it "bomb proof" yet somehow they managed to damage it! I have heard that the workers play football with parcels in the depots, so no wonder things get damaged! I suggest everyone switch to using "Hermes" as since then everything I sent through them has arrived intact!
If everyone switched to using Hermes, Parcelforce would collapse and that will be the end of them!”
“If I could give no stars, I would. This is the worst delivery company known. Not surprised their shares are so abysmal. My Costco parcel has been going backwards and forwards to their North West London depot for 3 days now, I have been in, there is no card through the door. Costco customer service had to phone them to find out the problem - they said "It's the TRAFFIC". I say: "DUH". Avoid like the plague. Yes, it's been returned to the Depot again!!!”

“Goods paid for at Screwfix, asked parcelforce to deliver when we are in, they try and deliver when it suits them, ie when we are not at home. 2 times so far. Sat waiting in on the day we originally asked for delivery without ability to contact them as they close at 12;30 on a Saturday. Why do Screwfix use this company? Obviously managed by clueless staff.”
